Locke dodged the swings thrown at him, he went for a quick jab for the opening, when he heard and saw the new person he jumped back out of reach of Suke so they could have time to talk

"Well well, Captain of squad 11 I presume? Sorry you caught us in a little drinking game, each hit takes a shot, we just started...hehehehahaHHAHAH oh god I just thought up something fun, why not make this a three on three free for all!" Locke said

"Three on three... Uh, I'm only counting four" Kensei chimed in from behind Ai, he glanced at Suke who looked oddly at ease considering how stiff of a guy he used to be, and on other who looked to be in the middle of a sparring session with the eleventh division lieutenant. "I don't believe we've been introduced" he said from the sidelines as he glanced over at the man facing off with Suke. "I'm Kensei Hiroshi, Co-Vice Captain of the fourth division... and you?" he asked, looking at him with a quizzical expression. He figured the man was an addition to squad eleven but it seemed rather odd that he would mistake himself or Ai for his captain.

"Oh hey I'm Locke Rosner, Third seat of Squad 11, ready and eager to duel with any and all hhahahaha sorry, I kinda have a lust for fighting, so with four people now if everyone is up for a awesome fun drinking game, we make this a four on four free for all!!" he said as his Spirit manifestation came out and laughed

" Man you guys have all the fun, to bad I cant come out and shekai more often, you and your wooden swords are boring, but even this will be an awesome fight to watch!! HAHAHAHAHA!!" the Jesters laugh is a combination of fear and madness inducing.

Kensei was taken aback by Locke's enthusiasm which was slightly out of place yet, oddly contagious. Even Kensei himself was brimming with the urge to fight not to long ago, although his challenge was directed at his division captain and it would've been a far cry from a mere sparring match. "Well..." Kensei muttered as he made his way to Suke who reeked of sake, scooting him off the center stage into the arms of his concerned sister. "I'll take this" he said, sliding the bamboo sword from Suke's already loosened grip, "take a breather with your sister, and we'll catch up in a bit". Kensei walked back to over to the spot across Locke, where Suke once stood, "well officer Rosner, I would be honored to pass the time with a duel, honestly it's hard for me to feel at ease without a sword... I have the feeling you're the same way" he said with a warm diffusing grin, as he took his stance.

"Care to take this one step farther then!?" as he takes out his Soul Slayer "A wooden sword just doesn't feel the same if your not using your partner, going against a captain I know I will lose, but to both me and my partner, it would be a fight worth losing HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" Locke was back to his mind set of fighting, having a captain standing before him accepting his challange

"And if I can make a request, please let us use shekai, its been far to long since I have truely cut loose!!!"

Kensei was once again taken aback by just how eager the officer was, after the confusion wore off however Kensei let out a light chuckle. "I can't very well deny someone so enthusiastic, although I'll be holding onto my practice sword... It's really against the rules to allow the use of a zanpakuto during peace times but... I won't tell if you don't" Kensei said, unable to keep his excitement under wraps. Despite not using a blade himself there was something nostalgic about the sheer edge of a zanpakuto whether it be his or an opponents that simply felt welcoming, perhaps it was due to him being raised by the sword primarily, contrary to the typical Hiroshi upbringing. Although, he decided not to use a zanpakuto it hardly meant he would underestimate his challenger, as he locked his gaze upon him like a hawk, his patience was his strong suit and his style was inherently reactive. Therefor, he stood vigilant of his opponent before him awaiting an action, rushing in was not on the agenda.

"Then lets not waist a second longer!!! LAUGH AWAY THE FEAR!!! Kusarijō no Kyōki (鎖状の狂気; Chained Madness)" As his spirit energy cracks and roars loudly, but it sounds like laughter of a madman. his sword and sheath turn into energy and flail around like crazy before taking its form of his Shikai

"Madness Cracker!!!" as he throws his hook at him, energy gathers around the hook, how Locke threw it clearly went right over his shoulder like aiming for his head, but if his foe didnt move a massive, earth ripping explosion, if the explosion hit, it would kensei forward and Locke charged as well his other hook in his hand like he goes to slash at him

Kensei didn't flinch as the hook, generally in his shikai he'd have preferred to take a hit, but dealing with a chain it would be far better to avoid entanglement than tempt fate. His assessment lasted less than a second, his gaze never left his opponent and gazing at the other hook he so readily clenched in his hand, Kensei's first thought was a feint, the first attack was clearly leading into something, the zanpakuto was more than merely a chain and sickle. "Seki (斥, Repulse)" Kensei instinctively proclaimed, as the Bakudō took effect, sending out burst of energy repelling all things around him, including the chain that was flung over his shoulder.

Only using the most subtle of movements, he stepped forward and with an application of Shunpo made his way to Locke's position, standing only inches away from him. "Is this where you wanted me?" he asked with a smirk still glancing at the hook in Locke's free hand, as he raised his own hand up hovering inches from his opponents face. "Seki (斥, Repulse)" he proclaimed, once more in a simple attempt to bounce Locke back a few feet.

Locke manipulated his hook that was thrown to snake back to his feet, he used his explosion move right below his feet as he was hit with the force push him back. If the explosion failed again, he would gather his chains again and hooks to him. He gathered a lot of energy in his hooks and charged at him "Double Madness Cracker!!!" as he set off two, massive explosions at him, he didnt care if he was going to take the full brunt of it, hes taken so many of them the damage to him would be nothing to him if it ment damaging Kensai

Kensei sighed as he caught to desperation in Locke's eyes, his intentions were clear as day as the two came chains came closer, given the proximity Locke was looking to cause something big, therefor Kensei would need to match it was something a bit more grand. "Bakudō 39... Enkōsen (円閘扇, Round Lock Fan)" he exclaimed as he held out both hands, the explosions met a swirling disk of his own condensed reiatsu to absorb the shock. Before the smoke could clear Kensei took the opportunity to use his most favored tactic "Kyokko (曲光, Bent Light)" he muttered. As within the smoke his presence completely dissipated, both physically and in terms of spiritual pressure leaving him basically invisible until he decided to make another move.

After Locke gained his footing after the attack failed, Locke was rather disappointed in how this fight was going "Oh come ON! I didn't want to fight a coward, if you really want to fight then take me head on!! I don't want to have a once in a life time chance to take on a Captain at my best, only to have Kido strip me of any fun in this fight!!! NOW FACE ME!!!! AAAHHHH!!!!!!!" Locke was mad, his spirit energy spiked as he channeled his spirit energy into his body, his senses heighten, his body stronger and faster, he wanted a real fight and this was just an insult to his pride as a fighter.

Locke was one that hated people used kido against him, he would rather feel the steel of his opponents sword against his own rather then fight someone who resorted on using tricks and spells to win their fights. Even knowing full well it was a captain and he knew he was going to lose this fight, if he couldn't get at least one hit in, no matter how small, he could never live it down that he was that weak,

Kensei was disappointing that the officer was so quick to succumb to the pressure, ultimately he had hoped it would be a learning experience to pull Locke out of his comfort zone, however expecting of the eleventh division who were inherently ill trained in kido to counter against it may have been expecting much. Letting out a heavy sigh Kensei moved across from Locke in his transparent state, "well all in all I guess I've figured all I need to, your destructive power really is something for your rank but that aside I'd say you're still very much rough around the edges" he muttered, tapping his chin as he decided on whether or not he wished to continue. He released Kyokko promptly and appeared standing in the same spot as when their sparring session began. "Well if you want to feel the pressure of my aggression, feel free to attack me" he proclaimed.

Locke saw him and charged, but he skid to a halt after he just thought of something...

"I'm...I'm sorry....that was wrong of me to say...sometimes i get so caught up in the moment i truly forget whats going on" he regained his composure, his spirit energy now more calm, but focused.

"All my life I've been use to people fighting me, I've usually been able to overcome what people can throw at me in the ways of kido, but i know fighting you no matter what was a lose from the start, I may be a rash fighter but I'm not at stupid as people claim me to be......God I really put my foot in my mouth this time....Please forgive me...you didnt deserve that insult nor my animosity....I want to take every chance I can to grow stronger and I saw this..a chance to fight a captain who is the very top...and kinda lost it...My entire life I've had to fight, fight to eat....fight to survive...fight to protect those who couldn't protect themselves like the elderly or sick, fight just to prove a point...it makes up who I am....what I'm trying to say is...please don't think ill of me....I finally have someone who I wish to impress and I just lost focus of that for a moment" Locke glances over and Suke and his captain

Lock got into a ready stance "I don't care what you use, I want you to use it, my entire life I've fought heart and soul to over come any odds, I know I'm going to lose, your faster, stronger and smarter then me, but lets test that against my determination and heart." Locke waited for his next attack
