So in the time that I've been gone I was in Ireland, Austria, and having my a** kicked by exams here in Deutschland.
Sorry for such a long delay. Working on a post now, but we'll see whether or not I get it done before I go out tonight for my birthday.
I think it is also worth nothing that today is the Guild's birthday as well! They grow up so fast.

First of all I'd like to thank everyone that keeps up with posting. I appreciate you--More than you know.
For those of you that have fallen short week after week...I can't lie to you and say I'm not disappointed. I feel it fair that you know my thoughts on the subject.
1.) We keep posting orders. When you take on a character-- It should be for fun. But its also acceptance of a touch of responsibility...It's a quiet pledge that you will do what you can to make things enjoyable for the community you have joined. When you fail to post...You are not only cheating yourself out of interaction, but screwing the entire guild over because we are at a standstill because of YOU.
Eventually...We are forced to skip you. That not only completely deletes the interaction you would have received, but it cuts out on pivotal development for the people you were writing with.
I don't know about any of you...But after pouring yourself into a post and getting nothing in return? That hardly sounds enjoyable to me. 2.) Don't post just to post. The only thing worse than not posting--Is just posting up some piece of nonsensical fluff that completely IGNORES the reactions and responses of those in your area. It's a waste...It's you--Saying to the people around you... That you couldn't be bothered to give them anything but the bottom of the barrel.
3.) Enough of this...'I promise I'll post this weekend!' -- This weekend comes and goes... The next weekend comes and goes...And the guild is STILL left hanging. If you commit to something...Barring any unforeseen events that completely prevent you from keeping your word...Do your best to keep it. It's only polite. [I'm not saying emergencies don't happen and that life doesn't happen--But it's getting to the point where I have more excuses a week than posts.]
Do any of you understand how disheartening this all is? I wouldn't send this message if my heart was not BREAKING everytime I log in. I care about my writing and the guilds I'm in...Else I wouldn't do it, I wouldn't send this. If it means nothing to you...Feel free to ignore this and appropriate action will follow.
That being said...A roster clean out is coming. If you're inactive, and players are waiting on you...And you'd like to keep your place in this guild? Hell...If you're just inactive in a way that is grossly abusing our posting guidelines---I will be forced to remove you.
I do NOT want to. That is the LAST thing I want to do. I care about all of you... But I also care about this guild. And if you don't... I need to find other people that do.
Please take this all into consideration. If you have any questions.PM Selena Lucania at your earliest convenience.

I was gonna ask if anyone saw the Giants game last night. Man Eli laid down a beating on Green Bay. 200th career touchdown, I get the feeling he's gonna do a whole lot better than his brother in the long run, may go down as one of the best.

I actually have no idea about the Lakers... and I can honestly say I did not watch the Giants game.
Shall we talk about the fact that Germany is only now getting the AvX comics, so I will have to wait for another two weeks to catch up on the four months of comics I have missed since becoming a Deutscher?

This is the problem with growing up in Eagles' country... Eagles aren't a bad team, though I personally can't stand Philadelphia sports fans (outside of sports, they're nice people). Though I can honestly say that I love me some football, especially Giants football.
