"It's okay, I like my..," Al fell quiet and looked between the two. He scooted a little closer to Rep in case fists started to fly. The vibes here were unsafe.

"That's why I asked if it was clean," Jordan said cheerfully. "Fixing the wall is a good plan too."

Rep glanced over at Jordan and his expression absolutely froze mid-grin into a terrifying mask of what might once have been a smile but now was stretched over absolute outrage. How dare he use that ******** cheerful tone. Undermining him as if his wall fixing plan wasn't as good as the room upgrading plan. He clenched his hands into fists and his tone was perhaps too chipper and manic as he flamboyantly replied. "WHY YES IT IS." He clearly had to point out he noticed the (assumed) slight.
Al got a look. "You like your room right? That's what you were going to say."

Al was starting to verrrryyy slowly realize it probably wouldn't be safe by Rep either. He started to back away. Slowly. Carefully. Don't rouse attention by either- <******** froze in place, looking like he was about to shite himself.
"I.. um... can... you... repeat the question?"

Rep was about to repeat to Al the question of whether he liked his room when he caught sight of Jordan. And that INFURIATING SMILE. Whatever he was going to say went one hundred percent out of the window. Two could play this ******** game.
He turned to Al and made a twirly gesture with his finger. "Turn around. Do it. Don't ask. Stay that way."

Al stared and blinked, but obeyed. Turning his back on the two and sitting where he stood. At least it got him out of picking sides.

Rep cracked one set of knuckles then the other, not taking his eyes off of Jordan, a look of intense concentration on his face.
And then he pounced, charging the last few feet to seize Jordan in what looked like a hug but just a bit more ulterior. He dared all right. 100 percent unmanly, no ******** gie you something to ******** laugh aboot."

Rep's own laughter was just a touch more devious than Jordan's. He kept it up for SUITABLY long enough to attain a proper vengeance, and only then relented, looking absolutely smug with himself.

At the sound of laughter Al had to disobey and peek. Hah, he knew it. Rep was top dog. He turned back around looking mighty pleased with himself to wait until Rep gave the word.

Jordan flopped back on the sand, unable to quite stop laughing all at once. Little bursts of laughter escaped him. Between the giggles, he managed, "You are such an a*****e."

It was Rep's turn to smile.
"Okay Al, you can turn around." He said indulgently. "And sorry about that, I'll help you fix your wall if you like. I'll bring Harrison along too." Under strict ******** orders not to be helpful with anything other than fixing the wall. "He's a moon and I'll keep an eye on him."
He felt like he'd won and it felt awesome.

Al turned around with a sigh of relief. He was starting to feel awkward there. He shimmied close to their group again, "Awesome! And about the uh..." He shut up as he gave Jordan a sideways glance. He decided not to bring up the bed in case it might start another disagreement.
