Sacarius had to be careful with this one, it looked as if this blood sucker had some power over illusions, he had to be certain its her before attacking and had to restrain himself from surpassing his limiters lest he attract the attention of a few... unwanted heroes. Regaining his sight after the burst of light he watched as the girl revealed where she had been hiding, turning into a horrific abomination of flesh with white flames and smoke emanating from her eyes, "Ugh, its the stuff of nightmares..." he answered disgusted in her appearance while adjusting his tie, however smirking a few brief seconds later "... I like it" he added, suddenly changing his expression from disgust to confidence. She lunged forward attempting to stab at his heart, which he couldn't allow, after all, this body still had a few more years going for it. As the chain reached its limit it pulled Sacarius to the side, removing him from her grasp, and giving him an advantage in distance since it seemed as in this form the now not so little demon didn't have any kind of ranged offense. His left hand began to emit some green smoke as three throwing daggers appeared in the hand, it wouldn't do much for damaging her form but he could continuously throw them if he kept his distance. He swiped his left arm horizontally across his chest, throwing the three daggers in a line at her, quickly creating another three to replace those should he need to use more.

Sacarius wasn't too sure if this was all an illusion created by the child or if some of what he was seeing was true, it was hard to tell at this time, he had some experience dealing with illusions thanks to his time with Xavier and Cynthea. Which reminded him that he should probably end this quickly and get back to his original task, but then again... he could always make them wait just aliiiiittle bit longer.

A confident smirk remained on Sacarius' face as the daggers fazed through the beast, sure it annoyed him that his spirit weaponry didn't seem to have any kind of effect but he wasn't expecting the daggers to do much more than cause a bit of minor bleeding. If anything he was now more confident that everything was an illusion since hes attack fazed through it like it wasn't really there, too deep in thought he was caught off guard by the low sweep of the beast's tail, tripping him and forcing him to the ground, Okay, maybe its a little real... he thought , rolling onto his back he could see the beast lunge at him with a javelin shaped hand. Reacting quickly he rolled to dodge the attack, however being slightly too slow as the tip of the spear ripped through his coat and into the side of his stomach. Returning to his feet Sacarius grabbed the abomination by its shoulder and swung himself around it so that he was on its back, summoning his spirit chain, he called for it to wrap around the beast's throat and return to his hand so he might struggle the beast, giving it a nice and sloooooow death. The thought of such put a wicked smile on his face, however there was always the possibility of it becoming incorporeal again, to which he'd have to think around how to continue his assault, granted the spirit chain and his weapons could also become incorporeal if he willed it, but that would be pointless at this time.

Unable to strangle the beast Sacarius growled and cursed under his breath, he really needed to relief some stress and he couldn't think of a better way than choking the life out of an opponent, Damnit! Can't a guy catch a br- he thought to himself as the chain went through the beast and he felt his feet being squeezed and then felt himself being thrown into the dark once more. Landing on his shoulder he rolled back to his feet, the abomination taunted him Can't hit'er but she can hit me... Dirty fighting, I like it... he thought to himself trying to figure out the reason for his attacks fazing through before clearing his throat and retrieving his hand off the ground, "Well, either you are and going incorporeal during my attacks... ooooor you're using illusions to make me believe I'm fighting a fleshy uhhh... thing, and hitting me from the sidelines, not sure just yet, keep hitting me and I think I might come up with an answer" he remarked, more so believing in the use of illusions to distract him.

Sacarius could feel the sting from the previous stab, but it didn't really bother him much he had been through much MUCH worse for the sake of curiosity and boredom on a few occasions. He thought about the style of his attacks and the same result, I use spirit weapons and it goes through, usually it wouldn't leave a mark, but I'd be able to feel their spirit energy go down temporarily, maybe trying something alittle more physical... he formulated a plan for his next step, trying to use his own hands to hurt the beast, he was sure that the result would be the same but it'd allow him to get close to the abomination and examine it further.

Sacarius threw his chain forward at the beast, the spear head tip of the chain stabbing and fazing through the beast like all the other attempts, however as it touched the ground it pulled Sacarius forward, readying himself to deliver a powerful kick to the head of the beast, "Wha-Hoo!" he shouted in amusement as he was sent flying towards the abomination.

Due to her response he could only assume that she wanted to keep any chance of him figuring her out, out of the equation. Surprisingly the kick actually registered with the beast, but whether it was just an attack that caught her off guard or if he had discovered that spiritual weaponry had no effect on her and he'd have to resort to hand to hand combat was still a mystery to him. She was definitely full of surprises, being sneaky enough to use illusions and keep up in combat came as a slight shock to Sacarius he had fought people before who used both but not the same way that she had. He started to wonder about her previous answer, thinking about how she could be managing both the form and attacking on the sides, it'd be impossible, he paused in consideration as the abomination charged forward like a feral beast.

If the charge was she true attack then he'd have to counter it, but if it was a diversion to let a sneak attack happen again then he'd have to find a way to evade it and attack the real bloodsucker, but which one should he attempt? ...how about both? he thought to himself as the creature got in close, quickly summoning his chain he swung it in a wide arc around him, this would allow him to strike at the beast as it was too close to back up, sure it could dodge by going low but then it would be close enough for him to counter. The chain spun a full 360 degrees in hopes that it would either strike the beast as it must be too focused on the charge to go incorporeal this time, or strike at the little sneaky bugger as she tried a side attack. At this time, it was but a guessing game, and in truth Sacarius was enjoying himself, finding someone as sneaky in combat as he was was a bit of a treat, although shame she'd have to die for getting in his way.

Surprised by the sudden appearance of the column Sacarius' chain wrapped around the column until it couldn't without pulling him, his eyebrows arched and a frown formed on his face as he finally showed signs of annoyance, "You shitty little vampire! Do you really think owning a rip in existence makes you better!?" he shouted, frustrated by her use of illusions and wasting his time, granted at the same time he couldn't help but laugh on the inside as it was brilliant to keep your opponent distracted while striking at them while they flail about helplessly.

As the beast lunged, he was becoming more and more irritated, as smoke started forming on his wrist and falling down to his elbow creating a serrated elbow blade made of his spiritual energy, he stepped forward and delivered an attack of his own, trading blows with the beast as it clawed at his previous wound creating a larger gash along his stomach. His attack went a little higher up running diagonally along its collarbone and pecs, whether the attack had been successful had still been a mystery as he stumbled past the beast, gripping down at his newly created wound.

After all this time of hesitation and careful planning he finally seemed to be making progress, although then again she was an illusionist if anything, she could just create marks and wounds on her demon projection and make him tire himself out... or he could just be over-complicating things and making it worse on himself due to his constant doubts, Goddamnit, I'm confusing myself here... he thought as he turned to face the creature once more, "Correction: It has the taste of the long dead, the taste of recently dead is kind of.... bland, you got to let it age like wine" he joked, the wound had gotten to him though, if he wasn't over-thinking things he would probably have ended this and got to return to his task.

Sacarius returned back to his readied position of combat, which looked oddly like his usual relaxed state, slightly slouched with one hand hidden away in his pocket with the other hanging lazily at his side, the blood stained his dress shirt a crimson red, and his coat was now sticking to his stomach and thigh due to the blood dripping downwards to his legs. His frown had turned back into his usual confident smile, "Well, that was a nice warm-up, how about round 2?" he remarked, his hat tilted downwards once again casting a shadow over his eyes, leaving nothing more than the image of his smirk.

Fighting the pain that was slowing getting worse with every movement, Sacarius dashed forward to continue his fight with the beast, embarrassingly forgetting that his chain was wrapped around the column which pulled him back and drew his attention. He raised an eyebrow, Its still here? Wait a second... he thought, turning his attention back to the beast, and now forming a new plan of attack. As the creature neared him, he pulled as hard as he could to try and topple the column onto the abomination, using her own world as a weapon of his own.
