Oh no. No no no no no NONONONONONONOOOO! Kettil why were you poking the bear? DON'T POKE THE BEAR!
Mot fretted, gripping onto Hel's shoulder with his free hand and holding his coffee hand out in front of her. "Now now, you two. This is a meeting. Remain civilized."

"Thank you," Pickworth said, turning a bit red at the compliment.
"Or, um," Pickworth fidgeted, "something about...wisdom, or, magic, or the inevitability of death. The um, bones and scythe sort of mascot with that motto, it's sort of exactly what it seems, isn't it?"

“Height has nothing to do with this, you cocksu—“
Circe’s question came at a good time. “YA!” Hel called back, a bit too loudly. “I LIKE IT! I like the saying that one does not judge a book by its cover or what not.”
Then Hel was lucky she had Mot to keep her under some semblance of control, as any motion to go forward was hindered by Mot’s hand on her shoulder, followed by his coffee in front. She shot the grim an exasperated look, pointing at Kettil like he started it. She then shot the Muut a dirty look.
“What bug crawled up your a** and died?”

Kettil shrugged, "I'm bored," he said simply. "Besides I wouldn't let anyone unfairly do anything against you if you did haul off and smack me just now," he just waved a hand. He knew he would have deserved it.
"I don't..honestly have an opinion on the motto or the mascot so long as it isn't a large fluffy kitten saying 'we give hugs'." That was the only thing he offered to Circe's question.
It was probably a good reason why Kettil was never going into politics. He'd kill half the people in the room if he had to sit and talk things out.
"Can we go now?"

Mot wasn't sure what was sup with Kettil and Hel, but so far the latter wasn't storming at him in a flurry of raging ghoul beast mode. The grim grimaced, not wanting to get in-between them too much lest he make the fight worse.
"I don't think you have to stay if you don't want to, Kettil. You cast your vote, right?" Mot asked meekly, shrinking behind Hel, yet still gripping her shoulder. He whispered behind her worriedly, "Hel don't say more than you need to. I don't care who started it." All they needed was for the reapers to start a fight in the middle of a civil meeting just because of boredom and short fuses.

"Oy, Hel, leave the cuz alone!"
In strode Piper, fashionably late but hair postiviely fabulous as usual. Humming to herself, she filled out a slip quick as lightning (like she needed to think of colors! Hah!) and turned to the trio.
"He can't win the fights he picks anyway," the mage added with a grin, completely unaware of what they had been talking about. "So! Someone give me the scoop?"

Mort, who had been mostly quiet until now because he had expected conversation to flare up as it did (hardly rocket science, given who was in the room), and it was at this point that he cleared his throat.
"Can leave if gave input n' don't care 'bout the rest," he told Kettil, glasses still flashing quite brightly. He leaned over and began to scribble down a few things on his journal. "But also risk not having idea supported. S'up t'you."

“Well, how about you do not do anything unfair against me, eh? So shut your mouth if you are going to have a bad attitude.” Not that Hel was angry or taking it personally, because she wasn’t for once, that was more of her ‘for your information’ tone.
The ghoul then crossed her arms and let out a loud and aggravated groan at Mot’s words, before she slumped against the boil more, resting her back against him with a pout. “I am a good ghoul, Mot.” The reaper replied…though that statement in itself was very questionable. “So you know half the time it is others picking fights with me! Not me picking fights all the ti—“
Then Piper came along.
Oh Jack.
Hel stiffened. “Hold your tongue, McScary Queen.” The ghoul sneered. She then shot Mot a look that said ‘SEE WHAT I DEAL WITH!?’ “Picking colors, a mascot, and a motto.” She drawled. “To represent us reapers as a whole.”

"Here. Let me fix your flawed sentence. He wins all the fights. " Kettil snorted a bit and then looked over toward Mot and shrugged a shoulder, "I voted but I probably should still stick around so I see what is decided upon."
"Sides I think you misinterpreted the spirit in which I said things, anyways." he waved a hand and then sort of slouched further in his chair and tried to pretend that something exciting was happening. "So really you are being just as unfair with me."
Or at least something that interested him was happening. He'd have been fine of the RAs or the student counsel had decided things for everyone. He gazed at Mort and let out a short laugh, "I didn't offer many ideas in the beginning so I am not worried about support. If people wanted me to smack things down or somethin' then I'm your boil."
Sitting around and talking would not lead to self improvement as far as he was concerned. It would not lead him to better things if he had to decide what mascot would represent reapers as a whole. He was all about teamwork but mascots and mottos were just not something he was fussed with.

It really was pick on Hel day. Or at least ruffle Hel's missing feathers day. The grim groaned and slunk further in his seat, rather pinned down since Hel seemed to be using him as a means to lean.
He had no words. Mediating was hard, and it wasn't even his job, really. Maybe this one time he would just let them go at it if they so desired. There wasn't much he could do since he'd voiced his displeasure of teasing. So the grim simply sulked and drank the last of his coffee.
“Shut up, Kettil.” Hel snapped back. “If you did not want me to misinterpret—“ The word was heavily sarcastic. “Then you should have been clear in the first place! So instead of trying to drag me down with you, how about you just jack damn own up to it and leave me out of—“
Then Freya…oooh, Freya.
Hel sat straight up on Mot’s lap, and then just snarled.
“GO ******** YOURSELF FOUR WAYS, FREYA! HERE, I WILL HELP YOU OUT! THE FIRST TWO ARE PLANT AND ANIMAL!”

Freya lunged herself at her sister before she could name the other two. Battle cry tearing from her lips, she was proving herself to be the BEST! RA! EVER!!
Kettil was suddenly out of his seat and wrapped his arms around Freya's waist and began to drag her away, or at least back to his seat until she stopped flailing and basically trying to beat her Sister, "You are aware it is mostly my fault she picked on me at all right?!" His voice raised in a futile effort to break into Freya's rage.
