Lt. Schörl
The party had gotten EXCITING. There were knights and senshi showing up out of every corner of Fate, trying to tie up the loose and fraying ends from the axe of their combined, organized strokes.
And the number of still moving SWAT members was growing thin. She laughed into her communicator, "Keep PRESSING!"

Finding herself corralled into a single location with a bunch of civilians and other senshi and knights didn't exactly make Varuna feel comfortable. She was already in a lot of pain, although she wasn't entirely incapacitated. There would be bruising... she was certain of that... and she wasn't exactly thrilled to hang out around more Negas after narrowly escaping the two from before... But at least she was alive.
For now...
Crouching low to the ground, Varuna did her best to hide behind a large wheel that seemed to be continuously spinning (a fun house indeed), while she waited for an opportune moment to strike.
And just as she was about to, another senshi jumped down from above, kicking the beast and nearly colliding into her in the process! Varuna shrieked and cringed back in self defense, not wanting to be injured any more than she had been. The green haired senshi seemed rather tough and must know what she was doing... But as the youma turned to face its attacker, Varuna used what seemed to be the last of her energy, shouting "Snow slip!" and hoping to at least distract the bear with a random manifestation of snow for a little bit.

Lt. Titan
Things had gotten hectic fast, picking up a fevered pitch. The poor bear. It was surrounded. As something of a namesake, he felt a sorrowful kinship with the Youma. It was surrounded by a whole hunt of princes and princesses from kingdoms beyond, and they didn't belong here. Not in this city and not in any forest hunting any game.
But it was doing it's good duty to let them, the warriors of the true kingdom, carry out their orders. He hissed, put both hands to another cruiser and pushed it, jamming some offers between vehicles and crushing metal. What was cover, if moved, could become crushing. It worked. Simple ideas, simple pleasures.
Was anyone left? Titan looked around, brushing his hand on his pants.

Columba had clawed her way out of the boardwalk and dove right in to the fight with the bear, picking up the first piece of debris she could lift and hurling it out into the fray. She'd just hang back and throw things, she figured. She wasn't stupid enough to go running into melee with a goddamn bear. The civilian forces had showed up, which gave her an extreme sense of security in how things were going to turn out. She was unaware of the terrorist stigma senshi had, and her family had deeply ingrained an instinctive sense of security whenever the police were on the scene.
She knew they weren't immortal, but it was their job to handle these sorts of things, and she had the utmost faith in them.
And then Irene had to throw a dismembered youma hand and she laughed. She'd been enjoying fighting with someone who had her back, but she had to scowl when her bubble burst and she realized Irene had considered this babysitting, not back-having. How insulting.
"I can do just as much damage as you, Irene, you might be super, but I'm not a baby," She snapped.
If anything, she was just looking around to find some way to prove such a thing, but ended up ducking and holding on to her hat to avoid being caught in the cross fire, especially as the negaverse forces apparently took out the police she had so much faith in.
"Aw, balls."
Well that certainly wasn't good, and seeing the officers annihilated like that left a weird little twist in her stomach. She didn't have the tools to communicate the distress, but it was definitely a lot more complex than the typical grief of seeing such mass destruction. It went even deeper, and it wasn't good. "I think I feel sick."
She called out her attack, trying to be quiet about it. Maybe Irene wouldn't notice her call for Columba's Special Delivery as she materialized an envelope in her hand and deeply inhaled. She needed the emotional boost badly, but she didn't want to seem weak in front of an ally who was already having trouble doubting her ability to contribute.
"Ah," She gasped and formed her little gloved hands into fists again, trying to pretend she hadn't faltered so badly she needed to use her magic on herself. "Don't worry so much," She cackled at Irene's threats to tell on her, even if they did strike a terrified nerve. She didn't want to end up in the hospital, but more so, she didn't want her new identity taken away from her if she screwed this up. "If you're that scared," She smirked and elbowed the other girl in the side, "I'll protect ya."

Telling the Shame Senshi not to worry was an excercise in futility. Pasiphae always worried, particularly about her teammates, her allies, and her friends. Still, to see Sessrumnir in his normal spirits made hers lift, if only slightly. Like him, she had no idea just how many individuals were involved in this mess of a Carnival. All she knew was that it felt like too many.
At his question, she answered, "The House of Mirrors... there were youma everywhere. And a Dark Mirror Senshi, and a Corrupted--" She was cut off by the charging bear youma. She lashed out to defend herself, kicking at the beast with one grey-toed shoe.
Her kick was aided by the more calculated move of a familiar Senshi in brown and green, and she happily exclaimed, "Nyx!" Of course her friend had survived without a scratch... but it made Pasiphae feel all the better to see her in her normal fighting form all the same.

Nyx gave a triumphant yell, full of adrenaline, as her kick connected with its target. Much better! "I may be able to forget that corrupt cat before bedtime afterall," she thought, too glad with herself over the small victory to realize that her recovery time was lacking in comparison to the foe. Before the bear could take a swipe, however, there was something else. Something decidedly not youma.
Snow? In the summer?
Brown eyes snapped to attention, and this time noted the blue and silver fuku'd senshi (who looked a little worse for wear) nearby as well as the reeling youma. It must have been her magic that stopped it!
"Hey, thanks! We should probably give it room," she yelled above the noise in the Fun House. Not waiting for an answer, Nyx gently, though commandingly took the other senshi's arm for a tactical fall-back.
"Timorous Shadow!" That should make recovering from the snow a bit harder.
The sprained ankle was proving to be more of a hinderance than he initially thought. The proud Serpentine looked at all the other officers valiantly fighting against the police who--foolishly!--stood against the wrong side. He fought as best he could as well - alone and without complaint, not seeking back up as he had earlier from Natron.
To ask for help when the others struggled just as much would be greedy. His own wounded pride and reigning vanity would also not allow him to ask again. How would that make him look? The lieutenant hissed as his foot landed too hard, sending spasms of pain throughout his sprained ankle.
He could not risk a worse injury. If the florist could not work, then he could not scrap together the last bit of money he needed to move once again into an apartment and not continue living out of his shop. The police forces seemed to be well in hand, and so--without a word to anyone--Serpentine made his exit with as much pride as his limping leg would allow. The lieutenant had had a bad fight, but he had given his best.
He may not have collected a single starseed. He may have collected only a minimal amount of energy. His punches may not have subdued very many police. But he had fought the enemy head on and followed orders, seen what the Negaverse could do as a team. That experience, in Serpentine's opinion, was worth the pain.

"I was stuck on the Game Boardwalk. Youma everywhere there, too," he shared, waiting until he could get a good hit in on the youma. It seemed as though all the police had been driven back, and the Negas seemed to be dispersing, but there was this youma to take care of and he wasn't about to just leave it there for others to be hurt.
The combination of some snow and shadow and a high kick from Pasiphae left enough of an opening for him to swing his storm glass around, clonking the youma in the face and spraying it with the leaking liquid. There wasn't enough broken glass to injure it much more, but it was better than nothing.
"Oh good, you're still kicking," he said in response to... well it was supposed to have been to the senshi he'd helped that one time, along with Pasiphae, but also the snow senshi whom he'd tried to keep out of Benitoite's nasty little fingers. The comment had been cut short upon seeing the latter senshi, and Sessrumnir moved forward to help grab onto the blonde's other arm and hoist her out of danger.
"Sessrumnir," he said over the blonde's head with a wink at Nyx. He couldn't remember if they'd ever been introduced, but it was better late than never! "So you and Wonder Woman know each other?" he grinned, ignoring for a moment that they were kind of trying not to get their asses kicked... or killed.
Varuna whimpered and hissed in pain as she was helped up, but she didn't fight against either of them. She didn't like this any better than the rest! She would love to be out of the way and not be stepped on or attacked by Negas with maces or other nasty weapons that could crack bones.
As for her own experience with them, she would be perfectly fine with never running into a Negaverse officer again. Fighting youma seemed like it was fairly simple in comparison.
She looked weakly from Nyx to Sessrumnir and back, wondering if she should be saying something or if they really were just trying to get her out of their way. After all, she was kind of blocking valuable space they could be using to get a better edge on the youma. What good was she for other than causing a distraction?
They weren't going to be using her for bait, were they?? It would be perfectly logical! She was the weaker link, after all.
Another whine of disapproval came from the senshi, hoping these people, one of whom she'd even met before and thought was an okay, wouldn't actually leave her there to be youma dinner. That would be horrible. Typical but horrible.
Or maybe the pain was just getting to her head and she was being way too overdramatic about a situation she wasn't even sure about... Either way, she willingly went where ever they moved her.
Natron stood in the midst of fallen cops, and grinned a vicious, deadly sort of grin. He turned at what sounded like metal bending, to see a hulking blond Lieutenant squish what looked to be the last few police officers with their own car.
"Impressive, Lieutenant!" He called, happy to hand out praise when praise was due.
"Anyone need an exit?" He knew there were a number of Lieutenants here, who wouldn't be able to get down to the Rift on their own - he'd be willing to carry one of them. Even if he was feeling very, very exhausted himself. He had to make sure that everyone got out of here.

"Yeah, beam me out of here, Captain!" Typhon shouted as he hurried over to Captain Natron. He knew he had to grab a hold of the captain to teleport out, so reached out and took hold of the captain's a** as he awaited a teleport out. He just couldn't resist.
Natron made a slightly choked noise when Typhon's hand ended up on his a**. "Alright, let's go then," he said, putting a hand on Typhon's arm and getting himself and the Corrupt senshi out of there.

Persephone spun and kicked at the youma, but it didn't seem to do a lot. Damn! It felt like she was up and down - doing really well and then really poorly in a cycle.
Her chest tightened when she saw the fallen officers. Oh no, those were cops who had come to do their jobs, and the Negaverse had run over them as hard as they had over the civilians earlier... And the Negas were teleporting out, vanishing before her very eyes.
The youma, though - the youma was still here, and not going away any time soon. She growled. It was time to keep on fighting.

Pompeii watched in horror as the final police fell... there was nothing she could do to help since the roar of the bear drew her back to the still on going fight. So many people were wounded or killed.... so many lives ******** up and for what?
Her arm throbbed and her heart ached but the battle wasn't over for her even if it was for the negas... she could feel them leave, the chaotic feel that was negas were disappearing, fading with each passing moment. With all this anger and no were to release it, Pompeii charged the bear once more screaming out her hate and anger. She got in a few good kicks and one punch before a swiping paw made her back up out of range once more.

When he next got the opportunity Falias charged in and smacked at the youma with his broom and then retreated.
Or at least he'd tried to, but had gone so fast that he'd ended up stumbling over.
Fortunately at that point a girl in some sort of elaborate costume had chosen that moment to dash in and smack at the youma-monster with a bin.
Falias blinked and then realised that he should probably take the opportunity to retreat back out range of the monster's claws, taking the broom with him.
It seemed like the thing was a lot weaker than before and more and more people seemed to be coming out of the woodwork and attacking the youma.
Maybe they would be able to stop this thing after all.

A bit of the worry that Athene had been feeling unknotted a little as he heard the familiar words of a certain Tiger senshi's eternal attack.
Finding the metal bin that he'd tossed at the youma earlier, he picked it up and used it to smack at the youma.
The youma obviously didn't appreciate being smacked with a bit of metal and had swiped out at Athene, but he'd managed to get the bin up in time between them and smack the paw coming towards him.
It meant that he ended being knocked back, but not clawed.
It seemed that as the numbers of order signatures increased that the huge youma was weakening, but the chaos signatures were disappearing?
Turning with a frown as he shifted out of youma range as best he could and his eyes widened as he noticed the fallen police force.
