"thank you, I'm glad you like my ears.. I like them a lot too, they look fun and help me hear things far away. I don't mind you touching them, it helped my calm down" she smiled, looking straight into his deep green eyes.

"how about I tell you about all that stuff once we go some where better then this.." the tiled floor was starting to hurt her bottom and being curled up in a weird position round the toilet wasn't comfortable either. The bathroom wasn't very big, so she was pretty much in a tight corner. Her legs were a little wobbly but she managed it, as long as she kept one hand on the wall. She glanced down at the glass on the floor, forgetting to pick it up.. that could wait for now. "How about we go in the living room?" Cecilia asked him

Basil smiled and gently helped Cecilia up. Helping her slowly to the couch Basil sat down next to her and began to massage her little belly gently. It pouched out a little when she sat, something he hadn't taken much notice to. Yet then again she was always standing.

He would let her lean on him if she wanted to as he waited for Cecilia to speak. It was odd, Basil felt like an excited husband awaiting his first child. He doubted she felt the same way though. Her belly was cute, heaven only knew how big she would get. He hoped not too big, for her sake mostly. Carrying around a large heavy belly probably was exhausting.

(lol if worst comes to worst we can move this to 1x1 or remake it in 1x1)

The sofa felt so much better on her bottom and back, so soft but not too soft that she was sinking in the foam of the chair. It was just right, he probably had a nice nap on it. As soon as his fingers hovered over her tummy, she felt a little weirded out, but it completely melted away as his touch began to soothe her stomach, it wasn't so bad after-all. The initial reaction was only because they were still sort of strangers, even if the city did consider them a couple straight off the bat. If she had to be stuck with anyone, Basil seemed like a very good option. Cecilia hadn't even noticed her tummy, it just looked like she put a little weight, nothing drastic as of yet.

Once she got comfortable next to him she began telling him a story, not one of fantasy and fairy tales, but of her origin. To a human it might be considered in a fantasy way, because Viera's were incredibly rare in the world. "where do I even begin?..." she said out loud. "I think my love for a different life started in two parts.. when I was sixteen I had trained with my bow for many years up until that point, but it was the day of my 'rite of passage' to become a Salve-Maker. It's pretty much like a guard to the forest, another job is wood-warder but I didn't want to do that. I loved using a bow, anyway the rite of passage is completed by catching a creature called a Vorpal Bunny. It only appears once every seven years. The process is, kill the creature and use it's tail for 'vision dust'" Cecilia continued to explain, hoping she hadn't lost him there. "it's a special dust to help hide the village from outsiders. You didn't have to take up one of those roles, but I wanted to make a difference" She decided to rest her head on his lap, looking up at him while he was still rubbing at her poor tummy. Laying down it made it look slender like it should be, with a few small muscles underneath her sheer nightdress. It was very much the same material used to the front of her normal outfit. But she had underwear underneath this, just in case they ever bumped into each other during the night.
"There were many Viera trying to hunt it down! I was sure I had no chance, most of the competitors were a lot older then myself, all desperate to get it. I had never even seen one of these before, only small drawings in the stories as a child. It was all I had to go on. A tiny creature with a fluffy tail bigger then it's own body. All week all we could find we could find were Panthers and Malboros, maybe the odd Treant." She smiled, closing her eyes as she imagined her home land. The forest was a lot darker than her village, no light seeping through the tree tops, sure it did seem scary at times, but she loved the adventure.

"I was prepared to just give up and let someone else find it, that was until the spirits talked to me" She had completely forgotten to explain her ears could could hear voices of the dead in the spirit world. "They were telling me not to quit, where the location of this damn fluff ball was. I have no idea why they were telling me this, maybe they saw something in me I didn't. But their tip paid off, I found it. It was much better then all the stories I was told, but I had to kill it for it's tail." She then realised she might of been rambling on too much, so got to her second reason for leaving for a different life.

"So anyway, I earned that title. And started to get a good reputation in the forest. I rather enjoyed it, that was until people started trying to control me. My mother writing to the male village, apparently many elders wanted their sons to breed with me..." she rolled her eyes at the word breed, it made her sound like an animal in her mind, or one of those royal families who were set up only because of their looks or genetic makeup. "I had no idea she was doing this behind my back, never even seen a male before. It doesn't always happen like that, but the male village had heard of my work.. so that's the only reason. Usually you just walk around during mating season and bump into a man, do your business, exchange names and say goodbye." She sighed, looking a little sad in her golden irises. "I was set up with a male, he looked very nice indeed, handsome. Very well built too. But I didn't like the idea of children at all. If I had a son, they would be taken from me and given to the father to raise. That's just wrong. And it was then, just looking at this man that I knew I couldn't live this boring life of hunting and breeding, looping over and over till I died of old age." Cecilia took a small pause in all her talking, just incase he wanted to say or ask anything before she would continue.

(I don't care if you want to make this into a 1x1. smile Eventually we're going to have to time skip a little anyway. )

By the beginning of her life story he was gently massaging her belly. During the middle his hands moved to her ears again and he hadn't realized they were cuddling a little bit. He was too intertwined by her tale.

Her race seemed so facinating, yet a little sad too. "So you were forced to breed huh? Still that's very facinating that you're a skilled Salve-Maker, you hide your power well. I've traveled around for a while and can always tell the good warriors or hunters from the greenhorns. I'm a bit glad you're not some secret assasin or something Cecilia. I can understand, you wanted a life of curiosity and adventure, not someone to tie you down. What happened next? How did you meet us Humans!?"

Basil's eyes were sparkling full of excitement and curiosity. He looked like a little child waiting impatiently for Christmas. He loved hearing other people's stories and Cecilia's was very interesting..but he could tell it was a bit bittersweet as well. His life wasn't all too glorious or glamerous as her's though, but he would reveal his story at another time.

"Now I understand why you're not so thrilled in being pregnant. In your mind, it probably means your tied down now..but you're not. S-Sorry continue please! You don't want to hear me rambling forever." he said blushing shyly. Removing his hands he just relaxed, after all it was rude to keep touching someone constantly. Basil didn't want to creep her out after all.

"W-What d-do you mean by use exactly? I-I'm not going to be your p-personal slave, am I?" Asked Ryan to Nadia, this was all just so bizarre. The others may not have mind, but he didn't like any of this at all. He didn't want to be anyone's slave, for any sort of reason! Perhaps he should escape, when the time was right. He just wasn't ready to trust these pregnant women.

(skip whenever you feel it's right)

She smiled at his eagerness to hear more of her tale, she had never told anyone because most people weren't that interested. The only comments or questions she was given were ones about her odd looking body. "does it hurt if you pinch your ear?" "can your tail bone break like a humans?" things like that. But Basil was more interested in questions about her personal self, not bunny features. "Well, it's not that.. when I was a young teen, yeah I wanted to be a mother until I found out all the implications. I wanted love, not a quick fumble in the bushes and wait nine months. But I guess I'm in the same situation as I would be over there, sort of." It did sadden her that the thing she ran away from was back to haunt her.

"ah, how I met the humans. I think I was about twenty, I had changed my name to the one you know now. I didn't want any roots back to my heritage, so that's why I changed it to Cecilia, it's a more human name really. I think I saw it on a poster for something, maybe a play I think. Anyway, I had made some money working for a blacksmith elf. My experience at weaponry back home paid off. I brought my boss a lot of customers doing that, everyone wanted a piece of Viera made armor and weapons because you can't buy that usually. I had seen many elves before walking around my forest, but a humans.. no.. not at all. They fascinated me whenever I saw one walk in, I'd ask them so many things! Rather personal and weird questions too I might add. But I find you all so precious and fragile.. in a beautiful way." She smiled, staring straight up at him, lightly touching his cheek with a soft finger. "you're all beautiful to me...." Cecilia then took her hand away quickly, realising she was touching him like that. "umm so yeah, one day a few soldiers walked in, but they weren't the normal ones were saw come by. These were elites, finest protectors of royalty and general important tasks given to them. Every single one was male, which didn't bother me. They came to my small little workplace because my work had spread across the city. The main man Matus was very impressed, wanting to test me on making a custom weapon for himself. Which I did very easily, after them coming back a few times and me telling them of my skills, they asked if I wanted to join them... I couldn't believe it! A Veira being asked to fight along side one of the toughest groups known." Cecilia gave another grin that looked proud as punch.

"It was amazing, some of the best years of my life.. that was until I started to fall for the leader, Matus. He was always so kind to me, protected me, got me out of tough scraps. I thought he loved me too, but.. I was wrong right?"

(Alright will do.)

Basil blushed a bit, feeling her touch his cheek and staring into his eyes. It was like the whole world had melted away when she gazed at him like that. His heart began to race a bit faster, it was like something he had never seen or felt before. Then suddenly she backed away timidly and hid behind herself once more.

As he listened, he grew more and more facinated with Cecilia. She was not only a master at the art of a bow, but a blacksmith as well? Basil had heard of Matus but have never seen the man, though he had heard the guy could tear people in half just by blinking. It was then, that she finished, he frowned a little.

"Wow..you're so interesting. I..I'm so well..surprised. The battlefield is probably where you belong, not here playing pregnant mother. The way your eyes light up when you speak, I can see how they sparkle. You're a beautiful woman Cecilia, whatever Matus failed to see is probably haunting him now. I'm sorry too..here I thought you were a common gardener who had been in a few scraps. A warrior..that's something to be proud for!" he softly replied taking her hands gently.

"Teach the one inside of you these things. Have him, or her, grow up in the wisdom you carry. Don't feel bad because of the past, but enjoy what you have now. If you want to, we could always sneak out of here and then take to the roads. I'll support you, and the life inside of you, with food and lov-errr, friendship." Basil said with slight romance, yet backed away a little.

She confused him. There were times where he felt she wanted him to pull her into a deep kiss, while other times she wanted a large chasm to seperate them both. Basil let go of her hands and shyly blushed. "I-I'm sorry, I don't know what's comeing over me. A-Anyway, you've got to show me your archery and your blacksmithing skills sometimes Cecilia! Though, I'm afraid my life isn't as exciting as yours you see. F-For starters...I'm an orphan.." he stated trailing off a bit as if he was looking into a dream.

She gave a nod to his first comment "I forgot about all those womanly duties one is expected to do. My life was too dangerous to have a child anyway, maybe this was meant to be... and don't be sorry, it's perfectly fine. Not many would think a weak looking female did all that" she chuckled, rubbing her thumbs along his as he held into her hands. Her tummy felt so weird, but in a nice way.. it couldn't of been the sickness making this feeling.

Cecilia listened to his words about escaping the place that was pretty much trapping them both. Her plan was to get him out one day if he so wished, but he was talking about her coming with him, she didn't know what to say. "Hey, I'd love to get out of here with you, maybe you'll have a fun adventure for once." she smiled before noticing a slip on in his words. Did he almost say love? or was he about to say something cooking related like loaves?.. but that wouldn't be a slip up surely? It was then he moved her hands away from her own, this sadden her a tad but continued to listen.

"wait.. your an orphan?" Her heart bled hearing that, he was so lovely! To think he probably didn't know his real parents or anything made her feel so bad for him. She didn't care if he moved his hands away, she grabbed them quick back to hers. "an... orphan, and here was me having the idea of just giving this child away... I feel a little bad now.." She sighed, before knocking her guilt away to focus on him. "Did, something happen to your parents?... if it's too painful to say, don't go there." she asked, looking into his eyes with care and a hint of love. Cecilia kept his hands in hers, lightly rubbing them softly.

Basil shook his head. "I really don't know. My parents traveled alot, so I was left with my Uncle. How I remember this, is odd. I was so young, but all I remember was them not coming back one day..." he said softly tears welling up a little. He never spoke of his life to anyone, but oddly felt like he could trust her. Taking a deep breath he smiled.

"A week later my Uncle died of a sickness, and I was taken to an orphanage. I was ten years old when all of this happened. I shut my heart out towards everyone. Sure there were familes who tried to welcome me into their warm arms, but I was so devastated that I pushed them away. For two years I stayed at the orphanage, then ran away one night. I just ran, ran away from everything..not caring how far I ran. I spent a week in a town starving and almost getting the guts up to steal something. When I finally got the courage to, I was caught by the head chef at a local resturant. I still remember the look in his eyes when he caught me holding that loaf of bread..I was so frightened..I thought he was going to beat me, or turn me over to be jailed..but instead..he just smiled." he said pausing to wipe his eyes.

Basil felt so silly, but her gentle eyes beconed for him to pour out his story. "'Where are your parents?', he asked me in a gruff voice. I remember being silent and confused. 'Well if you parents don't mind..our potato peeler had just quit on us child. We could use a hand if you're looking for work.'. That man was so kind to me. After I told him I had no family, he hugged me and then took me in as an apprentice. I never understood why he did so until I asked him, I was fifteen at the time. The chef laughed heartily, slapped my back, then smiled saying 'I saw the talent within you Basil. There was something in those eyes of yours that called out to me. I too was once starving, until someone helped me out. We're chefs kid, cooking for those that need it are what we're all about! I know you don't understand, but someday you'll know...you'll know when someone reaches out to you needing a loaf of bread..'" he stopped again feeling some tears silently fall down his cheeks.

"When I grew old enough to venture out on my own I did. Learning from every place I went to, I even learned how to use a sword somewhat, to protect myself from danger. It was sort of a mission from my mentor and adopted father. I travel the land feeding those who need a loaf of bread. Heh, that's why..that's why I don't feel bad Cecilia. Right now, you're the one that needs a loaf of bread..I can feel it. I can.." he said closing his eyes and letting out a sigh. Basil fell into an awkward silence, yet pulled her close and hugged her in a way that wouldn't hurt her child. He felt their hearts beating together as he began to cry softly letting out some of the pain he had felt. It felt nice speaking to someone about his past, it was refreshing.

She hand to cover her mouth once in a while, making silent gasps at mostly everything he said. Her life seemed amazing compared to his. He had no family, no home to call his own.. and yet she left all hers just because she didn't agree to the rules, by her own choice. It made her feel like a bit of a brat..

The first tear she saw roll down his cheek, she instantly wiped away with her thumb gently. It was painful to see him so sad, he was so bubbly and happy earlier. He gave off no vibes that his childhood was so terrible. But sometimes horrible things to make a person be so much better because of it, he was one of those people who had lost everything. But had found a passion in something he loved, and that seemed to be enough for him. She was glad he found an outlet for his pain, instead of doing the usual turn to evil thing.

Cecilia was so quiet, holding back her own tears from his sad life story. In their sudden hug, she guided his head to lay on her shoulder so he could cry it out. "But look at you, you turned out amazing despite all that. You've helped so many people, including me and will probably go on to travel again and help even more people out there who need it." she smiled, but felt sad. Because he seemed to move around and help a vast amount of people, one day he might of just left Cecilia once he felt his job was done. She really didn't want that, but it was selfish to have him waste his gift on her like that. "You have so much ahead of you. So many places to see! Lots of friends to make! Hey, I could even teach you a few combat moves for your next trip" she chuckled, running her fingers through his golden hair and without even thinking about it, gave a small peck to the top of his head.
PostPosted: Thu Mar 28, 2013 7:40 pm

Basil was touched. After he finished he gently kissed her cheek. "You're sweet..thank you Cecilia. I know, I always make friends wherever I go. Normally I don't mind traveling, but someday..I would like to find a place, find and marry a nice girl, and raise a family. Teach some children of my own how to cook, feed a family with not only food but love. I'm...lonely."

Pulling away he leaned back upon the couch and sighed. "It's so strange, but I finally came to that realization when I came here. The men and the women in this town need to connect and come together, not be seperated. Everywhere I go, I hope that I'll find her, so far I haven't had much luck. Anyway, how's your stomach feeling? Any better? I think it's well past dinner time as well." he chuckled lightly notcing the moon shining through the window.

"I could cook you something light if you're hungry, before bed. That is if you're stomach will allow you to keep it down." he said happily lightly giving her belly a gentle pat.

((I'll probably skip after they both go to bed, seperately not together :p, how far along in her pregnancy would you like to skip to? I would like to draw it out as much as you'd like to. The way I usually rp, is I leave the pregnancy in the hands of the one with the pregnant character. You are in control. I just want to bump the story along a bit.))

Cecilia touched her face gently, the exact stop where he left his small kiss. The warm feeling it gave, rushed though her body and even made her tail wiggle from the sensation. He was then talking about having his own family one day, which did come as a shock really to her. Maybe he would stay with her, oh but that was a silly idea.. he wouldn't stay with a woman who was having another man's child would he? Cecilia had no chance..

"You have plenty of time for all that, your only young" she teased, trying not to think of the feelings she was getting for him. "Just don't forget about your bunny friend during all your family adventures" Cecilia smiled warmly to him, cupping his hand. She was actually feeling a lot better, and looked like it too. All the colour was back in her cheeks, hardly pale whatsoever "I feel much better thank you, I think that ear and tummy rub worked like magic. I might to ask for another one later" she teased, with a big smile across her lips.

"And no, it's fine. I think I'll skip a meal for now, I don't want to scare in the middle of the night if I run past again"

(hmm how about a few weeks? a month max?)
PostPosted: Thu Mar 28, 2013 8:44 pm

(All right. ^^ I'm skipping to three weeks later/almost a new month. smile )

"I could never forget about you Cecilia. It's hard to forget a cute bunny when you see one." he chuckled lightly standing with a stretch. "Alright I'll be here if you ever need a massage again, just ask alright? I'm going to put the food away then get some sleep. I'll see you tomorrow then Cecilia." Basil said with a smile as he walked towards the kitchen.

Stopping halfway he turned around and smiled at her warmly. "Thanks..for listening. It felt nice letting my pain out like that. You're a very interesting person Cecilia, I can't wait to get to know you more. I'm glad we crossed paths." he said then vanished into the kitchen to clean up leaving her alone on the couch with her thoughts and the small kiss he had left upon her cheek.

-----------------------------------------------------
Three Weeks Later....
-----------------------------------------------------

Basil had gotten used to living with Cecilia. They spent alot of their time talking about each other's experiences. He felt closer to her each day he spent, that he hadn't realized the month was almost done. A month had almost gone by? Wow, time never moved that quickly when he was alone.

She was gone today, gone to tend to her garden. Basil had visited a few and accidentally stepped on the grass a few times. He learned the hard way how much she cared for gardening. Today was special though, while she was out he thought he'd surprise his cuddly bunny friend with a nice lunch.

As he left the small house, he had to wear a band on his wrist notifying that he 'belonged' to her. Cecilia was hard to find when she was off gardening, but soon found two large ears popping out near some bushes. Thinking up something clever, he quietly snuck up behind her and covered her eyes with his hands.

"Peek-a-boo! Guess who?" Basil chuckled lightly.

A month had passed almost, and she was loving Basil's company alot. She didn't seem as down and moody, because he always brightened her day with just a smile or a joke. Living in this city didn't seem so bad after all, although she still didn't get on with the women very much, they were too full on for her. Cecilia herself looked like she had a tiny belly on her, even if she stood up now. But it only really seemed like she ate too many pies or something, not a proper bump. Her stomach was less sensitive by now too, which she was very pleased about, only occasionally a food smell would make her barf up. From her guesstimate she was about twelve weeks along. But didn't really have a clue because she still hadn't seen a doctor or anything. In a way she still wasn't accepting there was a life inside her, even her tiny pop belly she was blaming on Basil's yummy food. It didn't feel real yet.

That day was warm, the sun was out which made the fur on her ears get some nice sunshine. Like most normal animals with fur, her ears sometimes needed a bit to keep them healthy. It was almost perfect, the weather, doing her little hobby around the city. That was until some women would find her hiding spots sometimes, they would usually keep hounding her with questions. "Where is your husband?" "Is this your first baby?" she was getting sick of it, so had to find more quiet spots. Cecilia had started to observe the women's behavior, much like a hunter would. Charting where they would all gather in certain times of day. It was starting to pay off.

While planting some new bulbs for next spring she could hear faint footsteps as her left ear twitched, hearing each sound like a pin drop. A pair of hands was suddenly around her eyes, she would've attacked this person until she heard Basil's voice. "Damn, you found me today" she smiled softly "I'll have to hide myself a little better next time. So what brings you here?" she asked him, planting a blub she has half done before turning her attention back to Basil.
