Ginny took her time eating, not wanting to throw up on any rides later. When Chris asked if she wanted to play some games, she nodded. "Sure," she said, wiping her mouth and then her nose to make sure all the cheese was gone. She then picked up her lemonade in one hand and trash in the other before standing up and waiting for Chris.

Ginny smiled when Chris threw away her trash for her and immediately took her now-empty hand. He led her toward the games and she looked around at her options. It had been such a long time since she had been to a fair that she no longer remembered what kinds of games their were. "I'm not sure..." she said, biting her bottom lip as she thought. "But if you do try to win me an animal, I like giraffes." She smiled and help up her other hand to look at the giraffe ring that was on her middle finger. Her son Alex had helped her pick it out on their last trip to the zoo. She loved it and did not know what she would do if she ever lost it.

Taking the rings from him, she positioned herself nearby and nodded. "Yeah," she said, tossing one of the rings only to frown when it landed between two of the bottles. "Okay... maybe now." She tossed another one and this one also did not land where she wanted it to.

He threw his first ring; it missed. Grumbling under his breath, her threw the second ring. That one missed, too. "Hey, Ginny? I'm gonna get you that giraffe." he promised and threw the last ring. It landed on one of the bottles, meaning he won. One of Ginny's rings barely made it around a bottle before sliding off. That was the closest she got to winning a prize. Sighing, she turned to Chris to see the giraffe in his outstretched arm. Ginny smiled and took it happily. "Thank you!" she said, looking it over to make sure it was not ripped or stained. "It's perfect." Taking Chris's hand again, she looked around at the rest of the games. "Another game? Or maybe a ride?"

Ginny's eyes widened when Chris said the time. "It's already eight?" she asked in disbelief. This was probably the latest she had stayed up since Alex started sleeping the entire night. "Spinning barrels?" She let Chris drag her to the line and looked up at the ride. "I was going to ask what it was, but now that we're here it seems pretty self explanatory." She smiled and watched as the current riders spun around in large barrels.
