”My apologies, Peter. I’ll get the portal open and have you on your way to the school.”
Viktoria watched as the Doctor lifted his trembling hands to the amulet at his neck, sighing heavily as he focused his energy to helping her and Mr. Parker find a way to the infirmary at the Jean Grey School. She heard him begin to intone in a deep, booming voice the invocation to open the portal, calling the great all-seeing Eye of Agamotto to aid him in his task. Viktoria was beginning to push herself to the edge of the seat so she’d be ready to stand but found the Doctor had come to help her to her feet right after the portal- a pool of white hot light, swirling like the whirlpools of legend- appeared in the center of Strange’s kitchen. She shielded her eyes against the light with the back of her hand as she waited for her escort to usher her through the gateway to Jane Grey School for Higher Learning.
”I guess this is where I hand the reins over to you, Mr. Parker. I’ll close the portal after I’ve confirmed you’re through.”

Peter had forgotten just how bright mystical portals could be, as he ended up having to squint -even with the glare reducing lenses in his mask- to be able to see. Once his eyes adjusted to the change in lighting, Peter took his place beside Viktoria.
"So, I guess the question remains, Miss...just how well can you walk, or would you prefer if I just carried you through? I mean, I'm fine with whatever option is easiest on you."

"I'm still a little sore and tired from what happened and then running two miles to get here. I think I just need someone to lean on and should be able to hobble my way through. A minimal amount of help and I should be fine. It's not like I'm going to fall apart, ja?"
Viktoria chuckled a little to herself as she leaned on Doctor Strange for support, waiting for Mr. Parker to assist her through the portal. She was a little intimidated by the glowing mass in the sorcerer's kitchen but if he was truly a master of magic, she had nothing to fear, right? Viktoria limped over to her escort with the help of the Doctor and waited for the permission to cast her arm over the web-slinger's shoulders so she'd have some support on the walk through the entry into the infirmary.
"It's up to you. I'd hope I can trust your judgement."

"Alrightey then," Peter replied, once Viktoria indicated that she should be fine with just a human crutch. He stooped a bit, so that she wouldn't need to reach as far to put her arm around his shoulders, and slipped an arm around her waist to help steady her if need be while activating his Spider Cling for a little extra support. After all, better safe than sorry. "Whenever you're ready..."

- Breaking News: Trouble in Central Park - Azuriel decided to play along to try to get into Nick's head a little bit, as he started screaming in agony. His arms and upper chest started to become take over by frost bite, when he began to laugh in Nick's face. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Azuriel laughed madly as he looked into Nick's eyes, as if he was trying to pierce his very soul. Azuriel had a look of madness on his face, his red eyes now pulsing black as his skin quickly returned to normal as if nothing had happened at all. "Stupid boy! You are worthless," Azuriel said as he looked to rip free of Nick's grasp. If Azuriel broke free he would quickly slice at Nick and Tyler's stomachs, he was looking to spill a little blood.

Viktoria nodded her assent as she leaned on Mr. Parker for support and began to hobble toward the swirling portal into the infirmary. She knew that her escort had activated some of his arachnid-esque abilities to assist her in the crossover, which eased her mind a bit knowing how exhausted she was after having to defend herself from Kelvin's hired guards and then having to flee from an almost certain death at the hands of the one guard that survived. Viktoria exhaled deeply before she immersed herself in the white hot light alongside Mr. Parker and arrived on the other side of the portal to a wealth of sights and sounds that pegged the place as the Jean Grey School for Higher Learning's infirmary. Viktoria blinked once or twice as her eyes readjusted to the light, finding it drastically dimmer than Strange's portal. She could hear the hiss of the portal behind her as it shut, signifying that there was no possibility of turning back. Was the Jean Grey School was now Viktoria's refuge or her prison? She couldn't make up her mind which was the school's true meaning to her but whatever it was, she would have to make up her mind to deal with it.

Zero thought he had the maniac dead to rights, but he was just being played. He watched the frostbite reseed and his eyes widened. He was stronger than he thought, and he broke free of his grasp. Zero jumped back to avoid the swing of his blade, back-peddling for his life. He didn't have a chance to freeze the swords or any of his opponent. Maybe he was in over his head... Just at that moment, an explosion erupted behind Azuriel, right behind his head. Pyras was on a boulder in clear line of sight behind the dark angel, and was trying to set him on fire, but she misfired and caused a spontaneous explosion instead. She didn't have time to concentrate with two allies right in the line of fire, and decided to keep it up, trying to cause two more sequential explosions surrounding Azuriel.

Dread Tyler, unlike Zero, wasn't able to avoid the swing. It was too fast for him to react to properly, otherwise, he would have teleported away. The blade cut deep into his abdomen, causing Tyler to fall back in pain, and coughing up a little blood. He was quickly back on his feet, and his healing factor kicked in right away, but he still realized this was a much bigger threat then he first thought it would be. Realizing what Pyras was trying to do, quickly teleported to Zero, grabbed him, and teleported them away to a safe enough distance to allow Pyras to do her thing. "Probably best we stay far enough away to allow her to attempt whatever she's attempting, but not so far that we can't just jump right back in if need be."

Zero wasn't expected to be teleported, and he pushed away from Dread the second they were clear. He looked the guy up and down, part of him wondering what else he could do, part of him never wanting to be teleported again. It felt...just plain weird. It was different from Pixie's portal. Nick didn't understand Dread's behavior. He wasn't used to mutants springing to his rescue, especially after they had just taken a hit themselves. He had to remember that these mutants, at least for the moment, were on his side, and he had to play nice.
"Thanks..." was all he said, before turning back to the fight, wondering if anything he could do would be effective.

- Breaking News: Trouble in Central Park - The sight of blood got Azuriel going, but he didn't have time to finish the job as both Nick and Tyler disappeared from his sight. Azuriel then spun around as Pyras' explosion caught his attention, as two more explosions went off and engulfed the area near Azuriel in flames. Again Azuriel would laugh at the young mutants attempts at bringing him down as he walked through the flames that were created by the explosions. His wings catching on fire as he walked towards Pyras, with one quick flick the fire was out and his wings began regrowing the burned off areas. He would attempt to close the distance quickly on Pyras by dashing towards her at full speed, looking to plunge one of his swords deep into her gut.

Zero was getting frustrated. He couldn't believe this guy was taking all this punishment and just keep on walking. What was he? The Terminator? He looked over at Dread, and he remembered that he was able to heal, just like Azuriel's wings just did. Zero shook his head, because he didn't know how to put the angel down. And what was worse, the demon was looming over Pyras, and going to strike, and he was way out of range to do anything about it. Pyras was backed up against a tree, leaving her no where to go as Azuriel advanced. Her powers were causing the tree to catch fire, but it wasn't going to burn down before those blades struck. She closed her eyes, waiting for the strike, but nothing came. She opened her eyes back up, only to see a portal standing before her. Pixie had opened a portal in front of Azuriel's blades, as well as behind him. Pixie's ploy was to try and get Azuriel to stab himself in the back. Given that saving grace, regardless of whether or not the swords planted into the demon's back, Pyras would get behind the burning tree and try to push it over, hopefully landing on Azuriel's head. The portals gave Zero an idea. He didn't know where PIxie was, so Dread was his only hope. He didn't want to hurt the kid, but he didn't have a choice.
"You've teleported me before, I know with my body temperature that couldn't have felt good, but if you can do it again and drop me off right on top of that guy, I can give him a hell of a brain freeze and shut him down. It won't hurt him, which means he won't heal, but his brain will go dark and he won't be able to hurt anybody else. Can you do it?" Zero asked.

Dread Dread nodded. "I'll do my best." He placed his hands underneath Zero's arms, teleported him over Azuriel's head, quickly let Zero go, and, after falling a few feet, poofed to safety. "I hope this works..."

- Back In Control? Time Will Tell! - The blade would slice through Azuriel's spine causing him to drop suddenly to the ground as he lost control of his legs. His body was healing a little slower this time around as he dragged himself away from the falling tree but he couldn't get away from it completely as it fell down and trapped his legs to the ground. As Azuriel struggled to get out from under the tree Nick dropped out of the sky as he worked to freeze the monster's brain. Azuriel swung his swords wildly trying to get Nick away from him, but his movements began to grow sluggish until his limbs fell limp at his side. His body crashing up against the tree. Some where deep in this body's mind something started churning. As Nick was able to shut down one system which in this case was Azuriel, he was letting another one start back up. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" Gabe literally screamed back into life. "My legs! GET ME OUT OF HERE! I'M HURT! HELP ME!" Gabe screamed as he started pushing the tree off his legs which to his surprise started moving pretty easily, his legs healing as he got them free.

Zero wrapped his arms around Azuriel's neck and head, trying to put the chill on his psycho brain and put him to sleep. It seemed his plan only half worked, because Mr. Psycho Voice was gone, but the higher pitched was back, and seemed panicky. He didn't know what to do: Should he let go and help the kid and risk Azuriel coming back? Or should he put him to sleep and risk permanent damage to the kid's head, even with his healing powers? Zero held on a little longer, trying to make up his mind.
In the mean time, Pyras was busy clearing the burning tree. She had noticed that the kid was panicking, and thought it was best to end the fighting and try for damage control. Pixie was helping, using her magic to put out the flames.
Nick didn't like it, but it seemed he didn't have a choice. He used his ice powers to put out the rest of the flames, making it easier to clear the burning tree from Azuriel's legs. He let go, but he wasn't about to leave without an insurance plan. With the angel on the ground, he would try and grab the swords and toss them far to the side. Then, he'd try and freeze all four of his limbs to the cement to keep him still, just to be safe.
