Wow, this church was beautiful, but it was also...
"Boring, boring, boringboringboringboring!" Kit sang this in a singalong voice, the sound of his voice echoed through the gothic church. It was time to go to Durem, the city was bound to have something to do there.

From the southern skys came the winged one. Flying black death, holding a wriggling, squirming helpless one in his hands. A small object fell from the skies, the prey it seemed, was prone to airsickness.

And bam, the demon banked east with another massive turn. And the poor man lost his stomach again. With nothing to throw up anymore though, all he had was acid to spit up.
The burning, the horrible burning.

Coll walked serenely past the church, jaw rudely hanging open at the splendor of the place. He scratched his head, "How in the world... this structure is astounding! I wish I had time to examine it..."

Regardless of how much he enjoyed the angles and arcs of the church, the centaur continued his ponderous pace eastward. "Stupid..." he mumbled. "This place is ridiculous, really..."

Without delay... or perhaps with great delay... Jin appeared.
He came from the west whistling a tune, and headed past the curch, his aim apparently to the north.

Jin went north, to the Void.
It was quite literally a breath of fresh air compared to the stagnant aroma of the city, where the wind could not reach.

And in from the Void Flare flew.
It was amazing how many times she was passing by this place. The demon looked at what was left of it fondly...she'd have it restored to its former glory so that she could safely perch on it once more.

Flare left the church, heading to the clock tower once more. It seemed strange that these were the very same steps she had taken in the beginning of the game...and so the cycle begins anew.

The minivan rolled on past the gigantic cathedral. How humbling it was.

"We're almost to the university, you can powder your noses there," Charles told the milk maids.
"Chaos women," he mumbled as he drove on.
