Since his Bankai was lightning based, Caleb only assumed that this, besides brute strength, was the best he could do for the time being. That's what he thought anyway, before another arrancar arrived making a big scene. 'We get it you're emotionally distrubed.' Caleb thought to himself, "Can't you people just walk out of your portals normally? Without the fanfare?" This he and the illusions said aloud before Date escaped Bloodlust's Bakudo and apparently, from the spike in his spiritual pressure, released his resurrection finally. "I'm going to assume that your resurrection does more than change your clothes." At this point, Caleb was losing his sense of seriousness. It was taking forever for this relic to appear, and he was losing his patience. "Ichimaru, let's let Bloodlust fight the new one. His lighting Bankai isn't effective against the Primera." They called out after Kazuma spoke of his interest in the new one, but he used shunpo to move away, hopefully he'd understand Caleb's thought and come back, it didn't take a genius to no that at some point Bloodlust was going to run out of Kido combinations to use against Date. [Technique: Illusions - Because of his Zanpaktous spirit, Caleb is able to create three illusions of himself giving him the ability to appear to be in up to four places at once even when Cerberus is Sealed. Khairan watched as Date uses his Resurrection, it was nothing normal people can see, Khairan knew he changed due to the spiritual pressure around him. It was strong and fearsome, not like any other Espadas or Arrancas. When Khairan heard that he should be fighting the other one, Khairan wasn't so pleased. "You want me to---", Khairan paused as he heard Caleb's reason. Well, it does make sense. Khairan can't use his full potential on Date since both of them are lightning based. Having a little disappointment, Khairan would answer them back. "Kazuma, let me take care of that kid. Be sure to beat him up real good...", Khairan answered, telling them it's okay for him to fight the weaker one. Making his way to the kid, Khairan would realize the big difference between the kid and Date. Though Khairan didn't like it, it was the best solution. Khairan's Hado and Bakudo won't work well, he's all based on physical. Knowing that he should be facing the kid now, Khairan shows no complain. "Hey kid, gimme your best shot.", Khairan taunted him, it was obvious enough that Khairan was playing around since it's not Date.

"Clearly you Shinigami haven't seen what evolved Espadas are like," he stated. Half of it was a lie though, he wasn't a true Hollow to begin with, in fact he never even moved up in the power chain, he was up the top from the very beginning. However, the truth would occupy the shinigamis' thoughts more. In the years they haven't engaged with Hueco Mundo what kind of evolution could've occurred? SpacerTurning to Caleb, Masamune replied, "I'd have to admit it's very close to just that." Stretching out his arms a little he continued, this time in response to Kazuma's final comment, "Death isn't something that comes easily, kid. Make sure you remember that." After saying that he felt a little like his rival, who loved distributing the facts of life during battles. SpacerHe wasn't surprised when he heard Khairan agree to take on the new Espada, it was a wise choice. Since the shinigami captain had already proved himself to be worthy of being a Royal Guard, Masamune left it at that. His focus would be more on testing Caleb, and having interesting run-ins with the snake master. The Relic he would leave up to fate. ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ... but it also signals the beginning. ツ

Aiken appeared at the scene of battle with the buzzing sound of his sonido settling him in. He was a good number of meters away from the group and did so to keep an eye on the shinigami, should they decide to sneak him. He knew that the Shinigami were inferior and that they would resort to whatever dirty tatic it took to win to compensate for their disadvantage. Though despite his wariness, he stood with an aloof disposition, eyeing each one of them while licking his lips.
"These guys look so delicious," Aiken cooed while rubbing his stomach. His eyes shot to Masamune who looked rather healthy while atleast one of the shinigami appeared to be fatigued. Aiken shook his head in dissapointment, "A fight with 3 ants and you have not managed to kill one yet. Why are you Primera again?"
Before he could continue taunting his comrade, his presence was immediately addressed. One had tried to make his way over here but was heeded by his comrade that he should fall back and let another take his place. And before Aiken could get a word out that shinigami appeared before him, taunting. "Kid? He~, you're funny. An ant like you talking down to me? The Primera was too easy on you. You should be in the dirt now refertalizing the ground!" While Aiken talked he slipped his left hand to the hilt of one of his short sword. "But alright, I'll amuse you. I like to play with my food first before I eat it!" With that, Aiken waved his right hand and out came a wide spread flurry of balas.

☿ Comparing me to you ... ☿三☿三☿三☿三☿三☿三☿三☿三 "Hmmm" was Kazuma's response as he heard Khairan's request "it's that 's how it has to be" spoke Kazuma not all too surprised but there was one thing that Kazuma had learned from Khairan's ability or well what Khairan doesn't have the ability to and that was gain some sort of leverage from the opponents lightning based abilities as Date does.
"Well whatever" spoke Kazuma at Khairan's trade of opponents, "well then Arrancar-san, it seems my comrade seems to think little of you, well it's not my problem, so personal" spoke Kazuma as he preformed shunpo to the location a few feet to the left of Masterson.
"Well, let's get this over with, I don't want to have to worry about a Primera, while getting the relic" spoke Kazuma as he looked at Date. "Well you could kill yourself, it would contradict what you just said" spoke Kazuma simply smiled, though the smiled seemed to have the presence of intimidation or maybe it was just that Kazuma thought it was funny for someone to say that death didn't come easy. Khairan heard what the Espada said, it seems that the Espada thinks too highly for himself. Can't be blame, Khairan haven't go all out yet. As the Espada launch a fury of Balas, Khairan shakes his head in disappointment. Khairan did not move, and he would just let the Balas come in contact. Boom, Boom, and Boom! Smoke covered the field. "That's all?", Khairan asked, disappointed by the strength of it. With Izanami's hand intact, Khairan would just command the hand and sweeps away the smoke. As implied, no damage nor scratches. Khairan's bankai is mostly on Defense and Offense, it doesn't moves to Hado or Bakudos. Khairan let out a grin, knowing this will be interesting. "My turn...", Khairan commented as Izanami's hand launch forward to the Espada. While launching, the hand is then covered with Black Lightning. Kagutsuchi, a strong skill that lets out black lightning abilities. Now, is to see what the Espada is about to do.

After all, they were all Captains, so working with each others strengths was the best option for them. "An Arrancar with a sense of humor? That's something you don't see often." The quartet continued to speak in unison to keep up the illusion. At this stage it hardly took any energy to make them sense they could do no real damage, only when they were attacked would they dissipate, but it didn't matter, with what Caleb was about to do, the illusions weren't needed, so the disappeared. Now that it would again be two on one, and Date released his resurrection, Caleb decided that he couldn't really play around with the primera with his sealed blade. At this stage it would be more insulting than anything else. He slowly pulled the two swords from their sheaths, holding both Blaze and Elmo in his right hand, hilt to hilt, and Donovan in his left. "Maul him, Cerberus." With that his reiatsu spiked for a moment as each blade enveloped in flame and transformed with his Shikai release. His body muscles became stronger and more tone, and the area around him became hotter. "I won't waste time with little tricks. Since you released, I can only return the favor." He said with a smirk. He was glad that Ichimaru had returned, because as much as he'd like to take on Date by himself. As Ichimaru said, he didn't want to wind himself before the relic appeared. "If you say so Ichimaru." With that Caleb began to sink into his own shadow, Donovan going in first, with a flame igniting around it. It didn't take long for him to have completely disappeared along with any trace of his reiatsu. It wasn't even a moment later that the flaming Donovan erupted from Date's shadow as a fiery slash swung at him, Caleb emerging from the darkness behind it. This was a combination that almost made him the lead of the Stealth Force. His entire body was out of the darkness after the attack, which lead a fiery stream in the air to show where he had struck.
[Technique:
Hellhole - Caleb is able to enter into any shadow that is big enough to hold his body, and exit out of any shadow that is large enough for his body to fit out of. The catch is that no matter what one of the blades has to go into the shadow first, and the same blade has to come out first. So his enemy has a warning of where he is coming from if he looks for the tip of the blade. Constant Technique once shikai is released, if any part of his body is still outside of the shadow that part can be hurt by an attack. Power Level 8/10
Hellfire - All three blades ignite in a hot red flame and are able to leave paths of fire through the air that they cut that spread as they feed on the gases in the air. This can burn his enemy as he cuts them, and allows him to create a fiery battlefield making it difficult for his enemy to attack him without being burnt. Flames last 3 posts, Technique lasts 10 posts, Cool down 5 posts. Power Level 4/10. Flames post 1, Tech Post 1 ](occ: I just realized that my Zanpaktou's elements are both on the advantage for the field. Let me know how that was, I didn't say the attack hit or anything, and I've got the PL up for them. Aiken watched as his attack proved useless. With a slightly dissapointed sigh that the shinigami did not dodge and attack him, Aiken let his left hand drop from his blade. 'He was supposed to attack me head on, not put on a macho show by taking the bala's to the face. What a blowhard.'
As the smoke cleared and the shinigami proved unharmed, Aiken glared in slight disbelief. He had honestly believed that his previous attack was enough to injur the shinigami. With a slight smile, Aiken waved at the shinigami in a direspectful manner. "Not bad for a little ins-"
Aiken's jesture was cut off as the shinigami launched his own attack. The formidable blast did not catch him off guard completely. As the blast raored upon him, it appeared as though he had been overtaken. This was quite the opposite however as when the blast cleared Aiken appeared a good distance to the right.
Aiken looked at the shinigami with a more serious expression. "Gemelos Sonido," he whispered as a clone of himself fadded after being struck by the blast. Aiken himself was not completely injury-free as he had a mild burn on his left arm. "I am the fastest Espada," He claimed rather angrily, "Be proud that a worm like you managed to graze me."
Black energy began to form in his singed left hand which indicates he still had use of it. "Let me return the favor shinigami. Try not die on me." And with that he extended his arm and released a Gran Rey Cero.

The Espada seems to be getting angrier, interesting. The Espada also claims that he is the fastest among all of them. Well, in whatever case, Khairan isn't going to go easy anymore. As the Espada finishes his sentence, he fired a rather strong and vicious beam, Cero if Khairan remembers the name. Khairan had given his introduction by withstanding the Balas, not this time. Dodging the Cero by moving to the side, Khairan would charge forward to the Espada with Kagutsuchi activated. As he dashes to the Espada, Khairan would use his left hand to use Hado number 33. Sōkatsui (蒼火墜, Blue Firefall) and launch the fireball to him while Izanami's hand will charge forward to get a stab on him.

Once again this shingami made a fool of him, or atleast Aiken felt. 'Simply dodging my Gran Rey Cero. Who the hell does this worm think he is?!' As the shinigami made his advance towards him Aiken woefully drew his zanpakuto. He hated using his Zanpakuto on those he considered weak though the thought that he had been underestimating the shinigami now set in.
The shinigami had fired some hado at him and used that as cover to approach. Aiken swatted the low level Hado away and prepared himself. 'Coming at me so confidently? This damn insect...' Aiken smiled as a plan hatched in his head. When the shinigami closed in for the stab, Aiken allowed it to pass. The stab would meet with resistance due to his Hierro and the second Aiken felt the blade, he broke off into 5 clones, circling around him. "Don't get ahead of yourself!" They all immediately thrusted at the shinigami aiming for the upper body.

It seems that this Espada is quite the fast one, having to simply reflect back Khairan's Hado and let Izanami's arm to come in contact with his arm. This is seen using by Date as well, having to use their own hands as a way of defense, simply blocking it. Suddenly, the Esapda broke into five clones, circling around Khairan as he speaks. Don't go ahead of himself? Who does he think Khairan is? Within seconds, all five clones came for a stab at Khairan's body. Khairan did not move, he simply stood there and used Kagutsuchi, which is the black lightning. Having the Black Lightning to transfer back to the body, Kagutsuchi will spark at anything that comes in contact, which is used as a defense. While this is in effect, Khairan would start to generate a high electricity in his body. "Nagashi!", Khairan shouted, as he lightning burst out from his body and releases in all directions, trying to get the Espada away from him. If this Espada is able to escape, then there is no lying that this Espada is the fastest one. Date is not the one to consider, Date simply withstands with any attack he is able to, and he moves seldom, which shows how strong Date is.

Now then, it seems like they'll put up a fair fight, he thought as he watched the two successfully combine forces. He would begin doubting the structure of the Gotei 13 if they couldn't do as much as support each other. The Arrancars were currently in a precarious stage, the King is a plain tyrant while most of the rest just wondered around parading their power. Just being in Las Noches dimmed Masamune's mood. SpacerAs soon as Caleb released his Shikai, Masamune's grin made its return. "Let's Party!" he exclaimed, his single eye flashing an exceptional golden hue for a millisecond. Masamune took a wild guess at where the fiery captain would appear. Instantly unsheathing a single blade, he flipped it so that the blade pointed behind him instead of in front. When the captain emerged from Masamune's shadow a second or so later, his slash would be parried lightly by the extended blade. "Not bad," he stated, as he patted the flames out of his uniform. Masamune had managed to sonido onto the edge of the column of fire, but sustained a long gash on his right shoulder that had slowly begun to close. ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ☨ ═ ... but also the beginning. ツ

Obviously Caleb couldn't expect him to go down easy. "Obviously that attack didn't work like normal. It was supposed to kill you." He said as the flames on the three blades began to grow in both size and heat. Using shunpo, Caleb's movements weren't hidden as his blades left trails of flames behind them. He was creating an improvised cage of fire as he moved about the battlefield, locking himself, Date, and Ichimaru inside. It wasn't impenetrable, but it wasn't like the flames could just be blown away either. Once again he stopped in front of Date, as much as he would have liked, he wasn't going to ruin his reputation by attacking him from behind. "Let's go again shall we?" He said as he let go of the three blades for only a moment to let them float into a triangle. As soon as they reached their positions, Caleb swung one after another and began to slice through the air. This was his strongest shikai technique, and there was no point in not using it. As soon as the third blade finished the pattern, a burning blast of energy was sent flying at Date, and in combination with his hellfire technique, the path was left hanging in the air, further limiting the battlefield. He would have to hope that Ichimaru was capable enough to avoid the flames that Caleb was leaving behind, because unfortuantly, they didn't distinguish friend from foe.

☿ Comparing me to you ... ☿三☿三☿三☿三☿三☿三☿三☿三 As Kazuma viewed Masterson's assault, he gripped the handle of the dagger like tail causing the three snakes of Uroborosu to become five. As Date redirected the location of Masterson's attack and preformed sonido to the edge of the column of fire. With Masterson's attack proving not a successful killing blow a blow none the less he then began to shunpo leaving the flames, though Kazuma didn't know what attack his was about to pull but he could tell that it was something of a game finisher.
With the now fire like cage surrounded the three, Kazuma could tell by how Masterson's reiatsu was peeking that Masterson's attack would most likely damage everyone in it's way. "Pulling all the stops eh, and it's not likely that I'm just going to escape such an attack unscathed, well that is if I were behind Date but I should watch for any flames that come my way" thought Kazuma as he viewed Masterson's attack preparing to see what Date would do an counteract it. ☿三☿三☿三☿三☿三☿三☿三☿三 ...Shows me your stupidity ☿

[オオシー＠Xsis and Heart: not sure if Date is looking at your original position or still looking at the location where I'm at since it didn't state weather or not he changed his facing direction so I might be undermining your position of attack or I might be making Date look more of a badass by sonidoing to the edge of your attack without looking at you. So which ever it is I'll make the changes to what my character does next post
@Xsis: two things, 1, Technically speaking there were two espada who self-proclaimed to be the best in one respect even though their were stronger arrancar than them and Shadow didn't state that he was known as the fastest so it might just be self-proclaimed
and 2 in the tournament rules, I'd make the rule on unstated abilities a separate rule since the main point of rule three is mostly for Shinigami and Vizards and the way it stands it makes it sound like only the aforementioned are the only one to make up techniques on the fly.

It's never enough....
The Unrelenting Hunger, Très Espada: ☾ | Aiken Jingeru | ☽

Aiken's eyes widened at the shinigami's counter attack. His initial attack that struck the shinigami caused some sort of defense to take effect. A sudden jolt overtook the Espada as he retracted his own blade. The clones were also beginning to fade since they cannot take any damage. And then came the next attack. By stopping Aiken's offense, the shinigami caused Aiken to immediately switch the defensive. It was then that the shinigami released his secondary attack.
Lightning bursted from the shinigami in an attempt to repel his aggressor. Aiken appeared to be struck but appeared well outside the blast range. Once again his clone faded from being hit with Nagashi. Gemelos Sonido had once agian saved him. He could make up to 6 clones at a time and took that into account whenever fighting. However he would not be able to use the technique to such an extreme again for a while, atleast not in his current state.
Now taking a knee in exhaustion, the Tres Espada glared at the shinigami with profound hatred. "To force me to use the extent of my Gemelos Sonido and leave me fatigued," He started in little but a whisper, "To force me in this embarassing position...to honestly think THAT YOU HAVE A CHANCE AGAINST ME?!!" He was now screaming. The Espada stood and withdrew the other half of his zanpakuto. He was out of ideas on how to approach. He would not dare attack the Shinigami head on, especially considering the use of his Gemelos Sonido was currently limited or the fact the the shinigami had such a strong defense. And he did not have the strongest cero of the Espada either. This shinigami was also considerably stronger than he had thought. Generally he could defeat opponents with his speed alone but that was not enough to fell this opponent. It then set in that he would have to release.
This sudden realization caused him to shift his demeanor. The Espada stood calmly though clearly frustrated at his current predicament. "Shinigami," Aiken started with an agitated tone, "Tell me...your name." Tortuing and eating the weak for so long had caused the Espada to forget the joys of fighting someone strong. Whenever a formidable opponent would come along he'd ask their name. "I want to know the name of the shinigami that is forcing me to fight seriously so that while I am devouring you, seeing the last bit of life fall from those eyes into my stomach will derive the ultimate satisfaction!"
[[OoC: It's just a self-proclaimed title. My character also thinks he's the strongest, so no concrete meaning. ]]
