Hel sadly didn't notice as everyone fell. She was too focused on watching Shun or...something... Regardless when it become apparent something was wrong she was quick to follow suit and help. "HEADS UP!" She cried cupping her hands around her mouth. It was the last thing she did, for the ground gave way beneath her and she fell too. She didn't feel bad for Freya falling though just to set the record straight... That b***h had wings after all.

Hel's warning came too late. Shun ended up falling. However, somehow, he managed to land right back where he was. And everyone else who had fallen would find themselves back at the start. Furrowing his brow, he looked around, uncertain of what had just happened.
"Right..."
Now, it was best to not question it. Closing his good eye, he took in a deep breath and tried to focus. A moment or so was taken in an attempt to clear his mind. They had come this far, and the thing he needed was at the end of this gorge.
Failure was not an option.

Once he was done doing his impromptu meditation, he slowly opened up his good eye, staring straight ahead at the goal. Shun had to get this right. His instinct had worked well in the dark room before, he was just going to need to try and pull that off once again here. And thus, he took a step forward, finding himself on another solid invisible piece of platform.

"Slow and steady..." Amrita warned, but mostly murmured quietly. She was trying to watch his feet, but when that failed she just tried to watch his silhouette, finding any differences in stance that she should be worried about. Sadly, she saw one. The first thing that she thought of was the first thing she did; she leapt forward, practically shoving Shun forward over the problematic ledge.
Sadly, in the process, she fell.

Slow and Steady were not Danny's middle names. She ran, thinking that maybe if they just charged it without thinking, it would totally work.
It didn't.
She fell, but in her last moments she shoved Shun a few feet forward. Hopefully that did something.

Then they resurfaced as if nothing had happened, Freya stared as things just continued on, a mirror of the moments before she'd fallen to her doom. "DID YEH NOT LEARNS THE FIRST TIME?!" She was severely doubting Shun's judgement capability. "LOOKS WHERE YEHR GOINGS!" Trying to save him from himself, she flew forward, this time determined to not get knocked with a falling- Just kidding, she totally got smacked down.

"Kuso..." Shun cursed under his breath as another of his party went back into the depths. He was just over halfway, and things were not looking good for him in the slightest. Lightly, he gritted his teeth, then took a few moments to let out several controlled breaths. He had little room for failure.

It was a solid step. There, Shun stared ahead, waiting. Rushing was not going to help him here. The goal was just ahead, and he did not want to go home empty handed. Not after all the insanity everyone had gone through in this last leg to aid him. Roll: 7

If there was one thing Hel hated above all right now, it was falling… So imagine her surprised when she re-appeared, and NOT back at Amityville…Just in time for history to repeat itself as well! Of course, that fear of falling didn’t stop Hel from leaping out to Shun again, pushing him to save him. After all, their goal was for him to get the artifact, and she’d go whatever she could to make that happen.

That time, Shun swore multiple times. He was now alone in this place. With a light grimace, he stared ahead. He only made it this far over the precipice with the aid of the others. He was going to need to go it alone from here. And he had doubts that little miracle that happened a little while back would not occur once more. He shook his head, then steeled himself to continue. Things were not in his favor.
