Blitz was actually glad she brought it up, because he wasn't doing much better thinking of a topic of conversation. "Yeah actually... Nice boots."

"Yes it is," Ruby nodded, applying a layer of strawberry to her lips. She put the bottle back into her purse, and grabbed Blitz.

Erica Morrow still chuckled slightly from the incident at the park. She felt good, no, she felt better than good, she felt exuberant. She took her hair out of its braid and let it fly free. She looked down at her conservative dark skirt and grey blouse. "This won't do, no not at all." She looked to the closes clothing store and went in, it was closed and most of the winodws were boarded up from the storm. She busted in, ignoring the cuts on her hand from the window's glass.
She picked out some dark jeans. They fit nicely, hugged the right places, but kept other parts loose for quick movement. The only problem was a flashy rinestone covered pocket, she quickly tore the pocket off. Then went in search of a top. She grabbed a black halter top, and a black short jacket with a red band around the sleeves.
She went to the store next door and grabbed a set of steel-toed boots, her personal favorite, for extra damage in kicking and added protection for her feet. She strapped on some black gloves and a studded belt. On her way out she paused and grabbed a pair of sunglasses, technically useless, but the blood-colored tint appealed to her.
She rested the glasses on her nose and walked outside, and she got the sudden urge to recite an old nursery rhyme or two.

Minerva the Marvelous Minerva yelled at Anc, "You've got two legs Titan, Use 'em!" She turned back to Kumori, "So you're saying I should tell everyone what I know? Let them all go into mass panic? They'll point fingers, it'll be a witch trial, and more will die, but at our own hands. You know us Gov' folks keep secrets for a reason. So what do you want to know? And this time give me specific questions, and I'll think about giving you some specific answers."

I think I should pay Xeen a visit, him and his 'friends' always seem to know what the hell is going on... thinks as he turns down a street that heads straight for the eastern HQ. I just hope they don't try to kill me on sight
