"Are you sure you can manage that?" the front desk person said, worried, "Don't your talent have a concert tonight?"  Maki pouted. "Yeah, he does. He stopped answering his phone hours ago, I don't know where he is!!! All he sent me was a kitten picture three hours ago. He always pulls a disappearance right before a live. I will probably have to go there personally and drag him here. Tonight's live is important! I mean, he's introducing his new album, why can't he understand that?" She ranted it all in one go, and then gave them both an apologetic look. "I'm sorry...my talent is like an untamed wild cat. I always end up worrying about him" Maki explained to Ryo. Then she smiled at him. "But anyway, let's get you all signed up! You are very welcome for the help, it's my pleasure. Please follow me to my office on the 32nd floor." She led him to the elevator, after giving Chiyo a wave of goodbye.

As a prince I’ll only accept you…my princess When the secretary mentioned a concert tonight, Ryo quickly thought through the talents at agency... His expression went blank for a second as he realized who's concert it was Akira's... He looked at the woman manager...As he followed her into the elevator he asked, "Akira's manager?" He glanced at her smiling at her. "You know he's actually my roommate...So I can always check on him when I get back to the dorm..."

Maki's eyes widened. "Oh...so you are the childhood friend of his that he always talks about!" she said, looking at him curiously, "I have asked him to show me a picture, or tell me your name, but he always refused with a weird look in his eyes..." Then she leaned back with a smile. "Yes, I'm Akira-kun's manager, Maki Yuzuru! Please to meet you...erm, your name is...? And oh, no worries, I'll set up a trap for him later, he will be here for sure. Thank you for the offer!" She gave him a wink.

As a prince I’ll only accept you…my princess *tch* He clicked his tongue and looked away in thought, Stupid Akira, talking about me behind my back.When the lady asked for his name he was slightly annoyed(but he didn't show it) that she didn't know him from his work especially if Akira talked about him all the time. He held his hand out to her. "Forgive me for not introducing myself earlier, my name is Ryo Yamasaki. Akira-kun and I were childhood friends and models together." He gave her a puzzled and concerned smile. "A trap?" You better run Aki...

Maki shook his hand. "Nice to meet you, Yamasaki-san! And yes I did hear. Akira-kun would always talk about how much he enjoyed playing the piano with you, and how you two would always go places together. It seems that Akira-kun really treasures you." She then gave him a dark smile. "Oh yes, a trap...I will tell him I kidnapped Pudding-chan, and he will be here in less than 30 minutes. It always works. Heheheh~" She laughed a little, like an evil mastermind.

As a prince I’ll only accept you…my princess "Yeah, Akira has always been gullible about those types of things..." As Ryo thought about it, Pudding-chan? that name was similar in theme to the old stray they had found together. The cat had yellowish fur so they had named it, Custard-san. When that cat had a kitten, it was dark brown so they named it Chocolate-Chan... no way..."Did Akira every mention where he got that kitten from?" Ryo had a creeping suspicion that the kitten was likely Chocolate-chan's kitten, but he wasn't sure.

Maki tilted her head. "Well, he said it was the grandchild of a stray he found with a friend...he's actually pretty overprotective of that kitten, he wouldn't let anyone go near it."

"Sure!" Maki said, smiling. The elevator door opened, and she led him into her office. "Please take a seat and make yourself comfortable! I'll go call Akira-kun, and come back with Pudding-chan!" She then left. A few minutes later, she came back. "Akira-kun said he would be here in 15 minutes. A new record, haha~" She then let the kitten that she was carrying in her arms down onto the carpet, where it mewed, sitting and looking at Ryo with curious eyes.

She looks exactly like Custard-san...minus the color of courseHe slowly lowered his hand down to the kitten allowing it a chance to smell his hand. He soon began stroking Pudding-chan's head as Pudding-chan purred with happiness. "So Maki-san(?) who exactly is my manager?" Ryo asked as he hadn't been told who it would be just to show up. "And what are they doing?"

"Erm..." Maki said, trailing off, "I'm actually not sure. You see, your new manager is actually my younger sister. She has a bad habit of wandering off and not telling the agency, so I don't know." Then, she placed her hands together, bowing down to him in apology. "I'm so sorry! I will try to find her soon, but will you please wait a bit more?" The kitten licked Ryo's hand, rubbing its head against it.
