Spade Sanosuke James Tanner Spade Sanosuke Balisong Spade Sanosuke Way to typical of a look, I dont like the sound alot and it feels weird. Way too typical?! Goddamn! Fender INVENTED that body style! It wouldn't be so typical if so many other brands didn't copy it! Thats what I was talking about and again it feels weird. I still dont like the look anyway. When Leo invented the guitar, he said that he wanted something that was easy to change things about it, which was also the reason he used a bolt-on neck. The pickups sound generic, but you can change them, you can even get ones with humbuckers in to sound like whatever you want. Also, he gave it a generic look to that it didn't denote a particault style, like the flying V's do. Think of it as a blank palette. wink Again I dont like the sound and it feels weird. I wont waste my money on a guitar that I already tried and didnt like or even spend money on single coils and s**t for it. I think that the humbucker fender strats arent good either. Im judgin it from what my expirience with BOTH (friend is spoiled and loves strats to death) and honestly they dont go with my style of music and they dont feel good. I would not go to buy a guitar just to buy EMGs or Seymour Duncans if I dont like it or the original sound. I buy a guitar at first for the sound and if I think the sounds not as good anymore Ill buy some new pickups but strats I dont like period. Leo Fender left the company thats why the guitars arent made the same way anymore which is kinda worse. My opinion still stays. Well actually, Fender's quality only dropper when CBS bought the company in 1969, then when CBS sold Fender to FMIC in 1985, the quality raised again. The main reason that 50's strats are valueable is the same reason why halos are valueable on gaia. Because they are old and very few people own them. Also, I never said that I was trying to change your opinion. I know that you are entitled to your own opinion.
