Ofelia was ready and able to go as everyone started out towards the portal, and she eagerly moved in step behind her leader. It was just a simple matter of following orders, she didn't need to fear the bracelet so long as she just kept her head up, and she'd come back from this alive.
Hopefully she'd see him there, a person she'd...sort of been avoiding, but if not she'd find him when they got back. Ofelia had something she wanted to say to him as soon as possible.
For now though it was time to focus on the task at hand. She would protect the humans, all of them.
The horsemen would pay.

Wilson gave the sun lead a wary stare, but Allan always meant well, and his orders made sense. He mutely followed the others through the portal.
Dakota smiled at Rep and just shrugged. "I thought I put it eloquently.".
His smile turned to Jordan and he nodded. "I'm your moon then brother." As Allan called for teams to move, he made sure to follow behind the trio and linger near Jordan. No doubt as soon as they were on the field, s**t was going down.

Robert would have punched Jerry but he couldn't move. In fact, if Jerry was smart, he would have left the man immobile. But he just sighed as Jerry pulled off a layer of coat, and Eva (hello nurse) pulled off his pants. It was just in time, giving him the mobility he needed to get to work.
Sherry chuckled at Jake's reaction to this other new girl. He seemed especially grouchy today. Not the best way to start a major mission, but oh well. Though it did mean that keeping an eye on him like she'd promised Ofie would be even harder than normal. Hrm.
"It would seem so," she smiled in response to Nevada. "I'm Sherry, Life Division. Nice to meet you." She accepted the hand. "And it looks like it's time to move out."
Sherry began to make her way towards the portal. She was a little bit slow about it, since she was reluctant to leave her new friends behind. But Jake and Ofie were already heading off, and really, lingering wouldn't help anyone.
"Stay safe, ladies!"

"She's ahhh.." Bix tiptoed and scanned the crowd. Towards the back he could see Ceres' familiar hair slipping into the massive crowd. "I think she justgot here..oo..oh.." His words dragged to a silence as they were herded through.
"Maybe we'll catch her on the other side." He nodded to Ariane and pressed on.
It was time to go. Sink or swim - and she intended to swim so well she ******** walked on water.

Madison was definitely ready to go - she'd been so focused she hadn't even really noticed the others. This time was going to be different. This time, she was going to kick some a**.
She headed through the portal without any thought of goodbyes.

Ami looked to Wilson, then ran through the the portal. If she died, she died.

A portal was open, and wordlessly, Ariane followed the others through; things were going to get serious.

Harrison wished they had a quick moment, just in case- but thinking about the possibles out of this battle gave him a headache.
Jordan and Rep and him had to come out of it alive. They had to.
B0nez and Rep were both excited. For Harrison, it was like standing at a roulette wheel. One of the things that made the job real shitty. A little investigation and warding off a few of these guys was one thing.
A full-fledged attack...
Harrison trusted Rep's nod more than Dakota's. Still. He squeezed B0nez's shorter blade.
"If you say so," he allowed quietly, giving Jordan a last lingering look. If Rep and Jordan said it was okay... His throat felt thick as Jordan put hands on both their shoulders. Together. He should probably get the newbies together. Quick defense demonstration. Remind everyone to grab their runics...it was already too late. The order was given. Rep swaggered ahead with all the confidence of a dog being taken out for a walk. With him, at least...long as they weren't separated...by one of those ******** illusions or like what had happened with the mirror shards- but even separated, they were-
Harrison wasn't a poet. And he wasn't thinking of poetry now. Still, he wished he knew a word for it. Bound, maybe. Like him and B0nez, almost. Swords and shields.
Harrison fell behind Rep, a grim shadow.

Alaska.
Right.
Minerva had never slipped into gear more quickly in all her life. There was a feeling so tangible coming from the two sickles in her palms; being both a source her own growing excitement and a comfort that would always be. They were finally able to do this. Finally able to help. And it felt so good.
