 Figaro had contently laid in the paws he had found himself and he was actually okay with this for once. He wasn't trying to bite the other mini and he didn't feel threatened. Well that was until he noticed the strange mini that was walking around staring at everyone. Squeaking loudly to try and get Hel's attention and pointing his tail towards the funny looking one asking about contracts.

"But ... I'm not a seal," Clove insisted, starting to sound distressed. "Why do you keep saying I'm a seal? I came from shadows under the bed and I'm a drutten and my mistress left me here and I don't know what to dooooooo, I want her to come back," and it began to groom its tail nervously.

Fei was soooooo bored right now. What he at first thought might be a hostile environment was turning out to just be full of many other annoying mini pets that were mostly just messing around. His ears perked back up, his large, fluffy tail swished back and forth a few times, and then he flumped down to the floor and laid his head on his paws.
Sooooooooo boooooooooooored.
But of course, he couldn't just leave Princess Eva's side. Not even when a Princess Eva look alike got dropped off into the area, making him perk up ever so slightly before his head lowered again. When would his owner come back and take him to see Lady Terror?
The runic vaisel made a bit of a huffing noise and rolled onto his back to stare up at the ceiling.

"Oh well, we just wanted to make friends with you", A Boo Seal wailed grievously and turned to A Wild Boo Seal to confirm: " He is not a seal, he is a drutten".... "Sure enough, but we can play anyway can't we?" A Wild Boo Seal nodded and smiled to the drutten in front of him. There was no use in arguing, anyway. He personally could not understand why anyone would decline the honour of being part of the seal kin, but perhaps other creatures had different points of view regarding that matter. " Play I can", A Boo Seal cheered up and suggested: "L et's play hide-and-seek, you seek, I hide!" he closed his eyes with his flippers and announced victoriously: " Hidden!" [sn: olwen]

The fins on the leviathan's head went down, resting against her back as she hissed again at the Kirinni. "This one speaks only when it wishes to, and it does not care to. Dislike fur, dislike fire." The creature gave a pointed look at both kirinni and wyvling, hisses the "ess" sounds. It took a step closer to Jin. "Does this one's wings bite?" An inquiring nod was given towards the fiery wings. "Oh no, you're the boring one", Kirinni was disappointed. "Then what do you like? I like arid hot air, and desert! It's so nice to play in the sand!" Kirinni even jumped, and made a little salto proving its words. "May be you play? Just a bit?", it addressed the wyvling.

A Wild Boo Seal crawled in the direction of a strange and dangerous creature that didn't look a bit like a seal - and watched it bullying another dangerous creature. He yelped to attract attention and asked curiously: " Woooow! Are you related to battle seals?" For, to tell you the truth, in his mind all dangerous creatures were somehow related to the most dangerous creature in the whole world: the Battle Seal/Sir Seal Devil. sn=olwen

Kirinni had no clue what the white fluffy creature was talking about. The battle seal? It imagined the wax seal on the paper decorated by some blades and spears: no way a proud Famine minipet would be related to something lame like this!
"No way!", it looked at the beast with a challenge. "But I don't mind having a good battle! Please?... Just a bit?", somehow Kirinni turned to whining very quickly. sn: santime

" I am not a battle pet yet", A Boo Wild Seal replied sadly. " I can not battle you decently. Besides, there's no water here, and we, seals, do our battles near water... But we can play tags, if you want. Or hide-and-seek - as my comrade is playing now with other creatures. What'da you say?" - and it flapped his flippers. "Or else, you can teach me how you battle. Probably then I will become a battle pet sooner. Oh, do teach me, please!" and it flapped his flippers again and whirled on the floor to express his fascination and gratitude, and became so noisy, that it was probably too much for everyone around. A Wild Boo Seal closed his eyes dramatically and stayed immobile. In a couple of minutes he started to talk: " So that is what battle is. That is what death is. Now I feel life going out of my sealskin. And I was so young! And I haven't done anything wrong, and haven't grown to become a Seal Devil"..... Now that was melodramatic! His flippers were trembling a bit, and his voice was sharp and wailing. But nobody paid attention to that, as his pal was engaged in a conversation with other creatures, and his enemy was playing same game. So A WIld Boo Seal had to turn round and run into the kirinni with all his might. " You're dead!" he yelped. [sn=olwen]

It shouldn't surprise anyone to know that Lou wasn't just interested in making the students miserable. Their pets were fair game too.
Which was why he released... Hooker Boots into the crowd of minis. No, the foxfire couldn't just be named Boots. That would be too simple and inoffensive. She was named Hooker Boots.
As soon as the rancid looking foxfire was set down, she quickly went to work sniffing EVERYTHING. Personal space? What was that? Bubbles were being broken.
