Johnathan watched as Clarissa waked over to the sink, he couldn't help but watched her hair move slightly as she did. Starring at her back for a few minutes and just thinking about her beautiful smile and magnificent personality, Johnathan nearly missed her question "I think we could stay a few days, see if there's anything useful around, maybe find fuel for the car" he said turning his attention to look out the back door, deep in thought as he normally was. Johnathan snapped back to reality and turned to Clarissa "If we run into trouble we could just run off, I know a few ways we could escape undetected or so to speak" he said leaning back in his chair. Johnathan slowly rose and headed to the sink himself, washing his own dished and thinking more about the question until he was finished "But right now I think it'd be okay if we just relaxed and worked on strategy, last thing we want is to be completely confused and unsure of what to do if we got separated or attacked" he said as he slowly turned to face her, and once again unable to stop the smile that crept up his lips when he did, although it was now no longer a secret how he felt for her, it always surprised him how she could make him feel better just by looking at him "So I think we'd better talk about rendezvous and check point for the two of us just in case" he said as he slowly walked into the living room, but gestured for her to go first. Sitting on the couch Johnathan turned to her with a serious expression, it was not time for games at the moment "I saw a few places we could maybe make rendezvous in case we get separated for some strange reason" he said thinking to himself mostly. «« ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓

 Clarissa walked into the living room and sat on a couch and listened to Johnathan. She was relieved when he said they could stay there for awhile. She was thinking the same thing but she didn't know what he had in mind, so she always waits for Johnathan's idea. "Sounds good to me," she said with a smile. Just looking at his face, she couldn't help but have a small blush form on her cheeks. Just when he looked at her, she blushed and smiled. Clarissa just couldn't help it. She nodded her head when he was talking about rendezvous and she leaned back into the couch. "I like the idea of relaxing and working on strategy, but that's not a bad idea just in case something happens and we have to get out of here as fast as we possibly can."

He sat in front of her and strectedh his feet, taking hers into his lap and slowly messaging them, he knew it was probably not the best time to relax, them being demi gods and camping out together, the smell would reach some monster somewhere, but he just needed to get to know her "So what were you doing before everything came crashing down?" he asked her, looking up from her feet and into her eyes. Once again unable to stop the cheeky smile that split his face in two, he was falling for Clarissa, harder than he thought possible. «« ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓

Clarissa smiled at Johnathan when he started to massage her feet. He was so sweet and the dark haired female would be sure to give him something in return. "Since you're giving me a massage, I'll make dinner so you can just relax," she said with a smile. When he asked her what she was doing before this whole mess broke out, Clarissa really had to take a moment to think. It seemed like it was so long ago since this war felt like it was going on forever. And then she remembered. "I was actually going to school for zoology or I was going to start school. I love animals and I thought it would be a good idea to pursue a career with animals." She looked over and smiled at Johnathan. "What about you?"

He smiled and listened to her talk about her love for animals, and he felt a small pang of sadness for the fact that she could no longer pursue the career she wanted. Johnathan had to also take a moment to try to remember what exactly he had been doing before the war had broken out. He cleared his throat "I was working on my car.." he said remembering that day "My mom and me had been fighting so I came out to work on my car... It always helped me cool down" he said swallowing "When I saw the empire state building coming crashing down I knew..." he said softly "I loaded my mother and two brothers into the car... I had to force my mother to get in and she cursed and swore at me the whole way" he said with a small laugh. Johnathan shrugged "I took them to Artemis and her hunters, I knew that they would be safer their, and luckily at the time Artemis was taking in all the humans...." he said in a oft whisper "Haven't seen them since..... Nor have I seen my dad" he said wondering if his mother and siblings were all safe and happy, he looked at Clarissa and smiled "Sorry.. Didn't mean to ruin the moment with my story" he said trying to think of something happy "I was able to get to camp half blood before things got real bad though, Chiron helped me and the other campers get ready to fight, we were able to stay together and hold off a lot of enemies" he said with a real smile at the memory "It was nice to be surrounded by other half bloods who understood" he said looking at her "Kinda like right now..." he said a little shyly "I've got you know... You're the only family left for me" he said knowing he could never see his family if he wanted to keep them safe, but so long as he had Clarissa, the pain of that wasn't so bad. «« ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓

 Clarissa smiled at his as he spoke, even though she did feel a little bad about his family, but now that she thought about it, she hasn't seen or heard from her family in almost a year. They were probably dead, but Clarissa refused to believe it that. She always tried to keep a positive mind on them. Smiling at him once more, she knew she was happy in his presence. And Clarissa knew she felt safe and that they she was happy that they could just relax for a little bit. When Johnathan said she was the only family he has, she looked up at him with a bright smile and sparkling eyes. Clarissa felt the same about him. "You're the only family I have left too.." her voice trailed off and she just sat up a bit. Pulling her feet and legs off of his knees, she sat close next to him and crossed her legs. Laying her head on the curve of his shoulder and neck, her head fitting perfectly. With a smile she breathed in him in and just enjoyed his company. Being with someone who cared about you was a nice feeling. Clarissa has been on her own for some time now and this was just so nice to her, especially being with Johnathan. She knew she liked him, but when she kissed him she knew her emotions were out of whack. But she couldn't get if he liked her or not, it seemed like it but she wasn't going to ask. The girl was shy when it came to those type of those things; typical girl.

He watched as she removed her feet and sat closer, her head on his shoulder. Instinctively he wrapped his arms around her and smile, loving having her close to him. Johnathan was a little surprised by the sudden kiss, but he kissed her back, it just felt right. He wrapped his arms around her waist and puled her onto his lap, pulling her closer to him. Pulling away to catch his breath, he rested his forehead on hers and felt her panting on his nose. With a smile he nuzzled her nose with his "Clarissa" he breathed softly "You mean a lot to me..... I don't want you to get hurt.... I... I like you... More than just a friend thing.." he said knowing it was now or never, he wanted her, and he didn't want to wait. He wanted her to know how much he cared for her, he wanted her to know he would protect her, he wanted her to know he would be here for her no matter what happened to her. This shocked him a little, he'd never cared for someone this much, except for his family, and it for some odd reason, he enjoyed it. «« ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ [[ooc: Np loool I've been like SUPER stressed lately so It's alright ^w^]]

When Johnathan pulled Clarissa onto her lap, she smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck when he continued to kiss her. Soon he pulled away and leaned his forehead onto her forehead and she closed her eyes with a smile on her face. As soon as he nuzzled her nose with his nose, she let out a small giggle. Clarissa kissed his cheek and then laid her head on his chest. She ran her fingertips along his chest and smiled. When Johnathan started talking, she listened and when he said he liked her, Clarissa looked up at Johnathan with a smile. "You know.. I like you too.. like a lot.. And I know you won't let anything hurt me.. Cause I won't let anything hurt you either." With another small smile, she kissed his lips softly and laid her head back down on his chest. Running her fingers down his chest once more, she knew she liked this guy and that she wanted him more and more each day, but with the raging war going on outside the now safe walls of this small house Clarissa knew if she lost him due to a fight, she wouldn't be able to handle herself. He's the only family she has right now and if she loses him, she has no one.
ooc: omg me too. School is killing me. And I don't have internet at my house at the moment so that's why I'm not posting as much either.

Johnathan rested his chin softly on the top of her head and just stared at the door, loving the moment and wanting it to last forever, but sadly that wouldn't do. He kissed the top of her head and stroked her hair "How are you feeling?" he asked, knowing it was a strange question, but he was just curious, and with everything that had happened he wasn't sure how someone could handle it all. He continued to stroke her hair "You can tell me anything" he thought aloud unknowingly. «« ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓

Clarissa took in the comfort of being in Johnathan's arms, and honestly she absolutely loved it. He was so solid and warm.. something that she liked. When he kissed the top of her head, Clarissa could feel a small blush rising onto her cheeks, feeling the heat rise to them as well. She nodded her head to his question. "I know," she said softly. With a small sigh, Clarissa had realized how much that her and Johnathan had actually been through and that they had been through more even way before they met. Clarissa smiled at the fact though that he would always be there for her.. something she never really never had with other guys or just people in general. She slid herself closer into Johnathan and let her fingertips run down his chest softly with a smile on her pink lips.

It took every once of fighting he had not to attack her, he smiled down at her and kissed her forehead softly "How about a story?" he asked her with a smile. Johnathan cleared his throat "Once upon a time..." he started, telling the story of how the Gods had concurred and beat the titans and lord kronos. Once he was finished he looked down at her and wondered if he had bored her "Not to good with stories.." he said softly as he chuckled lightly and looked out towards the back doors, looking out at the sky for a moment before looking back to her, the thought of the heated kiss from before in his mind. He wondered if he and Clarissa would ever be able to be truly together, in times like this, what if something happened to him? Clarissa listened to Johnathan, adoring the sound of his voice. She could listen to him talk all night long and not get tired of his voice. When he finished the brunette shrugged with a smile on her pink lips. "It's okay, I still liked it." Clarissa looked around for the time and saw the clock on the wall in front of him, it was a little after four o'clock. She looked back at Johnathan. "What should we do? I'm comfortable here but it all just seems to calm to me." For months she was on the run and having her senses at all time high has destroyed her sense of comfort. Clarissa always thought something was out of place or something was wrong, even when possibly nothing was wrong. But maybe that was just her. She smiled when he kissed the top of her head and it took everything in her not to kiss him again on his lips. Clarissa looked up at Johnathan and kissed his jawline with a smile on her lips. Pulling her lips away from his face, she ran a hand through her brown hair. "Are you hungry? I can start cooking something."

He couldn't help but smile when she said she didn't mind his story so much, there was just something about her that made his insides burn with happiness. Johnathan watched her slowly rise, claiming it was too calm, and then proceeding to ask him if he was hungry. Johnathan slowly rose to his feet, nodding at her "If you don't mind. I'm going to go and look around, just in case, you worry about dinner" he said softly, leaning over and kissing the top of her head before smiling and heading for the door. Johnathan grabbed his quiver of arrows and bow before he slowly stepped out and shut the door lightly behind him. Johnathan quietly walked around the floor they were on, finding nothing new or any sighs of danger. Once he'd cleared the floor completely, he headed for the stairs to get onto the roof. Steeping out onto the gravel, hearing the crunch as his sneakers pressed down onto the ground below him, he slowly looked around. Once he thought that the coast was clear, he relaxed and headed for the edge of the roof, looking over to see if he could spot anything moving around below. Johnathan closed his eyes and sighed as he felt the wind blowing a cool breeze. Turning and heading back inside, he knew that eventually Clarissa would start to worry if he was gone for too long. Walking around the floor just above where he and Clarissa were currently staying, he heard something. Feeling his whole body tense, the hairs on the back of his neck and arms rising to attention. Johnathan slowly turned to see hell hounds "Crap!" he cursed as he started at a run, hearing the hound gaining on him. Johnathan looked around and tried to find a quick way out. Seeing a door open at the end of the hall, Johnathan burst inside and saw the door to the balcony open. With a silent prayer to his father, he bolted hearing the hound hot on his heels. Once his feet his the asphalt, he jumped onto the ledge before letting himself fall over the edge. Looking down he twisted his body and waited to feel the impact of whatever was beneath him 'Hope Clarissa left something soft out' he thought to himself as he felt himself crash down into chairs and other object, his arms over his head, making sure to keep it from banging on something. Johnathan groaned, feeling his body ache, reaching behind his back he tried to focus, his eyes rolling from the impact. Once Johnathan could sort of see, he fitted and arrow on his bow and shot at the hound, just as it was about to land atop him "Take that!" he said softly before sitting up slowly, a hand to his head. «« ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓

Clarissa smiled as Johnathan left the room and stared at the door for a couple of beats, praying that he would be okay. She soon dragged herself off of the couch and made her way towards the kitchen, digging around the room she found some chicken breasts and some rice. Starting the pots of water for the food, she heard barking and one thought came to mind. hell hounds Clarissa's heart literally stopped hoping he was okay, but she tried to focus on the food. Once that was done a couple moments later, she was dishing out the chicken and rice into two bowls when she heard a loud crashing noise. Clarissa worried as hell, made her way to the screen door and got there just in time to see Johnathan shoot a hell hound, but for one moment, a small scream slipped from her pink lips and she instantly covered her mouth. Her brown eyes wide she looked at Johnathan with concern. Feeling like she was glued to the spot on the floor, she finally opened the sliding door and ran over to him. "Are you okay? I saw what happened.. please tell me you're okay.. Clarissa knelt down besides Johnathan and ran her hand through his hair, trying to comfort him just in case he was hurt. She gave him a small smile and tried to help him up.
