Silent weeping as the line snapped. She decided to walk out onto the ice to follow the other fish.

Clara, now dripping with freezing cold water, approached the booth and grabbed one of the poles and shrimp. She tied the shrimp to the string of the pole with a knot, and sits her freezing butt down next to the pool. As she was getting ready to fish, she laid the pole beside her and squeezed her drenched hair to try to get some of the water dripping in her eyes out of the way. While she was doing that, the shrimp slipped out of her poorly tied knot, and when she picked up the pole, Clara noticed that the shrimp had fallen into the abyss of the pond.

N'Finity, unsure of herself and new to the area, approached the booth warily -- keeping careful eyes on Avery and offering a quick half smile. She wasn't too sure of the freezing temperatures but others seemed to be having fun and she wanted to try her hand at catching one of the beautiful goldfish poms.

'Fini giggled at herself, looking quickly left and right to see if her swipe and miss had been noticed... Perhaps she'd be better off trying to fish with one of the poles. Now to just put a shrimp on the hook...

Fiddlesticks.
She wasn't doing very well with fishing. Shivering slightly, a puff of breath rolling in through the air, Fini moved further out on the ice.. taking a slim final chance. She was getting too cold; after this game she wanted some hot apple cider...

Edit; result:
The quick laughter made her startle and before she knew what was going on 'Fin was on her butt. The ice didn't give away and she stayed mostly dry except for her feet being in the water... Standing, brushing herself off, Fin decided it was definitely time to try her luck elsewhere... and change into some nice dry boots.

Arynek visited Avery's booth again. This time she saw some pretty fishes which looked like a kitty, she was attracted. She looked at the little fluffy things swimming in the pond and wondered if she could bring one home.
Nope.
They don't even come near.

The shadow monster ghoul then saw the fishing rods aside, she carefully tied the shrimp and ready to throw it out.
