He waited until Scarath said the message had been relayed. S’kor kept his eye out for the expected riders.
Scarath was watching for Thread. His spot was clear for a second, but only a second. A large gust blew up, sending a large tangle right for him. It wrapped around his front legs and chest before he could escape between. Once back his eyes whirled with pain. Though His asked if he wished to stop, he firmly refused. Ichor dripped down from his chest and forelegs.

N'mol and Bronze Tyeth
HP: 74

Thread Remaining: 86-13=73
N'mol and Tyeth flamed and flamed and flamed some more. However, the Bronze thought he could see the promise of free air on the other side of the Fall and he pushed himself, only swinging his head around for the last of their firestone when absolutely necessary.
The Dawn Fliers Wing is in need of more firestone. His would likely not be the only Wing requesting that at this point in the Fall, but the contact back at the Weyr would know how to handle multiple wings requesting stone. Hopefully.
Tyeth continued to flame, taking in requests from others in his wing for firestone, but somewhere ahead of them a wing let some Thread creep through and the wind sent it right at Tyeth.

After the inevitable trip between, N'mol inquired into Tyeth's health. It wasn't a bad enough Scoring to send them out of the fight, but it was equally as bad as the Threadscore from earlier.
I will be fine. We move on. The Weyrlings come, though I am told they are being dispatched to other wings as well.
We need to be more careful with ourselves, N'mol replied, glancing at his wing. Some of the Greens looked tired. N'mol hoped they could hold out until he could begin to rotate some back to Trine for a break, even if it was only for a few moments.

Cetalese and Green Halith

More Thread burned away from before them, though they were not at the leading edge and therefore got less of a curtain effect and more of a ripped and torn curtain effect near them. Halith missed a few strands as she burned away what was near them, and Cetalese watched them drop past Halith's face.
Dodge!
Halith popped between and back out again, and the Thread that had brushed her was gone, though whether it had wriggled by them or been taken into the cold black was uncertain.

Halith shook off her leg and Cetalese leaned down to look at it. Thankfully, this was only a small Scoring and it was on the leg that had already taken a more serious injury in the last Fall.
Careful, Cetalesemine. It stings, but it is not as bad as other injuries today.
Ceta nodded and straightened in her seat. No need to worry. It was small and a wound she could take care of herself once they got back.
How are you holding up, Halith? Her Green's stamina was a concern to her this far into a Fall. They had had a brief Fall the last time, but this looked like it would be a full Fall, one where Greens and Blues simply didn't have the strength to last the whole time.
I can last as long as any of the other dragons.
Thinking of the Bronzes, Cetalese counselled, Let's not push it. Though she hadn't said so, Cetalese could feel Halith getting tired. Warn me when you need to retreat, Halith. Staying in the Fall when you're tired will only get us hurt.
As if to echo her concern, the dragons let out another keen. Another rider had fallen.

A Benden Blue.
Cetalese mourned for the loss of dragon and rider, but kept her attention focused in the present. Watch for the Thread, Halith.

They needed to come up with a better way of getting firestone to the wings before the next fall. There just wasn't enough weyrlings to take care of three weyr's piled into one, unless perhaps they set up a timetable before hand, but for now this would have to do. Once the fall was over, then maybe he could think up a better way, and suggest it to Z'fer.
Even with his rider thinking, Krith was still flaming, taking care of the nearest clump to him. Watch on your left, he broadcasted to a nearby blue, noticing the clump start to slip past.

'The weyrlings have arrived with more Firestone' Cheryth informed her rider even as the keen for the Benden blue went up among the dragons. After alerting the dragons flying beside her Cheryth and Ca'mil momentarily left position to exchange firestone bags. Thankfully the practiced move was completed with ease and the crimson returned to her post swiftly, searing thread as she did.

Optheli was starting to feel the strain in her dragon. That hesitation before the next wing beat. The slower turn when Thread was spotted to the side. Do you need to rest Dynith? She wasn’t going to risk the green to keep fighting with exhaustion. Let the bronzes and browns take over. A grimace crossed her face as Dynith relayed the bad scoring Scarath got. She hoped her brother took care of himself and his dragon.
Dynith banked sharply to avoid a dangerously close clump. Instead she picked the one next to it and flamed away.

Twisting back in his straps to look at his wing strung out behind him it was easy to notice that the greens were struggling. Some of the blues as well - though they were still faring better. 'The greens and blues are starting to fade' He remarked.
'Not surprising, we have been fighting a while now' Plexith remarked as he seared a clump of thread from the sky. 'I believe I see a break up ahead..it is starting to thin again.'
'Good' D'lin stated breathing a sigh of relief 'Have the greens rotate home to rest at the break, we'll send the blues halfway through the next wave, we'll rotate them back and forth for the rest of the fall' He finally decided - he would have liked to give them more time to rest but they were already shorthanded thanks to the injuries and losses from the fighting.
'Gale stalkers' Plexith adressed the wing 'All green dragons are to rotate home at the next break in thread, blues will come to take your place about halfway through, this rotation of breaks will continue until the end of the fall'

'I'm tired Elizamine' Velath stated, flaming a clump of thread in a fashion that clearly stated her exhaustion.
'I know love, I know' We'll be resting shortly I hope' Eliza told her dragon, patting her neck soothingly before yelling out a warning as a bit of thread escaped the flame and tangled around the greens chest.

Keening in pain Velath disappeared between, killing the thread and returning to her post her eyes whirling with grey. 'Hassoth tells us to go for medical attention and rest' Velath stated a few moments later and Eliza breathed out a sigh of relief..it seems their wingleader was paying attention after all. 'Alright love, lets go home for a bit of a breather then'

Wykla glanced around her. The dragons keened again. So far two. How many more? More weyrings were coming in too. She quickly fed Kameth more stone as he turned his head around with open mouth. It’d take a lot of scrubbing to the stench off of him after this.
The blue cast around. More there was there. He flamed it. Then he heard a warning. I have it, Kameth told Krith. He flipped around and flamed quickly. Searing it before returning to his place in the wing.

F’law fed the last pieces to Zurith then directed him toward a waiting weyrling. He helped with the exchange. It was quick and he settled the full bags across the blue’s neck. He looked up to see some Thread coming at them. Zurith!
The blue roared and flamed. He swept his head side to side ensuring the whole clump was gone.

Good flaming. Krith responded back to Kameth, pleased at how well the blue was doing. He didn't seem to be getting too tired, not yet, and Krith turned his attention back to the thread.
Or rather, to F'nell exchanging out his empty firestone bag for a fresh one. It didn't take long, and once the weyrling had departed, the brown began to flame once more.
