Safira De'Garr

User ImageSafira let out a small laugh as the troll threw the drink in the man's face. Kindness? What kind of pirate was he, speaking of kindness? "You've been away from the sea for too long." She informed him dryly. "The world is a very harsh place." She shrugged, turned, and headed upstairs to her room. The exhaustion was quickly dulling her senses, a fact she did not enjoy. She laid in bed, staring at the ceiling and taking deep breaths. She was asleep in a few moments.

Daucus could barely contain his smirk as he listened to the argument coming from the woman and the peg legged pirate. However, he lost the urge to break loose a fanged smile when he felt a shake in the inn and his drink almost spilling along the bar. This irked the wolf, but not enough for him to lash out. He simply reached into his seemingly limitless pile of gold and placed one on the table, ordering another drink. He only had himself to blame for his coming down here so he might as well face the consequences.

His ears twitched as the troll woman spoke, anger obviously lacing her voice. Poor kid. Just couldn't catch a break with the ladies. He was getting it from both sides, fighting in a battle that he couldn't possibly hope in winning. Especially when it came to women. His dark eyes watched as the troll woman and the other strolled back up to their rooms. "Don't take it to heart, lad." Daucus said to the other male. "They're just bitter. Which is truly a shame. They're far too beautiful to be in such a state." He added, recounting some of the words he said earlier. "All you can do is have a drink and hope tomorrow will be better."The Were downed his drink of ale and munched on a few pieces of bread. "You'll find that you'll live a bit longer."

Wills anger began to settle he stepped away from the troll "this man seems to know what hes talking about im to tired to deal with this woman any more bar keep i'd like a room for the night" he said as he tossed a large bag of coin to the barkeep "and keep this mans glass filled" he said with a small smile and a exhausted voice then he gathered his chest of loot and quickly made his way up stairs to get some rest

The newly filled mug was raised towards the pirate in a silent thank you before it was brought to his lips for him to drink. This was his fifth drink and he still wasn't close to an inebriated state which sometimes frustrated the Were. Being in his current state, it was hard to drown his sorrows away like the rest of the world. He learned that in his first few years of being a were wolf.

His gloved hand waved away the request to have another drink and stood up. The crowd to in the inn was starting to dwindle down which helped Daucus make his decision to retire for the night. He stuffed his hands into his pockets and whistled as he walked up the stairs and into the hall. The male passed several rooms until he was came across his and walked inside, closing the door behind him with his foot. Caesar and Brutus was taken off his back and placed near his bed. His boots soon followed."Well old man. Today has been...interesting...."He said to himself as he laid down on his bed. It wasn't as comfortable as his one at home, but it sure did beat being on the floor.

A hand placed to the showers knob, turning off the hot water till none poured out. Standing in silence, the Troll's hair hung loosely around her shoulders and back. Her dreads already faded into tight curls near the tip of her hair while mainly having long waves. Slowly stepping out of the shower, her goblin kin came up out of the shadow and helped dried her off. While stepping outside of the bathroom, she allowed the towel to slip off her slender body, remaining naked. Looking out side the window of her rented room, the moon would be full the next night....and maybe red with the coloration distorting the night sky....

She would have to do her ritual soon. In her tribe she became a shaman....and as one, Zanza would have to do her job like so. However what is required is the company of a wolf with a human heart, blood of the innocent, hawk feathers, as well as dragons blood; a type of perfume used when performing the ritual. So far all she had was the feathers and perfume....To get blood of an innocent shouldn't be to hard to find.....but a wolf with a mans heart- That's when she smiled some to herself before looking to her door leading into the hallways. The man who smelt of a beast.... She summoned the goblins to gather her robe so that she could cover her naked body.

The robe was of a dark purple color made of silk so light that some of her body could still be seen but not all of it. Zanza walked to her door, to peek through the little hole provided to see who would be at the door. From across, Zanza saw the man enter in his rented room. So close....She would need to act in reason yet fast to get a response....With a smirk, Zanza summoned herself through her own shadow, closing her eyes as she slowly slipped down into the darkness, cackles and whispers where heard within the darkness. Slowly quieting as she raised back up to see the man laying in his bed. By the looks of his breathing, he was still awake. Walking to the center of Daucus Bane room, she remained still, with her arms at her side.
"Good Evening........" Zanza started before taking another step closer.

Brutus was quickly picked up and pointed towards the stranger in the room before she could take another step. "Another step and you'll find Brutus piercing your throat, young lady." He said cooly, not even bothering sitting up. He had sensed her the moment she dared slipped into his room. Though he admired her technique on how she came in.

Daucus looked at her from head to toe and noticed that she changed her attire from earlier, something he had yet to do. "What brings you here at such a late hour, little one?"The Were asked while finally setting up, being careful not to lunge Brutus any further. He didn't make it a habit to point weapons at women, but when they unexpectedly phase into his room, he tended to make an exception.

Raising a brow to the weapon pointed directly under the Trolls chin, The female simply smirked, allowing her goblin kin sink back into the shadow. Leaving the two alone. "A threat to one who offers none?" Zanza started, her voice with sarcasm as she pushed her left hand on the blade, enough to move it away from her as she took another step, regardless of the mans threatening tone. She also scoffed at the other comment, referring her as Little One. "I came to your...humble abode to.....talk...And ask for assistance...if you will..." The woman continued. Folding her arms under her chest, Zanza began to look around, he hold no significant item to her point of view he may well as be no more than ordinary...'cept for the weapons he held....and his scent to powerful now that it's the two on them alone. Her nose wanted to wrinkle at the strong stench of beast but did her best to deny it. Instead, Zanza turned her head to look else where, pretending to be interested in his room. "Correct me if I'm wrong but, tomorrow is a full moon...." Zanza trailed off while motioning her daring gaze back at the man who now sat up. Rather or not he already was, she found herself now noticing that he is, in so, the female Troll turned her body to face him, to meet his gaze with her own. "Do not deny me of your scent which holds you true to your form....beast.....However...I hold a proposition for you....Tomorrow night I must do my right as a Shaman, to perform the ritual knowing it will protect my kin.....But I require an Indigence.....The Company of a wolf with a human's heart....I need you...." She finished before thinking rather or not to take another step into what most people would call personal space. However, instead of moving forward, Zanza took a step back, still with a smirk planted on her face. "I shall await an answer either tonight....or come tomorrow....I will not be far....." Bowing her head to Bane, Zanza summoned her shadow, and allowed herself to sink in, only to reappear outside of his down, her smirk fading. The woman wasn't at all tired, instead, she headed back down stairs where her appearance affected the men different. Rather intimidate them in her usual get up, She wore her silk purple robe with the same material scarf around her mouth almost like what some belly dancers would wear. As she continued to make her way to the counter, wolf whistles could be heard either distance or close by. Regardless, Zanza did all the same, to ignore them. She decided to order the cyser meed, something rather expensive but all the more tastier. While waiting upon her drink, Zanza noticed her dread locks were now these beautiful wavers of her dark hair. Perhaps this is what she is receiving different attention.

Daucus was pretty much floored by her words. How did she know he would be in such a state? He inwardly growled to himself for not even realizing it himself. For a second, Daucus allowed his eyes to travel outside where the moon hung low, silently telling him that the woman's words were right. 'Damnit, you're too old to forget something as important as this.' He thought angrily, tightening the hold on Brutus' handle. He didn't like the fact that this troll knew so much about what he was, while he knew so little about her. Still, he said nothing, wanting to hear what other secrets she cared to divulge.

A fine eyebrow was raised when she requested his asstance. 'So..she's a shaman. Interesting . . . ' He had met many Shamans in his life in hopes to release him from this hellish curse, but since none had been successful, he had abandoned all hope which eventually left him to embrace his wolf side. From some, sacrifice was required and made sure to stay clear from those. Daucus wouldn't feel right if an innocent life was used to release him from the curse. This is why he became a little standoffish at the fact that she needed a wolf with a human's heart. Warning bells went off in his mind, but he managed to stay composed until she left, being sure to tell him a specified time to meet.

The breath he didn't know he was holding in was released and his shoulders slumped. "That didn't sound good at all, did it Brutus?"He asked his sword already knowing he wouldn't get an answer. Yet in a strange way it comfort him. Brutus was placed near his brother, Casear, and the Were situated himself on the bed. He would think over the woman's plea and hope for the best.

Despite all odds and the endless attention she thought it was best for inform the beast of her leave. Soon it would be dawn. Zanza needed her sleep in order to stay up for the long night coming ahead. With that, Zanza retreated to her chambers to fall into an easy slumber. Her shaman powers roamed only in her dreams as she envisioned the best separating from the man...A Sign? A Desire? Usually when this female had encountered another with a strong presence or simply an aura that stands out from the rest, she tends to dream about their intentions. Call it a "link" if you will. More or less a bond she is able to share. Maybe within her dream she can channel to his mind to find out exactly why his eyes have the same sadness and hatred she holds. However thing long dream of flashes was confusing her. Most of the people appearing were foreign to her, people with no face yet that could bore a smile.

Shaking this from sight, she dug deeper, it was in these cold depths that she saw darkness. Standing by herself. She looked around in haste, trying to find the man and beast but only saw the endless darkness. When she turned did she only see a a rotting corps of her kin. To this sight did she realized unknowingly that she had jumped into her own train of thoughts, loosing the man with the beast. She had always endured these horrid thoughts, visions of her dead kin rising up yelling and crying, asking why did they die? Why didn't she help? Restless souls who wished to have live but in the after life blame their deaths solely others.

Zanza wasn't expecting her mother to be one of these souls...The female Troll let out a shaken sigh, closing her eyes before reopening them to find herself back in her rented bedroom. Zanza was relieved that her dreaming was over, to think that she would share her link with that stranger only to drowned in her own misery. Standing up, looking out the window, the sun had begun to rise. With haste, Zanza began to make the rest of the preparations for later tonight, collecting the last of her things, it was time to leave grand port and step into phase two.

She walked out of her room fully dressed, went next door to knock on Banes room, then slipping her note under the door, reading:

Dear Beast,

Meat me at Goblin's Helm, where I'll be waiting in the front court yard. Do not fear of being jumped by these Goblin Kin, I will announce of your coming, if so you choose to come....

The Troll....

With that being said and done, Zanza headed outside the tavern and left for Goblin's Helm......

Safira De'Garr

User ImageThe morning was no more kind to the young assassin than the night. Safira got up and prepared for the day in silence. A ship. She thought. My life for a ship. She grabbed her bag and headed out of the inn, heedless to anyone around her. She didn't want anyone getting in her way or distracting her. By all that was good in the seven planes, she was going to complete her quest if it killed her.

She headed toward the docks, getting wary looks from those up and about. It wasn't hard to find a ship that was about to set off. The trick was finding one that was going where she was heading.
"Is this vessel going by the way of Tenzenokit?" She asked one particularly burly captain. He looked her over suspiciously. "Aye. You ain't a torn skirt, are you?" Safira glared at him, infuriated he would even make the assumption. "No." She spit the word out like it was poisonous. It was enough to convince the captain. And after paying a slight fee, she made her way on to the ship, staring at the open water. Freedom here I come. She thought.

Issimenna Sorrian

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.Menna walked into the port slowly, trying to take everything in. To a sheltered princess, the bustling docks looked like another world entirely. It was hard to imagine her lonely suite of rooms in Dokoro existed on the same plane as the ship-filled waters before her. She grit her teeth together, determined to continue. Unfortunately, she was gaining a large amount of stares. The face she wore might not have been her own, but Nanette wasn't ugly and men were taking notice. I should have chosen plainer. She thought. Elle, while she wasn't ugly, seemed to be invisible to any but those she was serving. But the Hunters looking for her knew Elle's face as well, so she would have to make do.

Menna turned to Gallion, feeling embarrassed as she realized how clueless she was.
"I'm not really sure what to do next." She said honestly. She hated showing weakness, especially since she wasn't sure that Gallion wouldn't try to stop her for her own safety.

Gallion
Legend of Garnoff

"Fear not milady." Gallion spoke with a rather normal tone of voice. It was as if they were not even hiding themselves any longer, though they still he at least wore his hood low over his features.

As the rain continued to pour over the two, battering the decks of Grand Port as the countless crews scrambled as fast as they could without slipping, the knight began to wonder if they would face any objections in their path towards the Fountain. Ships groaned as they shifted slightly within the mild waves of the morning's downpour, and the market though drenched seemed to be as lively as the day before.

"Just be careful. In a place like this you can hardly tell the difference between a street and a floating dock. It's quite amazing how few chunks of the city have been torn out to sea by storm." Hearterra commented, nodding towards an old shop that appeared tattered, looted, and broken as it continued to sink ever so slowly bellow the surrounding structures. "The captains even treat their crews the same as they do their homes in the city...one hole and it all goes down, so they must be perfect." The lesson on travel was small, but in truth the knight who'd traveled the world by his lord's side was uncertain how much was known by a woman who'd been restrained to the confines of a singular city. He hoped that it would not become something more discomforting than the shaky waters beneath the rain.

The man was unable to sleep for the rest of the night as his mind was constantly bombarded with thoughts. Would things really be okay, or was this just a trap? Deep down inside Daucus didn't want to take that chance, but there was something else telling him that it wouldn't be as bad as it seemed. Besides, with his wolf traits and his trusty companions, Brutus and Casear, he would be fine. ..Right?

A soft knocking and the sound of paper being slid under his door caught his attention. For a while, he simply stared at the paper from his bed until he coaxed himself to rise and collect the note. ...do not fear being jumped. Those words seemed to jump off the page at him and felt his shoulders sag in relief. His eyes read the message over and over until it was folded and placed into satchel. The sun was starting to rise and if he had any hopes of reaching Goblin's Helm by nightfall, he would need to set out now.

Clothes and weapons were donned before Daucus made his way down the steps of the inn. After chatting the barkeep up for a few minutes, Daucus received a map and began his trek to Goblin's Helm.

Issimenna Sorrian

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.Rain was hardly knew to the young queen-to-be, but it seemed much more ominous when not viewed through the palace windows. She listened closely to Gallion. He knew much more than she did and she was eager to learn. "I've never been on a ship." She said honestly. "But I was told I had a great uncle that spent most of his life traveling the sea." It didn't matter much, as she couldn't let on to her lineage, but it did give some comfort. She tried to remember the stories Gashrious told her. The man had been fiercely loyal to her mother's family. Indeed there were many times she swore the only reason he even continued to stay in the palace at all for her sake.

The thought of her old mentor made her feel slightly homesick. Not for Dokoro, but for any home. It seemed like she'd hardly any time to get her feet before the world shifted again. She was in the state of mind to thoroughly depress herself when a voice calling out to them distracted her. She paused, startled, but rearranged her features before the man came any closer. She hoped the hood on her face kept her expression hidden.
"Hello." She said quietly, on edge. She didn't have the best experience with men that just walked up to her.
