Ronan stared at Roswell for a moment. "Depends entirely upon the time device." He stated, but the alien did have a good point.
He looked back to the rest of the group, Marcie had just got off the phone with the die-ner.
"So what is the plan?" He didn't much care for chaos and uncertainty, it made him uncomfortable feeing lost at sea.

"Well, I called the die-ner," Marceline smiled. "They're not too busy right now, so we can get a table just fine... We ought'a go there now just to be safe... everyone else who wants to come along is welcome to meet us there!"

"Thank you," Ascreama said curtly, smoothing out the bed covers and sitting down. She looked over a Vinnie and a smile twitched at the corners of her lips. "One small victory." She mused.
Vinnie sighed and looked reluctant to continue. Ascreama nodded as the green monster explained. She instantly regretted taking pride in the 'win'.
It knotted her insides to think 'The Blob's' daughter herself was perpetuating the cycle that the Kind Campaign was working so hard to combat, simply because she was too afraid to say what she actually thought for fear of being judged. "Ugh, stop being so awkward Ascreama! Be nice!" She thought.
"I'm sorry, I thought that you'd.. Well, actually.. Uh. I didn't mean to make you feel bad.." She mumbled incoherently. "What about, like, DJ deadphones?" She offered, genuinely trying to be helpful. "Oh that would squash your mohawk down.. Never mind.."

A single eyebrow arched above JD's sunglasses in intrigue as his casketball slipped from his claws, bouncing rhythmically on the floor before rolling away.
"Y'mean you can just... walk into that closet over there... and come out wherever you want? Like, anywhere, bro?" A massive, and appropriately devilish grin spread across his face at the implications of that power. He then laughed it off before his grimagination got away from him, and picked the casketball up off the floor.
"Uh... anyway, bro... bros..." He glanced back to Felix. "I dunno about you dudes but I'm starving! What's good to eat around this place?"

Vinnie's tentacles clenched as she inhaled sharply. She may have told Ascreama to mind her own business, or something worse, but her iCoffin began to buzz violently in the pile of junk on her bed.
"Kn'ai?" She answered the call in a guttural and unpleasant-sounding language, although a few common words were slipped in. "Gnaiih... nafl-hai... chwgah'n Monster High... y'wghan Doomitories... y'sgn'wahl ep gof'n hupadgh Blob... Ia... ng'gof'n hupadgh Mermaid... nilgh'ri shugg y'hah'yar... y'kadishtu... nafl-sll'ha... Fhtagn'bthnk."
Vinnie hurled her iCoffin back into the mess on her bed. She paced for a moment, grasping her hair in her claws as she flopped onto the bed. Clutching her pillow, she slammed it into her face while she screamed the most foul epithets she could think up in the moment. It helped; she calmed down almost instantly, while realizing she had the music paused the whole time. Slicking her claws through her mohawk, ensuring that every hair was in place, she slinked to the diePod and hit play.

Shad shrugged as he reached up and scratched idly at his scalp, specks of mortar and dust falling down into his lap.
"Yeah, that pretty much sums it up, cat. Only trick is I can only move from closet to closet. So if I want to go somewhere, it has to have a closet for me to get to it."
His ears then perk up at JD asking about chow.
"The die-ner is pretty wiggy. Food's real trippy and the waitress is cool. But I dunno. Been up all night cleaning the Looking Glass for that dragon chick so I'm pretty flaked out. Not sure..."
He held up both hands, palms up and weighed his options.
"Hungry. Tired. Hungry. Tired. ... Oh who am I kidding?"
He stood up and looked his new roomies over.
"I guess we could take the short route."
He looked at the open closet door.
"I just hope they're not crowded. I don't do well with crowds. Big ones ... small ones ... non existent ones..."

Ascreama felt lonelier and more homesick now that Vinnie had brushed her off again. She wondered if it was too late to see Ms. Sue Nami and change rooms. She shook her head, determined to get on equal grounds with the ghouls.
Vinnie's muffled scream broke her pondering. She squeeled and hurried to her side. "Are you okay?!" She asked, concerned for her roommate.

"It's my dad, he..." Vinnie blurted... but quickly regained composure.
"I don't want to talk about it." She said, flatly. "I'm going out. Don't wait up." She stuffed the necessities back into her bag and whisked out the door.

"Oh, what did h-" But Vinnie had already left the room.
"Wait for me!" She cried, snatching up her satchel and chasing after the ghoul. Her short legs struggled to keep up with the brisk pace and she called down the hall "I'll buy you some food from the die-ner!"

"You look fangtastic! So colorful! That's something I can appreciate!" Vanissah felt she and Meme were going to be great friends! Meme seemed to like to entertain and maybe they could even share make-up, as she had a lot of white face-cream! Even better, a clown at a party was the best! "Ok let's meet the boos at the Die-ner. I hope they haven't started with out us!" The ghouls quickly hurried down the stairs, Vanissha, going invisible for a few moments made a path through the crowd to get through faster as a lot of the monster's didn't know what or who was nudging them out of the way. If she seemed like she was in a hurry she was. While some people where going strictly for the food. Vanissha was going for the boos! heart [Exit to the Die-ner.]

"Wait wait!!!" Falconnie was running as they shut the door. She signed. Looked as if she'd have to walk down to the Die-Ner by herself. She looked in the mirror one last time, fixing her hair.
She turned around, brushed off her dress, and opened the door. The hallway was loud, some monsters were just coming in! How odd. She slowly made her way down the stairs. The traffic up and down was very busy. She then went out the Doomitory building and started toward the Die-Ner.

Ascreama continued to follow Vinnie down the Ghoul's Doom hallways and down the near-collapsing iron stairs. She jogged and stuck a hand into her satchel, keeping her eyes on the monster in front so as not to loose her, whilst rummaging around for her phone.
Her eyes flitted to the screen for a second and back up, looking through the crowds. She quickened her pace and touch typed, the buttons clicking out a reply to Ronan's invitation to the Die-ner.

"I wonder where everyone is headed," she pondered as she walked around the doomitory campus to get used to her surroundings.
She then heard music, not current music, but music from an earlier time, her scales began to have goosebumps as the music tickled her insides, "I wonder where that's coming from!" she smiled as she ran over to the die-ner.
