"Yes, they oughta be here." he said, calm as you like back to the Jounin. He seemed to be talking about the south of the Wind Country. "Is it hot down there?" he asked, attempting conversation. He watched as the man seemed to be troubled, Darello seemed to recall that the man had trained down there. "Training isn't all that matters, charisma and reconciliation are key factors as well." the man put his own twist on the man's troubled expression. Whether it was correct, or incorrect; the advice was that of the highest calibre. Strength will get you the opponent's attention, charisma will get you the people's attention but reconciliation will create a basis for both.
Darello, impressed by his own thought process, decided to wait for the man's answer and started fixing up Puppet Arsenal. He just needed to swizzle the puppet's loose finger so it would be fixed, and then grab it's neck and pull it down into place. The wood was starting to become rugged at some parts so Darello simply peeled it with a kunai knife. "Well?" Darello said, while he was working, still wanting the answer from Mantama.
Realising that he hadn't spoken his thoughts, Darello explained, "Strength will get you the opponent's attention, charisma will get you the people's attention but reconciliation will create a basis for both."
Darello's belly rumbled, signalling he was hungry and ready to have dinner.

Manta nodded in agreement, but he wasn't finished. "While that's true, I'm in a position where I don't have to worry about charisma or reconciliation. I just have to be as strong as possible for my village. I leave the paperwork and bureaucracy to the Kage." Manta sighed sheepishly. He was notoriously bad with keeping track of papers and dealing with silver-tongued officials. He'd much rather just fight and get it over with. Realizing the other man had asked him about the South, he turned to him, replying. "It's relatively cold, actually. It's close to the shores, and the wind picks up. It's one of the few spots where it rains frequently, and damn, it's cold out there."

"Even so, strength only gets you so far." he sighed, the man obviously not getting his point. He wondered on about it, the possibiltity off going the whole way with strength, he had heard of valiant attempts while reading by the fabled organisations of old. But it seemed that, strength was key to some peace. But not all.
However, once Mantama started speaking off the south, Darello heeded for his opinion on the place. He was surprised to hear that it was cold, usually south. South facing. Sunshine. All these facts went through Darello's head, until he just couldn't be bothered. He was hungry, and his thoughts were protruded by a soft rumble in his belly.
"Wow, Manta, I thought it would have been nice and warm. But never mind, where is everyone? This is ridiculous is it not?" The man said, babbling more like a child then a Kage.

The older Jounin shrugged. "The weather really is rather dismal. I liked it personally, but then again, I am a bit strange." Manta's stomach also growled, his impatience with Rikuto and the others quite clear. "What's taking them so long? I'm almost entirely sure we all agreed on this date..."

Katsu took a stroll down the streets of Sunagakure, his head aimed upwards as he thoughts flew high. Sunagakure was an extremely nice village, and the Uchiha wasn't even sure if he ever took the time to appreciate it before. By now, it was fairly dark, and the stars were out. Despite the time, however, the streets were still bustling, and vendors and booths and merchant stands lit up the village, providing a stark contrast to the jet black sky.
Katsu finally reached his destination and, to his relief, both Manta and Darello were there waiting for him. Katsu hadn't realized how long he had taken at the Training Grounds, and he was quite sure that his dinner plans should have started almost an hour ago. Whoops. His face and words still as slow as ever, Katsu spoke up. "Sorry I'm late. There was a situaion at the Training Grounds. Is it just us thre?"

Darello listened intently as Manta talked about the weather in the south. He always thought it hot. "Oh, one's here," he said, changing what he was saying in the middle, as Katsu entered. Then another boy entered asking about Iryo Ninjutsu. He rolled his eyes, "Where's Lord Kazekage?" he asked the group.

Manta was just as perplexed as Darello. Where was Rikuto? He wasn't an incredibly lazy person, and he was generally rather punctual. When Darello pointed out Katsu, Manta smiled and walked over to him. The boy entered, and Manta gave him a bit of a quizzical look, as if to say, 'You must be new here.' At Katsu's words, he nodded slowly, a bit unsure. "For now, I think it's only us three. Rikuto knows where we are supposed to be, so I suppose it wouldn't be incredibly rude if we got ourselves some seats, it can get rather packed at this hour."

"The Kazekage still isn't here yet?" Katsu waited for a moment, then walked slowly to one of the seats. He, to be honest, was quite hungry, and he wasn't sure how long he could wait before eating. His little training session with Manta, and the "test" he had to the two genin, took a bit of a toll on the man. Katsu just wanted to eat, so, before awaiting for the others, he sat down and picked up a menu. His words came out slow and monotone, as always, giving off no sign of irritation or impatience. "I'm quite hungry, so maybe we should eat." ₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪ • “Weaklings don't get to choose their way of death."•

Darello watched as on as Manta gave the boy a look, before answering his Darello's question as to where the Kazekage was. "I guess so..." he started to say, until Katsu started to sit down and then spoke up. Darello strode over the restaurants outdoor area, as he sat down he tried to position chair at the right angle as to avoid the sun. He picked up a menu, letting his leg rest cross over and rest on his knee cap.
