Loxus was scared at first. Yuuma had looked surprised and Loxus' smile disappeared. It didn't seem like he would be happy about what ever he did. Instead of talking to him. Yuuma had taken his shots instead. It looks so swift. Loxus wondered if he could be that good at it. When he reached his last target, Yuuma's arm beeped. What could that be? Why? Loxus wished he knew more. His curiosity was killing him. After a few seconds the second hand turned back. Loxus wasn't sure what it could be. Was he getting kicked out? Or was he just going to be told that he had to help out more. His mind raced with a bunch of endless scenes. All ended badly for him. But there was one that had Yuuma giving a very faint and half smile. Oh wait, this one was different. This wasn't in his head. No, this one was real! Loxus couldn't believe it. Now, the elemental would be one of first people on the ground. He'd be able to check out the caverns now! If he wasn't so happy to join, he might have noticed the name. Any other time, he would be laughing on the ground uncontrollably."Thanks Yuuma! I can't wait for when we land!!
The second hand walked into the range, and began to collect arrows. Loxus didn't know if he would be aloud to get inside. So he waited out and started to write on a piece of mechpaper. It was a sheet that went straight to the computer. He used his finger to put down a few notes that he had just gathered. The handwriting was pretty messy but creative. You wouldn't get bored reading down those boring old words this way. It was style, take out the words that were overly complex for no reason, and add creative messy things on the side with three medieval targets! Oh, and also a rock to shoot though, also a huge buff bodyguard looking over the person! Loxus sat back for a few seconds. Can't have that...so he erased it. People weren't his biggest part. So instead he just put a huge knife coming from the sky with a rope. He would be able to read it. But some people might complain about it. '60 Meters, 3 shots, Upper head target. Fastest speed 1.37? Loxus Temp, Fastest close ranged shots...' Was it 1:37. Loxus placed his hand the bottom of his chin. That was pretty fast, but his arms weren't feeling the effect on it. He would in the morning though.

Erin walked across the bridge glancing at her SSP and saw that everything was double checked and nothing having to do with maintenance was in demand. This was different, Having nothing to do before three in the morning. She felt so useless. The mechanic decided to just wonder around aimlessly up where only the crew could access on a catwalk where all the pipes were exposed around the walls as she waited for a notification for her to attend to.
Maybe this would have been a good time to go find Yuuma. Every once in a while he would pop into Erin's mind. How he was so mysterious and what he said about him practicing late at night how to talk to her. Heat went across her face when she thought about him actually having a crush on her. She had never had a romantic relationship. No one has ever been able to keep up with her ambition and curiosity. She understood,
Erin stopped walking and sat on the ground with her legs dangling off the edge on the cat walk. She decided to just sit there and think for a while until she was requested for help.
After collecting all the arrows, Yuuma began heading back. "Reset." he said. Normally, this was when all targets were retrieved back into the walls or the ceiling, but something had went wrong. The system of the firing range didn't quite catch the new record set by Loxus, so it thought it had to keep putting out targets. Yuuma's order for reset would return the targets, but they would jet out as soon as they touched their home base. And there were a lot of targets.
The first target came from the ceiling and knocked Yuuma's headphones out of his head, then everything else started crashing into him. The noise that the machines made as well as the thuds the targets emitted from crashing into him (not to mention that it was painful), made Yuuma collapse and curl into a ball for protection. He screamed, but through the strong bumps and such, he slapped the emergency button on his Command Panel, which would alarm the captain, nurse, mechanic, and navigator. It would also send out a holographic beacon so that the alerted would know his location.
For now, he had to hold on before any of these targets broke his bones.

Erin was startled by the beeping sound coming from her SSP. She grabbed it and looked to see there was an emergency in the Target range. Quickly she stood up walking down the cat walk to where she came from. She jogged down the stairs and jogged down the hall squeezing through all the people with the sound of her boots clunking on the ground. She entered the target room in under 5 minutes to see Loxus the navigator and Yuuma being bombarded by targets relocating themselves.
At first the looked at Loxus to see why he wasn't doing anything then back to Yuuma. She ran to the range and ducked hoping not to get hit herself. Erin quickly crawled closer to Yuuma and outreached for him. "Yuuma, come on, we need to crawl ou--!" she said being cut off by the wind getting knocked out her by a target making her roll to the right of Yuuma. Despite the pain she could barely catch her breath, but she still tried to get Yuuma out of the range. She couldn't just drag him so she needed him to help her.
Speaking for a while longer, it wasn't long until Lady Suzunosuke stood up and grabbed her pipe and Yuuma's hat after leaving the table but spoke one last thing to Anna before leaving to go help out Yuuma. "Anna..." She spoke as the white haired doll looked up at her surprised and blinked, "Yeah?" She questioned with a confused expression as the blonde halfbreed simply smiled at the pipe in her hand before looking over her shoulder to the doll. "What would you do or say if I told you, I'm a lie? If I'm a sham? If Im not who I claim I am?" She questioned with a slightly insecure look on her face as the white haired doll looked to her with a confused expression. "Well, would you become more elegant and become much less slobby and do your job correctly?" The doll simply questioned back with a stern expression, one that refused to falter. It was as though these questions were ones she truthfully meant. But that look, it pierced straight through the fearless Lady who was captain of a great ship. That look, it reminded her of her mother, that look she'd gained whenever she did something bad, spoke out of line or did an action that was going to suffer punishment. Wih little effort to tell a white lie, Lady Suzunosuke simply smirked and shook her head at the dolls question and awaited the dolls answer to her response.
With a simple smile and another bite of the eaten apple, just the core remained as the doll spoke in that monotone voice, "Then it doesn't matter, as long as you're still that slob we all know then it doesn't matter. I wouldn't really care to be honest~" She spoke in what seemed to be a very lighthearted tone as she continued to eat the apple, reaching the seeds as one had fallen onto her tongue. Lady Suzunosuke just smiled and left. That was all the support she needed as she left for the hallways and headed out to the firing range as she clutched the hat tighter, almost dropping it as she took a drag, smoke trailing behind her. She was walking faster than usual. It seemed she was slightly fired up after that conversation with the doll as she reached the firing range only to spot the pile of targets and guessed Yuuma was there. Had he said 'reset'? She wondered, ready to test that theory but guessed he already had as she then heard someone else open the door behind her. It was the doll.
Anna stood there, no apple, not anymore. She was just blankly staring at the scene as she held onto the feather boa that Lady had with her all the time. "Yuuma-kun is there..." She spoke, not saying where to be exact since she only spoke what Lady knew as the captain nodded with a smirk. "Pushing them off won't do either, might as well smash one, huh?" She spoke with a grin as Anna nodded, not so much as a smile on her lips as Anna backed away, standing in the shadows as per usual. She really wasnt very skilled with weapons, she was more used to using her power and if she picked a wrong shadow to shatter or move, she could even end up causing Yuuma more pain, possibly anyway as Lady Suzunosuke was meerely waiting for other people, she wasn't too sure on how to handle this. She was definately going to need someone else's help with this as she looked to Anna who was leaning against the wall, "Why not help by destroying the shadows of them targets?!" She shouted as Anna shook her head before leaving to go attend the dragons. Lady Suzunosuke just stood there, mouth gapping open. Oh god, what was Anna doing leaving her on her own.
"Umm, don't worry guys! I'll try and sort this out!" She spoke, biting her lip a bit as she looked slightly confused. Anna leaving her was the worst decision ever. Spotting Erin though, running in to help, Lady Suzunosuke had an idea, she was hopefully just going to clear the way for her as she lifted the hem of her skirt up a bit and pulled out a couple of knives from her thigh belt as she shouted towards her, [/colr]"Oi! Keep your head down!" She shouted to her with a small grin before throwing a couple of knives towards the targets that got in the way of Erin trying to get them out, hoping it'd at least stop them for a while or make there be enough damage so that they would break or something of the sort. Anyone could tell that she was improvising as she continued to do so.
The notes were about finished. Not really much more he could put down. He wished he had taken down some about Yuuma. But he didn't carry tech like that. The only thing that he really had was the collar. It might have some neat functions. Like how when the captain or second hand wanted him, he'd be shocked. Well it'd beeped for the a few seconds. Like right now, it was giving off the small. Clicks and what not. Then he felt it heating up. Again, he was lost inside his drawing. Then jumped up at the shock! He clicked back on it, sending it to open the message. "The Second Hand, Yuuma, needs assistance."Loxus thought about it. That wasn't normal. He was in the same room as him. Looking though the range, he saw all the targets going crazy.
At first he thought it was some movement practiced. Then noticed that Yuuma and Erin was there. They were trapped, wait there was also the captain? He was confused. Being inside of his notes normally did make him go in his own little world. That might have been the main reason that they had the lightning part in the collar. Placing the mech paper into his bag. He jumped out off the ground. The captain was covering Erin's tracks. Loxus might have been able to just blink over there. But for now he might as well just help. Somehow? What was he supposed to to? Oh, wait, he could shoot them? But that might not destroy them. His arrows weren't meant of strong attacks, mostly to just stop a person. Yuuma's quiver might be able to provide more help. Looking around, A note appeared inside of his head. 'Yuuma's normal and Rose Arrows are to big for his bow. Much less, Loxus' bow will most like have problems shooting.' Sometimes, information was bad for the occasions. He'd have to just blink to the other side, if they couldn't handle it.
Loxus was standing next to the captain, she was throwing volley after of knifes. He couldn't just stay there anymore. Erin was trapped with Yuuma now. So he quickly got open the door, and began to look around for a few seconds. First, Identify, targets. Yuuma, and Erin. Second, Dangers, Knifes from the captain, boards from the ground and ceiling. Third, Analyze, find the routes, Straight, left, and another dash, then he'd grab Yuuma go back, repeat, but with Erin. No need for three different ones on this one. Last thing, Fourth, Execute. Loxus followed up with his plan, he began to change his speed to 35MPH. It would be the same amount as the knifes that were being thrown. He got down and grabbed Yuuma's hand. He was hit with a board on his left side. It stopped him for a second. As he saw the second one come to him. But was destroyed by a knife. He quickly dropped Yuuma and blinked back to Erin. His legs were already strained. Must have used to much energy on when he was shooting before. Thinking back at it, it might have been worth it. He took a few seconds to look at Erin at the ground. She had already had her hand out, so it was easier to get her."This was fun!" Expect the blinking part. He dropped off Erin at the door without problem this time. Walking though the other side. The ground was calling him to stay at. To much energy was used in the last hour for him to stand anymore. His descend to the ground, had began. It took a lot longer then it felt. It took 3 seconds, it felt like 3 hours, though.

Covering his ears with his hands didn't work. The noise bombarded his sensitive ears and gave him a massive headache, and the feeling that his eardrums were going to burst. All the noise began to frighten Yuuma, just like when he was young. It was the reason his mother made the headphones for him.
Yuuma heard Erin's voice and felt her tugging him. He helped her by pushing himself to her direction with his legs, but a target managed to clip his stomach, while another target with a sharp corner struck his eyebrow. It was a really pathetic way to get injured, but if it wasn't for his hearing handicap, he would have had better results. He felt a sudden change of environment as Loxus got him and Erin out of the range. If one were to observe beneath Yuuma's clothes, they would find multiple bruises on his arm from protecting his head, and several bruises by his chest and stomach. There was also that cut on his eyebrow that a small stream of blood was flowing out of.
He felt like he just got under a stampede, but the sound waves rattled him. He shook with pain and fear, his ears covered by his hands and his eyes shut tight. He needed his headphones. He needed them fast.

Erin gripped her side feeling a bruise forming as she tried standing up. She was glad that her and Yuuma were finally out of the range but she saw that he was still not doing okay. The red-headed girl finally noticed what was so different with Yuuma. He was missing his hat and his earphones. Which was NOT good; obviously proven by the expression spread across his face.
Erin's eyes darted around the room looking for the control box. She scolded herself not thinking about it in the first place. Once she finally spotted it she quickly jogged half limped to the control box and took out her key and unlocked it. Since she didn't have the control to do voice command she would have to shut down the targets manually. She unlocked opening the box and looked at all the buttons and the wires and searched through her knowledge how to disable the controls of the rapid moving targets simulating enemies they would possibly encounter on the next planet they went to. She never learned any codes so she had to look for a specific wire. Once she spotted it she pulled out a wire cutter from her belt cutting it with the response of the targets finally stopping.
The mechanic they quickly ran back into the range and grabbed Yuuma's earphones off the ground and returned to him crouching next to him putting the earphones on him without any delay. Hopefully he would be okay now.
After feeling that the soundwaves were gradually going soft, Yuuma opened his eyes slowly, but his right side was seeing red.The blood from his eyebrow got into his eye, but it didn't hurt. It mixed with his tears that came from contact with the blood, and it looked like there was a line of blood from his eyebrow to his eye and down his cheek. Though, his hair was hiding his eyebrow so it looked like he had a tear of blood. It was weird.
Yuuma looked up to see Erin, then Loxus and Lady Suzunosuke in the background. He was glad. The emergency beacon worked. But, just because his headphones were back didn't mean it automatically reversed the psychological effect it had on Yuuma. He still shook slightly with fear, and he reached out for Erin and tried to hug her for comfort. His hands were trembling, and he felt a little dizzy.
His headphones were connected to his head through biotechnological wires that were attached to the parts of the headphones that touched him. It wasn't supposed to fall off so easily. It then posed a threat that he might have suffered a concussion, because the target that hit him in the head did it hard enough to knock his headphones out. Boy, how embarrassing. He was beat up by a bunch of targets in front of the girl he likes. Must be hard.

Kaida giggled. "Nothing, Onii-chan~" she said, flicking her tongue in his direction. She dug her claws into his scales and, carefully, clambered her way up to the older dragon's head. Once Kaida reached her goal, she sat down. Starting to lick her claws, Kaida cleaned them. "Oh! Onii-chan, Anna brought some treats for us. They are yummy!" Kaida smiled as she spoke. "You haveta try them!" She wrapped her tail around her hind feet. "I already ate most of 'em, so they weren't poisoned!" Kaida was well aware of her brother's dislike for humans, even if he had never told her. The young dragon always could tell how uncomfortable Raven was around Anna and all the other humans.
When Yuuma finally opened his eyes Erin was mesmerized by his green eyes brighter then before, only until the blood running down his cheek caught her attention. She was about to assess all his injuries and see where the blood was coming from until she was Yuuma gave a surprising reaction and hugged her. Her eyes were wide with the unfamiliar physical touching. You would say she has never been hugged by anyone other than her parents.
Erin could feel his whole body trembling. Whatever his earphone protected him from has definitely shaken him up. Her shoulder then relaxed and she placed her hands on his back gripping Yuuma into the hug. She did so very lightly, thinking by how much he's been hit by the targets; he probably has multiple bruises.
The mechanic new she needs to take Yuuma to the nurse but the girl being embraced just wanted to feel his arms around her for so much longer. But his possible injuries outweighed her need for affection. "Here, Yuuma I will take you to the nurse. We need to get that bleeding wound checked out," said as a warning while she then loosened her grip and helped him to his feet. I will see him to the nurse's office," she said to the rest of them as she then endured her pain and slowly helped Yuuma with one of his arms around her shoulder to the nurses offices, which was thankfully only a few doors down next to the kitchen.
Once then finally got into the nurses office she sat Yuuma down on one of the chairs and collapsed on a chair next to him. Her side was really hurting now.

What's 'safety'?
Loxus wasn't really keeping up with the second hand and the Mechanic. He just noticed they were talking. She got his hand phones. Oh yeah, Yuuma used those things to listen, or live, or something. Loxus wasn't really into tech that much. It hated him, he hated it, and the two lived happily in hated with each other. Erin had picked him up, then said something, about the nurse. Loxus had some bruises and some cuts, from some of them, but he couldn't tell, or feel them. His adrenaline was still going strong. Another thing he hated about 'Blinking' around. His body didn't want to stop, it just wanted to keep moving until he was dead, or fully out of energy. There was a strong scent of smoke, Loxus normally could smell it pretty well. The smell was always on the captain. So you could tell were she was, it was both a good, and a bad thing at times.
The room was empty expect for those two now. He could talk to her about the planets and stuff now. But he still didn't find anything out. The only thing that change from the last time they 'meet' was that he now was going to be on of the people on the ground now. That would be so much fun! Well if he could still move and all. Right now, his legs were going to be a little bit messed up. But would heal a few minutes before they reached the planet. For now, he'd have to just grin though. The captain wasn't really a 'nice' person in a way. But Loxus never really cared much about that. Mostly because he couldn't see it as much. "I wounder what caused that to happen? It was kinda fun."
Watching as Erin had picked up and helped Yuuma out to the Nurse's office, she gave a small nod to the mechanic when she mentioned seeing him to the room said before. With a puffed out cheek, she placed Yuuma's hat on a nearby shelf, just to keep it out the way. Turning to Loxus, it was just them. She simply shrugged at another passing thought before hearing the younger male speak about the event that'd just passed. She couldn't help, though, but agree with what he'd said about it being fun as a small smirk played on her lips, it was like her poker face all over again as she spoke, "It was indeed. Though, the cause might be even more fun to find out. A bug in the system? I would doubt, the ship has been updated~ See, it's like another small adventure." She hummed, holding her pipe tight and humming to herself at that thought alone. The whole idea of that event being something other than a bug did intrigue her, it did indeed. She tapped her finger on her lip before looking to the navigator from the corner of her eye.
That was when a thought sprung to mind as she spoke, "So, where would we go visit next after Ragit?" She hummed, wondering if he had some sort of plan with the planets. With that question, she started to look around.
Anna seemed to have never left to go back to the dragons, she wanted them to talk some more and get along. She wanted them to bond more, just to be honest. But standing outside the door seemed to bore her as she walked back in, unnoticed by Lady Suzunosuke because of her being a doll, her presence wasn't one that went noticed. But instead of clinging to the captain as she had done so before, she was clinging to Loxus, more or less because she wanted to watch what was going on, up until Lady noticed her. "The dragons?" She questioned the young doll as Anna shook her head, "They need some space every once in a while." She spoke, blinking wildly as she stopped clinging to Loxus's arm and stood in her own small space, she seeemd to want to know what was going on and what they were talking about. Being a little nosey, aren't you, Anna?
Flinching as she made her way up his head, Raven let out a sigh of relief once she was settled. "Let me see, then." The beast knew she would not be satisfied until he had some himself; though he would rather have some coyote to chew on. Taking a small treat with his claws, the treat seemed really minuscule to his size, but on consumption it was bursting with flavor. "Wow.. you're right, when you see Anna, could you thank her for me?" Raven in his entirety was not trying to be close-minded for Kaida, as he wanted to have her grow correctly with a clear mind of what her world was, and to tackle problems with a excellent sense of justice. Being who they were, Dragons quite frankly found themselves in the center of political problems, battles, being hunted, and any thing really climatic. He just wanted her prepared.

To find out what caused? That might keep him from being bored until the ships lands. Normally, for things like this, he'd just leave it to Erin. But this one, this one could be used for training his blink. Like he had done before. But without the knifes part. Everything else would be fine. Oh no! The captain was talking again. But Loxus was still thinking to himself of the different things he could add into his new training room. He heard just about every other word. She had asked him something as she began to look around. Anna had entered the room and attached herself to Loxus. It took some time for him to come back to. But when he was surprised that Anna was on him. She had his arm. But he didn't notice her come in, was she inside the room the whole time? She had let go after talking to the captain. Then stood on her own. "I'm guessing that, we should travel to..." He looked at Anna. Not sure if he should still tell her with the doll there. So he just sat there and sighed. Normally it was an captain, navigator thing. And even he forgot sometimes where they were going, so only the captain knew. Eh, might as well." Krain seems best, we'll be used to the cold weather, and might be able to stock up on somethings. The danger level is I think it was 6 out of 10."
