She debating what to answer, based on his own non-committed answer. Her eyes fell on the girl behind him, she looked cold and terrified. Obviously she hadn't been doing well on her own and based on the space she kept from the boy, she would say they hadn't been together long. Her heart tugged for the girl, knowing how tough it was out there but she steeled it.

Addison shrugged, "As you said winter is coming and I was doing some recon to see if this place was settle-able. Can I assume the traps I have seen around town are yours?"

Something told her they had been here longer then herself, she had noticed the traps looked 'new' which had given her the impression someone had passed through not to long ago. It seemed that person or people hadn't left yet. She wasn't one to group up with others after her bad experience, but the girl wasn't looking good and she doubted the girl would last on her own. The boy could only protect her so long before she became a liability or got them both killed.

The girl needed someone she could trust and who could wake her up to reality, she had a feeling the boy probably wasn't the person to do it. Sometimes it took some girl talk to fix these.

Addison jimmied her kitchen knife into her gun holster without cutting it and crossed her arms, weighing them up.

"She isn't going to last much longer especially with this weather coming, you need to settle in for the winter. I was going to break down these fences and put them up around a house just along the mailbox line and create some defenses for the winter. The house is cleaned up and secure, with a few emergency exits ready to go if the options to leave town is needed. The house is two floors with lots of space for the three of us as well as ton of books to keep up busy during the 'slow' period of winter. Snow will be starting in a week or two at best. I am hoping to have the fence and some traps up and ready before that. I don't mind sharing the space with both of you as long as you understand I am not going to let anyone be a weak link and get any of us infected or eaten. I would expected everyone to pitch in on the defenses, traps, cleaning, cooking, etc."

Her eyes fell on the girl at this point before turning to the boy, "If you want time to think about it thats fine with me."

Neil nodded and said, "Yeah, the traps are mine." He had gotten that answer in before she gave them the offer. Thinking slowly, he had to admit that they would have a better chance at surviving if they worked together. However he was never interested in staying with a group. Although he might warm to the idea after a while. When Eve spoke up about the death wish he nodded slowly and said, "Yeah true. I'm going to search that house." He pointed towards the house again before adding, "After that, I'll check out the house you're in and hear your plan in more detail. That sound good?"

Eve sighed. She was tired of them just jabbering away. Instead of waiting she just walked off, in search of a new jacket.

Addison nodded and walked away to the house she wanted to check out. She had her knife back in her hand as she explored the house not finding much other then some clothes which there was plenty of at the house she was staying at. She did find a storage full of blankets and sheets, which would be useful for the winter so she found a large trash bag and stuffed them inside and put at the front door to take with her.

She entered the garage carefully because it was pitch black, she opened the door wide, banged her hand on the door then took several steps away and waited. Nothing came out of the dark, she tugged a small flashlight out of her back pocket and shown it inside, and grinned from ear to ear. Inside was a construction worker's heaven.

Addison found the trolley she needed plus a ton of other tool but it what was behind the trolley that was the gold mine. She closed the garage back up, locking with a heavy locket she found and put the key on her chain around her neck and slipped it under her shift.

She went back to the front door and scooped up the heavy trash bag and went to meet up with the other two. She remembered the girl being cold and she grabbed a thick jacket from the entrance closet for her. Outside Addison went to her house and sat on the front steps for the other two.

Neil went down to the house and had to push past some plants with a small amount of effort he forced the door open. He had paused a moment to listen and check for zombies. Dust and dirt covered most objects and the floor which was proof that no one had been in there in a while. Despite the stuck door and the dirt that covered the floor, he still moved with a slow pace and was cautious keeping his hunting knife ready. Out of the kitchen he was able to pull a few cans of soup and a couple cans of fruit that was still good. Tucking those into his pack he searched the oven and the other parts of the kitchen. Pulling out the metal rack that the pan would sit on in the oven his mind worked over possibilities. Nodding to himself he chose to take it with him. Finding some sheets and some clothes he took a few. Otherwise it didn't yield up too much more besides an old desktop computer. A few odds and ends that he still was working out some uses for, he knew that he was a pack rat and often took things that he really shouldn't. However, most of the time he was able to find some use for it. As he checked he the time and saw that it was time to head back for the meeting, he tighten his pack straps and carried the desktop tower under his left arm along with the metal rack from the oven tho being careful to keep the noise down. He knew that they would probably think it odd, but he crossed the street and walked over and towards the front door of the house that they were to meet at.

"Thanks and my name isn't important," Eve mumbled. She didn't really feel like talking. In fact she saw it as a waste of time. Too many times in a game or in the last year had she seen talking be the death of someone. It was always horrid and she loathed the sight. Splattering zombie brains weren't much better in her book but it kept her alive and that was what mattered. She pulled on the jacket without another word.

Addison gave the girl a look, "I was nice enough to bring you a jacket the least you can do is give me a name to call you by unless you want me to call you 'hey girl'."

"Inside is fine, that looks heavy, though what yours going to do with it is beyond me."

She stood up and unlocked the front door and let them inside. The place was spacious, picked up and clean, the windows blinds were opened to allow sunlight in. Addison wasn't too worry about walkers seeing the open windows. At night she would close them. She would be very claustrophobic otherwise.

Once they were inside she would close the door, "you can put the computer on the dining room table," she said point to the entrance on the right.

Neil nodded slowly and followed them inside. He couldn't help but smirk softly at her remark about not knowing what he was going to do with it. Eve seemed to be acting odd or at least different and cryptic. Then again he didn't know her well and couldn't say what she would normally act like. Setting it down slowly on the table he set the oven rack beside it and stretched his left arm a little. "I picked up some bed sheets and clothes. They can be used for cloth if nothing else." He said speaking slowly and clearly, although he was more so just talking to himself. Glancing around just the first couple of rooms that were in sight he saw the open spaces and how it looked clean. Nodding his head slowly he had to admit that either she did a good job or it somehow stayed in this state through the chaos.
