 Magnus was not shocked by the demons but he was quite shocked at the way they looked. He had never imagined demons could look so bizarre, even in his nightmares. As a result he was completely off-guard when the flute-demon swung for him, knocking him to the ground with a rough smack upside the head. Angry and embarrassed, Magnus quickly jumped to his feet and rushed the flute monster, making two quick strokes with Rosie to cut the demon across the chest as he did so.

 Susuka woke up when she heard a loud BOOM,"Two more pillars. Have we destroyed the main one? I got knocked out by a demon ambush when I went on patrol." she said and stood up. As she did, she didn't sense the main pillar so she guessed right that it was destroyed. Susuka stood up in the middle of the battle. She waved her hand around and water wrapped around the demons throat. Shouting to her teammates,"Kill them!! There will be more when we get closer to the other pillar!!! As for now I'm heading toward Ryuuji!!"

Ryuuji had gone to look for the other pillar a while ago. He was blissfully unaware of the demon attacking the others, but now he lay in a heap with a slash across his chest. A dead demon was a ways off and the pillar he had found was smashed. He was breathing heavily and bleeding badly. Help...! he called out weakly, though he was too far away for anyone to hear him.

Susuka flew in the air looking for Ryuuji. Once she spotted him, she dived down like how a hawk would if it was catching fish. She landed next to him and placed a hand on his wound,"Weis Heal!!" a white glow glowed around her palm as his wound started to heal,"At least say something to me before going off somewhere. If I were to lose you, what do you think I would beable to do?"

Susuka smiled,"Just as long as I know your safe, I'm not worried. You go ahead and rest. The others are taking care of the last pillar. Then we can go home and I can make you some soup and other dishes. Don't worry. If a demon attacks, I'll take care of it." she said as the wound finished healing. She placed her healing hand on where the wound used to be and felt his heart beating.

Susuka smiled,"Your welcome. You've pushed yourself to your limits and I'm afraid that you could've lost too much blood. I just hope you won't get what you usually do when you lost too much blood. Just...sleep. I'm begging you to sleep." Susuka made a water barrier around them to fend off the demons.

Sabrewolf123  Rose wanted to help more so she did what she could."Magnus im going to lend my ice manipulation as long as im in sword form you can use my power". The air around rose got extremely cold But magnus's hand didnt feel it it wouldnt affect him but it would affect anyone else the blade touched.

 _-= Amai Takahashi=-_ "Although you may spend your life killing, You will not exhaust all your foes..."-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-The Black Demon beat frantically on his small drum as Susuka's water wrapped around all of their throats, and a group of glowing skulls flew out of his sleeves, breaking the all of the water nooses. The group of demons let out an angry, yet relieved breathe.
Amai let loose another series of slashes and stabs, making the Red Demon dance wildly as it dodged until she found it at last at the end of her blade. It let out a dull grunt as it slid to the ground. She uttered a prayer for the Demon's soul before turning to the Yellow Demon.
Magnus's attacks hit home as the Blue Demon let out a howl before collapsing. Immediately the 3 Green Demons went in, one in a jumping kick, one coming at his left, and the last coming from behind. Susuka looked up when she heard a rustle. She quickly had 10 water swords rotating around her, pointing where she looked,"Who's there?!"

Magnus nodded as Rosie told him he could use her power. He could see a cold mist in the air but didn't feel the least bit chilly. He turned in time to see three green demons separate and attack him from different sides. He gritted his teeth, his training running through his mind. He couldn't stop all three of them but they didn't look like they'd do too much damage. He swung at the one jumping to kick him, sending a blast of freezing cold from Rosie towards it. He raised his left arm, fist clenched, in preparation to block whatever attack the one from the left made. He realized he had left himself exposed to the third one coming from behind in these two rapid movements but decided he could probably take a hit from something like that. Not that he had much of a choice.

The Demon on his left met hard on his block before retreating a few steps. The Green one that was left unblocked would give Magnus's back a double-foot kick, doing a back flip to land on its grotesque feet. They let out a victorious shriek before rushing together, looking to thrash Magnus with a barrage of brutal punches.
Amai was aware Magnus was in a tough spot, but to be honest, she wasn't exactly peachy either. The huge Yellow Demon was beating furiously on the large drum it carried, letting out a roar before burrowing underground. The ground rumbled at first, but then it went silent. Amai backed up, blade raised for the Demon to reemerge. It was easy enough, track the Demon underground with her Soul Perception, and when it surfaces, attack from behind. She was ready, waiting for it to come...-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-"But if you quell your own anger, your real enemy will be slain." -NagarjunaThis Is The Life

Magnus bent over with a grunt as the green demon kicked him in the back. He quickly recovered. He spun, swinging Rosie in a complete circle aiming to behead the two remaining demons and shatter the frozen one to pieces on his way around.

It stood a distance away, holding another flamed skull in its hand, ready to throw.
The Yellow Demon surfaced in a up-heave of dirt and earth, roaring wildly as it thrashed above ground, looking to find a victim in its path. It wouldn't notice Amai poised behind it, blade up, until it was too late. Its rampage was cut short by the severing of one of its arms at the shoulder. Amai cursed bitterly, she missed, only by a little, but it meant life or death. With a small cry she slashed again, more horizontal. It didn't go all the way through, but it made enough of a wound. The Demon roared again, lashing again with its whole arm towards her. It wouldn't hit her directly, but the debris from the ground thrown up on the impact caught her hard. It crumbled to the ground, gurgling a snarl. Amai was hit in the sides and the head, causing trauma to her already broken ribs and a stream of blood down into her right eye.
