"I'd never been to Scotland before," Jerry fell into the third stage, settling in a casual depression, "I thought I'd sit on the hills and have some Jerry Time. I didn't realize they hated music and fun here." Never mind the inappropriateness of his loud shirt on such an eternally gray day and general threat of public displays of gaiety.

Rep's relaxed and absolutely smug posture visibly iced over as Melvin called him the name he explicitly made sure everyone knew he hated. It was only marginally less offensive than being called b***h and made him bristle. "Oh is that a ******** threat? I'm shaking." he snarled, sitting up to glare over at the blonde man, outraged that after the scuffle he'd still try and assert himself on him. "You wouldn't ******** dare ******** with me, you know it, I know it. You think you are big but a wee coat fits ye. You think you can make me regret anything? ******** bring it."
Jerry too got rounded on as if he'd had a hand in Melvin snapping at him. "Sit on the hills? You should have come to a biscuit tin or a postcard instead of a country."

"Oh, I forgot that you get your rocks off when people threaten your life. I'll just go for a different tactic then." He turned his attention on Jerry and just gave him a confused look.
"You're coming to a country that helped make this." He gestured to all of Rep. "That should have been your first hint."

Rep snarled and swung his legs off the side of the cot. "The <******** that meant to mean? " He got up and strode across the cell towards Melvin, fists clenched. "Don't make me ******** punch you through a ******** wall smartarse. Cause I will."

"Braveheart was such a violent movie but the scenery was always so pretty..." Jerry murmured distantly. "I thought Rep was like Rep cause... well. He was Rep."

Melvin smiled, raising up his hands in mock surrender. "What does it mean? Well you know me so very well, Rep. What do you think I mean, and do hold your temper. Wouldn't want them to keep you in jail longer due to murder." Melvin smiled and moved away to look out through the bars and try to peek down the hallway to see if anyone was coming.
Glancing back at Jerry, he just rolled his eyes. "People are shaped by their environment. You were. I was. Rep was." He continued to look down the hallway. "How many people get to sit on flowery hilltops all day, and how few can enjoy them when we were the kids that we were?"

Rep wasn't sure if it was the alcohol lingering in his system, the old violent urges borne of the location or just the sheer ignorance and smugness he was having to deal with at that moment in time, but he really really wanted to hit Melvin, more than he ever had. "It would be ******** worth it." he snarled, the urge to summon Tracey present like static.
He resisted the urge to pursue Melvin only long enough to point at Jerry accusingly. "And you. ******** Braveheart?! Really? That was in like, ******** castle times when everyone was up to their ******** tits in mud. Unless you live in a ******** prairie wagon or on a camel, don't assume we are from the past either."
He didn't appreciate Melvin's psychological assessment either though, shaped by his environment, that sounded like someone who was a p***y, he shaped his environment and if it didn't bend to him he'd destroy it. He wasn't hesitant in moving to seize Melvin's shirt - or try, he was a slippery ******** - and snarling "Don't tell me what made me who I am."

"Guys, guys!" Jerry wobbled again upright to try to break up the impending fight, "This is all equally both your faults, alright?"

Melvin snapped his head to Jerry. "Jerry, Shut up. I don't need to hear you blaming any of us because you were you and somehow that gets you arrested here." What other reason could it be.
To Rep, he just wanted to huff. "Your environment shapes who you are just as anyone else. I'm not making crazy statements. It's just study and fact. If you live in the desert in a war country, you are going to be a lot different then the kid who raises goldfish in Maine. Just saying." He really didn't want to talk about something so simple when the two Suns couldn't even grasp the current situation.

Rep was about to snap at both Melvin and Jerry for their comments, and was strongly considering just punching one or the other of them in hopes of starting a brawl when a familiar voice piped up. It was like expression whiplash the way his face changed from a furious and malicious snarl to a broad and confident grin.
"Finally." he said, unwisely not shutting up as he turned to face Jordan. "Took you long enough man, don't get a day job as a rescuer any time soon."

Jordan folded his arms across his chest. Rep got a flat, expressionless stare, and no reply.

Rep beamed at Jordan in defiance of this and purred. "Aww. don't be pouty man, boys will be boys and all that. I'm sure they like, didn't mean to do it. I just got roped in as an innocent bystander ok."

Candace wasn't far behind Jordan and Harrison, though she didn't look nearly as grumpy anymore now that she was here. She actually snorted with laughter when the first thing she heard was Rep saying he was an innocent bystander. "Sorry, sorry. Oh hey Jerry." Candace cleared her throat and stopped laughing, putting on a nearly perfect poker face.
"Hello Rep, Melvin." Rep she wasn't surprised by..Melvin and Jerry? She was very surprised.

Rep gave Candace a nonplussed look. "Oh. I forgot Jerry called you."
It was nothing personal Candace, but the drunk tank as far as Rep was concerned, was the last bastion of manliness.
