Technique Name: C. Storage Seal
Technique Type: Sealing
Rank: Unranked?
Requirement: Sealing capability, must be stored before using.
Description: A sealing technique designed to augment the usage of soldier pills. The user is able to store their own chakra into a storing scroll, to be used at a later point in order to replenish their reserves. While harder to procure than soldier pills - these cannot just be bought, but must be made by a sealing capable individual, and then charged with the chakra of the person who wants to use it later on - the benefit is that it can hold more than 20 units of chakra, potentially allowing for even Jounins or Kages to fully replenish their reserves. The downside: The user has to charge it themselves, which takes an actual post or two, draining their chakra in the process.

(Make a post storing the chakra, using up what you have, plus it takes 5 chakra points to activate the storing process. So if you have 20 chakra, you can only store 15.)

Technique Name: Hands of the War God
Technique Type: Ninjutsu - Darkness of the Jousho
Rank: E-S
Description: A ninjutsu technique shrouded in the darkness of the Jousho and the Signature technique of Akira Wakahisa. Chakra is manifested out from the user's hands to shroud them in a pure black aura of hellish energy. This chakra crackles and fizzles like fire and lightning as it whisks away like smoke from its featureless black mass only detailed by movement of wisp like tendrils that orbit the chakra. This chakra cloaks the hands in its opaque form for a duration of three posts before the cost needs to be reapplied to extend itself. Onto the actual effects of the jutsu, the Hands of the War God is a energy based cloak that covers the hands, protecting them from normal impact strikes that may otherwise harm someone else and allow the user to fully strike even metal and rock without so much as harming the hands. Striking a hardened surface by an foreign chakra however will not stay this effect in most cases if the opposing chakra is stronger than the power put into the chakra cloak (i.e. Akira strikes an Earth Jutsu, his hands are not protected like they would normally be if its a higher rank). Other than the protective nature of the cloak to the user's hands, it does suit a combat purpose as the darkness chakra inflicts a foul energy to organic targets that it strikes; be that human, animal, or plant, in which this burns and inflicts a blunt force strike to the foe with an amount of power according to how much chakra is poured into the cloak (table down below). As a meager side effect of burns like many of the techniques associated with the darkness release. The cloak around the hands can prematurely ended and reactivated without applying the cost to continue whatever duration it has left, leaving the user able to conserve chakra if need be (the cloak is shut off with 2 posts left, when used again, it will continue these 2 posts). This reactivation however cannot be done after a span of ten posts has been passed without reusage and the facade of the jutsu will be lost, meaning it will have to be reactivated for its full effect once more. Techniques of one rank lower than a power level used (C Rank Power vs D Rank for example) are negated and overwhelmed by the power of the cloak and the attack proceeds as normal but this will however negate the cloak and will require reactivation of the jutsu.

( Hmm.. This is a rough draft, pardon the length, but I will be willing to work to make this jutsu viable. )

Tear Series: Boulder D Sealing
After having sealed a boulder into a scroll the user will alter the seal. They will add in a projectile element, so when the scroll is activated it will launch out the boulder as fast as one would throw a kunai. There is only one boulder per scroll. Each boulder is a five foot spherical ball.

Tear Series: Iron Wall C Sealing
When activated an iron wall 8 ft tall and 5 ft wide will shoot up from it. It is a foot thick as well.

Tear Series: Void D-S Sealing
This sealing technique requires the user to mark four points around them. Once those are marked a clear dome will surround them. The dome is capable of defending against a single particular type of attack (nin/gen/physical) that must be written on the scroll. For example if ninjutsu is written on the scroll then ninjutsu attacks will be nullified. The amount of chakra that is put into the dome equals the level of technique it can nullify. 7 chakra put into the dome means that it can block B-ranks and below. Once the scrolls have taken on a defensive type they cannot be changed unless the seal is completely rewritten, which takes time. If one of the scrolls are destroyed then the dome is destroyed as well.

This sealing technique is used in conjunction with some sort of trap, and has a partner scroll. The partner scroll is the trigger, and is always kept on the user. The Null Zone seal itself is usually placed in some sort of a container, say a puppet that can hold someone inside of them. Once the trigger is activated, anyone within 3 feet of the Null Zone seal is sucked right in. The chakra that must be expended is equal to the rank of the person being trapped. This seal can be broken if the trapped person expends 1.5x the amount of chakra that the user used. If they are successfully captured then they can be transported just like anything else sealed in the scroll. They will not die inside the Null Zone, like Anne Frank died in the ovens.

A four stage technique that does not kill, but instead renders a body useless. Let's see how this goes.

Technique Name: Scheherezade's First Movement: The Sea and Sinbad's Ship
Technique Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Description: Dan is a talented musician and is known as one of the greatest of his generation. With his ability to create chakra strings with characteristics of steel, he will spawn four strings by connecting four strings from his fingertips to his shoulder, slightly mimicking the position of a violin. By applying chakra to his fingertips on his other hand, he can press against the strings and vibrate his fingers to create a sound just like that of a violin. The sound, heavily amplified by his chakra, is strong enough to spread all throughout the current thread. This sound is a beautiful melody and those whom hear the sounds tend to imagine a whole symphony playing the music. As it plays, though, Dan's chakra begins to well up inside of him and will then raise its potency. All sound jutsu for the next five posts are one rank stronger. This bonus cannot stack.

Technique Name: Scheherezade's Second Movement: The Kalendar Prince
Technique Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Description: Immediately, in the next post after Scheherezade's First Movement, this jutsu can play, introducing a new side to the music. While still beautiful, a powerful begins to gather. Vibrations begin to intensify from the sound, affecting everything in the current thread. Dan can focus his attention to a single target and begin to bombard them with pressure and sound waves capable to crushing steel and turning bone to dust. Only a single target can be chosen for this technique, but it only requires Dan's attention for him select a target. The pressure will lock onto the target instantaneously once they are chosen. This will last until Dan's next move. At such a time, the Third Movement can begin.

Technique Name: Scheherezade's Third Movement: The Young Prince and The Young Princess
Technique Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Description: Immediately, in the next post after Scheherezade's Second Movement, this jutsu can be used. When the Third Movement starts, a booming wave of pressure will be sent out that will collapse, level, and flatten everything in the current thread. The damage caused is immense, but is then followed up by a rapid series of high frequency notes that rain down from above. If they were completely visible, they would look like enough needles to blot out the sun. The needles are all strong enough to pierce through diamond and will seem to almost explode through with tremendous power capable of leveling a large building.

Technique Name: Scheherezade's Fourth Movement: Festival at Baghdad. The Sea. The Ship Breaks against a Cliff Surmounted by a Bronze Horseman
Technique Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Description: Immediately, in the post after Sheherezade's Third Movement, this jutsu can be cast. This jutsu is the final technique a member of the Seika Clan can cast before losing the ability to use their arms. The pressure now becomes so intense that Dan will no longer be able to prevent it from harming his own body. However, to protect his body, he allows all the pressure in this final technique to be conducted through his own arms as he continues to play through his strings. He will cast out massive waves of sound that now dull down and create a resounding boom[ hat seems to never end. To those who can remember this sound, it is a melodic hymn of such beauty that thinking of it can cause one to weep. The truth to this jutsu, though, is that all of the sound and pressure will lock down bodies in the current thread, friend or foe, and pierce into the brain. The sounds begin to grow so loud and powerful that they burst parts of the brain.Most importantly, it aims for the frontal lobe. Once that is destroyed the body becomes almost lifeless, barely even capable of recognizing primal instincts. The body will then become nothing but a husk, but their life will still be spared, as is the story of Scheherezade. Dan will lose the ability to play music with his arms, but still be able to use them for everything else.

All the credit for these jutsus to Harkles and POTS. Apparently, both BBR and POTS have these jutsus… so I don't really know where most of these came from. Doesn't help that POTS also got them from another place (NUR is suspected). Just know that they're not in WHY for some reason. I got permission from both Hark and a vice captain in POTS, though, so… I think it's okay to submit these as customs?

Technique Name: Life Preservation Technique [Ichimei Hoyou no Jutsu]
Technique Type: Medical
Rank: E
Description: This jutsu is causes a small amount of chakra to cycle through the patient. The chakra spreads to all the bodily systems and smoothes everything out. Bodily temperature is regulated, blood flows better and the patient can breath better. This is only a temporary cure, however, as after the jutsu ends the patient will quickly relapse.

Technique Name: Quarantine Technique [Shadan no Jutsu]

Description: This jutsu utilized a large circular seal. The seal prevents things like diseases, bacteria, chakra, and other form of sicknesses from entering or exiting the quarantined area. This jutsu does not prevent things like people or animals from entering or leaving the area, however, and it is not 100% foolproof

Description: It is not always possible for a medical nin to practice basic hand washing and other procedures. This technique has the effect of instantly removing bacteria, dirt, blood, and other contaminants from the user’s hands, lower arms, and face. It also insures that any breath that comes from the user’s body will be free of any bacteria or infectious disease. This technique can also be used to clean the wounds of others in order to prevent infection from bacteria. It the event that the medical nin is using this technique to prevent infection of an injury that has been inflicted upon them, it is used as if the shinobi were using it on somebody else.

Description: For a variety of reasons, muscles, tendons, and ligaments can become overworked and painful. This may be because of some type of injury or it may simply be the result of too much work without enough rest. By applying the proper amount of pressure at the right points and using small amounts of chakra a medical nin is able to relieve pain and help the patients body recover more quickly. A strain or sprain can seriously hinder the effectiveness of a shinobi and as such this technique really can make a difference.

Description: A medical nin must always be aware of becoming a victim of whatever their patient is suffering from. With this technique a medical nin temporarily increases their resistance to diseases and poisons. It has no effect on diseases or poisons already affecting the medical nin. This technique improves as the medical nin grows in power and affords greater resistance to a wider range of diseases and poisons.

Description: This jutsu causes the skin of the victim to stretch, grow, and fuse together over cuts and bruises. The chakra is also very hot, and is commonly used to cauterize a wound as well. Unfortunately, this jutsu is, at best, a temporary fix and is only suitable to take care of bruises or cuts. Large gashes are outside of this jutsu's ability, and the use of this jutsu doesn't mean you shouldn't go to the hospital

Description: A medical ninja's number one priority is the safety of his or her team. While this is normally accomplished through healing, some ninja learn that the best way to make sure that his or her allies aren't harmed is to take out the opponents. Those ninja learn how to reverse jutsu such as the Fleshbinding Technique to cause harm. This jutsu in particular sends out a wave of chakra over the opponent's skin with a touch, causing minor cuts and bruises in a large area. The learning of such techniques is forbidden in most professional academies and frowned upon by most medical nin.

Description: After making physical contact, the user sends weak chakra pulses throughout the body. The chakra has no direction but instead follows along the patient's body normally. The pulses can then be read, giving a detailed analysis of the patient's body. Although performing the actual technique is very easy, reading the feedback is feat only trained professionals can accomplish.

The user focuses chakra into the seals and into the patient. The chakra seeks out the major bodily functions and gradually performs minor surgical feats. Description: The user places the patient within a large circle and places his hands in two smaller circles located close by. A biological medium (such as hair) is taken from the user and strung from the user to the patient. Chakra is moved through the seal and medium to the wounds of the victim, restoring them with great efficiency, even to the point of reattaching limbs. More elaborate versions of this jutsu utilizing multiple medical ninja at once have been known to exist

Description: Normal body temperature can be disrupted for one reason or another and this technique is used to restore it. It can be used to treat abnormally high or low body temperatures either by using chakra to infuse the patients body with heat or by using chakra to siphon off excess heat. It is not required for the medical nin to continue to use this technique in order for it to be effective but unless the cause of the abnormal body temperature is solved then it will occur again over time.

Description: The user attaches several chakra strings to multiple patients' tenketsu. This allows the user to fuse their chakra flows, but not their chakra supply. Any force inflicted upon the patient is applied to everyone else the strings are attached to and visa versa. This jutsu basically lets others take on some of the pain the other person is experiencing. While, in theory, this jutsu could be used offensively, attaching the strings to the tenketsu is a very precise business, making it incredibly easy to dodge, even if the victim isn't trying. Half the damage inflicted to anyone under is instead split among everyone else in the link.

Description: One of the most powerful Ijutsus ever known to shinobi, this one requires at least 5 medical nins who are willing to lend their healing chakra to the user in order for the technique to succeed. First and foremost, this jutsu requires a preparation of one hour in which the user writes down intricate seals on the floor. These will be used as medium for healing chakra.
Then, a severely wounded creature (can be an animal) will be placed in the center of the intricate drawing. Now comes the most important part, when on each of the 4 corner of the complex drawing, a medical nin will sit, ready to push in chakra while the user of the jutsu will stand near its side. The fifth medical nin will sit at one of the drawing's sides and will have the key role in the jutsu, as he or she are responsible for harnessing the other medical nins' healing chakras and diverting it towards the accelerated healing.
Then, it begins- Healing chakra is pushed forward in an amazing rate, with the seals acting as medium for the chakra to pass through to the patient's body. The mass amount of healing chakra combined with a sample of the patient's DNA has a stunning effect- Even the most mortal of wounds are able to heal in a matter of minutes. The same goes for ailments, poisons and deceases; the jutsu also has a cleansing effect on the body.
After the jutsu is done, most times users will require a great deal of rest after using so much chakra. Obviously, this jutsu is impossible to use during combat, and should only be preformed in a hospital, where other medical nins are present to oversee the procedure and to help out if things go wrong.

Technique Name: Five Point Seal: Ultimate Demon Sealing Technique
Technique Type: Sealing

Description: After inscribing a five point sealing formation in ink on the torso of the human to receive the demon, the user must approach the greatly weakened demon and transmit a massive amount of their own chakra to form a seal onto its body. With the majority of mod approval, this seal with capture the demon by converting the body into a pure chakra state and then forcing it into the body that was set up with the seal prior.


Technique Name: Reaper's Capture Seal
Technique Type: Sealing
Rank: S
Description: If placed on a dying or recently dead body, this seal is capable of preserving the body in a stasis state. After placing both hands on the target and then using chakra to form the seal, the body will then be locked in a preserved form. Shortly after, an ethereal form in the shape of the reaper will take the body and sink into a portal in the ground.
This only affects RPCs. Once an RPC had been dead for a week in IRL time, this technique can no longer be used to take the body. The body must also fresh and completely intact. In the event that a body has been dead for over a week, but the battle in which they died has been going on the entire time, crew discussion can override this.

Technique Name: Reaper's Capture Seal: Calling
Technique Type: Ninjutsu

Description: This jutsu acts similar to a summoning technique and calls forth the reaper, whom is holding the body of any single person that has been taken by the Reaper's Capture Seal. The body is laid on the ground and their stasis ends. The reaper will then sink away into the same portal and disappear.
