Rp Sample: Kaori jumped back from the attacking nin and glared at him as she deftly unfastened a flower from her hair and held it in her hands. She then used a tiny bit of her chakra to activate the seemingly harmless flower. The instant it was activated, the chakra in the lotus released the emotions of lethargy and apathy in a thirty yard radius around her. She watched as her attacker stopped moving and just kinda stared into space, doing nothing. She grabbed some rope from the ground and then proceeded to tie him up, hands first to prevent jutsu from being used. She then wiped the blood and sweat from her face and began to lead the nin back to the village prison that he had escaped from.

They will only listen to their creator, and have an insatiable hunger, and can move along the ground on their roots, though they do need to reroot themselves every fifteen feet or so, if they don't reach a target. But if they do reach their target, and manage to ensnare them, the target is then devoured alive, down to the bones. The flowers start out as pure white, and turn red after feeding. The flowers are moderately fast, but their strength is in the surprise (who is going to expect living flowers with teeth?) The flowers either live in Kaori's hair, dormant until activated by the appropriate amount of chakra (E-1 D-2 C-4 B-8 A-16 S-32) or can be created in battle in a pinch, but the ones created in battle are harder to control, and often weaker by half a rank to the ones created out of battle. They all have a natural weakness to fire, but the ones created on the fly are a full rank weaker to fire than the normal flowers. Rp Sample: Kaori looked around and sighed when she was alone in the forest. She let her hair down from it's flower-laced braid and watched as the flowers slowly came to life as she pushed some of her chakra into them. They slowly shook, as if in a breeze only they could feel. Slowly, as if coming awake after a long sleep, the flowers uprooted themselves, then all turned to Kaori, who smiled. These were a creation all her own, and she was ready to see what they were capable of.
It didn't take long for Kaori to learn that, while the flowers were relatively fast, especially considering they could actually skitter along the ground on their roots, they still needed to re-root themselves every fifteen feet or so and rest. After a few long hours, they came across a herd of deer, and Kaori almost cried out when her flowers swarmed. The flowers did their own version of a wolf pack hunting, and managed to take down one of the fawns. Kaori hurried over and gasped, hands over her mouth, at the sight. The flowers were now blood-red where they had once been pure white, and in the center of their petals, teeth could be seen, just as stained, and the fawn was little more than a pile of bleach white bones. She dismissed the flowers, hand shaking, and decided then and there. No one would ever be allowed to learn this jutsu. It came to life with her, and it would die with her. She was determined to make sure she could control these demonic, yet innocent-looking, flowers, and use themm only to defend Suna.

Creator: Nyx_Nightshade_7656 Jutsu Name: ChakurarÅtasu [ Chakra Lotus ] Rank: S Element: Universal Classification: Ninjutsu Description: Similar to the Diamond Lotus, the Chakra Lotus is created outside of battle, but unlike the Diamond Lotus, this one contains pure chakra, and has a total limit of two at a time for the user. It takes an S-rank amount of chakra to create the lotus itself in one post, but once created, the flower is permanent, and can only be destroyed with fire, or by the creator them-self. Each of the flowers created with this jutsu can hold one thousand (1000) chakra, for a total of (2000) chakra. Kaori can only use one Chakra Lotus per battle, and it takes several posts to completely fill with chakra, not making it refillable in battle. She had used almost all of her chakra, and was running dangerously low at the moment, she was reluctant to use this, but it was needed, Suna would not fall this day. The tiger tamer grabbed a silver lotus from her hair and crushed it in her hands, the instant it was crushed, she felt chakra flow into her, revitalizing her. She bared her fangs at the men advancing, and spit blood in their face, "Well?! Come on then, I'll rip you all to pieces!" She cried, before she began to put her newly acquired chakra to use in the decimation of her enemies.

Declined for two reasons, the minimum chakra that must be expended is 5, the second, if it's an instant kill then it's completely unfair as moderately fast is about half the guild.
