On top sitting a delicately arranged array of a carrot and twig of raspberries along with a few wildflowers she had gathered from their herd land tied to the board with long blades of grass. She also had with her a feather she'd had since her youth from in her hair and one which had fallen from his own massive wings. Short IC Response: As she set down the offering at the alter, the mare turned her head to take hold of the two feathers she'd tucked in her hair from the hopeful parents. She set them down on top of her offering and smiled before bowing her head. "Hello Again, its me." Looking down at her hooves she wasn't positive what to say, as the star had heard her before. "I guess what I came to say was if you happen to find any wayward souls on your journeys across the sky, perhaps those who are in need of family or of love in general; do remember our hearts are always overflowing and our family open for anyone who may need us. Our kids are grown, and I do miss the pitter-patter of hooves running a muck in the herd lands; but even our dear Darius came to us as but a older child and our herd mates as young adults so we are not picky by any means. If you see anyone, Wishing star...I hope you deem us acceptable for such a joy and honor."
Looking up back to the alter she flicked her tail as she turned, taking one last look up to the night sky and began her walk back to the herd lands, knowing Cuauhcoatl probably wasn't far off at any rate.

My Long Lost Family Member Soquili in search of a relative: Relation (mother, father, brother, sister, etc): Mother Race (first choice): Regular Race (2nd choice, must be mini, common or uncommon): Regular What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? a few beautiful shells he had found. Short IC Response: It had been many months since Rythorn had heard the rumours that his mother may still be alive, remembering back to the onslaught that had happened when he was a foal, things got bad and before she left him, nuzzled him, told him she and his father loved him and made him promise to escape if things got worse and then left to help fight along side her mate but that was the day he never saw his father or mother again, he had even been told that she had died in battle, no trace of her body was found and so from that day onward he hated it but accepted that he would never see his parents or live the once happy life they used to live ever again. But now, these rumours about his mother surfaced, having been talking to others of his kind and they were saying that there was a mere looking for her son and that she was once part of an old family who years ago were in some major battle, he passed it off at first, his mother wasn't the only one who helped that day but the mother he thought about it the more he started to wonder 'what if...?' Rythorn had, since a few days after being told about this mere, that he might as well search for her, not sure what he was going to be getting himself into but he had to, if this mere was in fact his mother then he couldn't just let it go could he? But as time moved on his search became pointless, he couldn't find her and any leads he got came to nothing but now, this star had appeared to possibly grant him a wish and he didn't want to go, others deserved it more then he did, he wasn't wanting to take the spot of someone more deserving then he but then he didn't want to pass it up either. Rythorn looked at his familiar* who was nuzzling him, knowing his worries and, of course, of the star that was around (who didn't? This star was a glimmer of hope for many) and after his friend got up and tugged at his tail to make him leave the cave to go see the star he decided to even though he did sigh over it "alright, I get the picture, lets go" he said as he picked up the small meek offering of a few beautiful shells he had found down at the beach and took them with him, following his friend towards where the star was. Rythorn reached the star, several others either coming or leaving and he just waited till there was a space for him to be able to speak and placed the shells down on the ground and pushed them over to the star before kneeling and taking off his helmet and placed it beside him and cleared his throat and kept his head hung "I know that there are others more deserving then I, I have done many things that I am not proud of and regret but if there is one thing I wish to try and make right it is my relationship with my mother, if it is her I have heard about. A while back I heard rumours that a mere was looking for her son so I have followed leads and clues and they have come to nothing and so, if they are true and there is a woman out there looking for her son which may just happen to be me then please, I beg of you, please bring my mother home to me" he said as a tear rolled down his cheek as he looked up to the star "please let me have my mother back" he got up and looked down at his friend "come" he said to his friend as he turned and started to walk away from the star, reaching the edge of where it was and looked back, silently praying for his wish will come true before leaving with his familiar. ((* I know that he doesn't have one on his cert but he does actually have one, I just have misplaced the updated cert his familiar is on.))

"I treasure the foals we already have more then you could possibly imagine, but they took so long to come that I fear the chance for us to have more...and would love to provide another child with a safe and loving home...if there is such a child out there who needs this love and you happen to bequeath it to me well..I would be most grateful..

My Long Lost Family MemberSoquili in search of a relative: Relation: Uncle Race 1: Alicorn Race 2: Unicorn What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? A few beads from her necklace and the sound of laughter Short IC Response: "Oh no!" Amberlee exclaimed as she raced across the grass after a few small, white, pebble-like beads that had fallen when her necklace had suddenly snapped. The green blades seemed to swallow them up faster than she could gather them. But soon enough the last of them came to a stop and she paused beside them to catch her breath. At least she could see them in the bright starlight!
"Oh what a night... No wonder my old uncle used to call me a klutz!" She exclaimed with a laugh. "I still remember him like it was yesterday, you know? When my mother was away he would come and watch me. He was never very friendly to me, but I knew he loved me from the way he let me get away with things! Ahh, he taught me so much too... About being yourself and to follow your dreams... Even though he thought I was a ridiculous young filly. He was right I suppose... I wouldn't be who I am today if it wasn't for Heaven, my knight!"
Her thoughts went her lifemate and her two grown children, Castiel and Angel. Her heart welled up with pride for her children, and she looked back up at the sky. "If only you could meet my family, uncle! I know you like your space and your wandering ways, but if could come meet see us, only for a second..." She trailed off, twitching her tail softly, before laughing again. "You would probably say I was STILL a ridiculous young filly!"
Gathering up a few of the beads, but leaving some as an offering to the night, Amberlee turned back home with joy in her steps.

An Extra Gift Parent 1: Uncert Parent 2: Uncert Link to Breeding Permission: BamLifemates: Yes! What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? A string of beads, a bronze bell, and a few feathers Short IC Response: As carefully as the stallion could he lay his offering out under the glow of the moon, nudging the bell tenderly with the tip of his nose. It belonged to his father, and even surrounded by the older stallion's family, he missed him and his mother dearly. If he had never been swept away by that river though, then he'd never come to live among the rest of the Amchi's and he certainly never would have met his Lily. She was everything to him, his light and soul, and he would do anything for her, just to see that sweetly soft smile that was only for him. With a sigh he lifted his head, bright eyes watching the stars above. "Please, I know if Lily could talk she would ask this herself. Even still, I'm sure she prays, in her own way. We would give anything to be blessed with child." The pale stallion bit his lip, glancing down at his offering as he wondered if perhaps he should have added more. After a second or two though his head dipped in a nod, and he turned, wandering back to the sleeping figure of his fluttercorn lifemate.

My Long Lost Family Member Soquili in search of a relative: Relation (mother, father, brother, sister, etc): Brother Race (first choice): Wind Race (2nd choice, must be mini, common or uncommon): Regular What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? He leaves a dream catcher with feathers from his own wings. Short IC Response: Kuro-Yume glazes at the star as he takes a deep breath really to ask for something he never thought that he would. "Oh great wishing star with your power so great. I offer you this dream catcher full of dreams and these feathers from my wings that have been with me my while life." He smiles at the star seeing it's beauty. "I have found my life mate and I have two daughters. My family is large but something is missing. Though I have only brothers I found that another brother I never met is missing and I find to find him and bring him home. To give him the family he has never known." Stretching his wings out and bowing to the star.
"This is my only wish and the only thing I ask for. To find my long lost brother and to show him that his family longs to know him and to show him love and kindness. As well as many other things." He sighs a bit not sure if he will be able to have his wish but he has to try. "If you wish for me to offer more. I will search to the ends of the earth to find what you might ask for. Please O'great Wishing Star. Take to heart this wish I pray for." Voiding

My Long Lost Family Member Soquili in search of a relative: Relation (mother, father, brother, sister, etc): Mother Race (first choice): Half Cerynei/wind Race (2nd choice, must be mini, common or uncommon): Half Unicorn/wind What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? Short IC Response: Amenophis had just happened to look up at the sky when he spotted the most magnificent star shoot across the sky. The thought occurred to him that perhaps if he made a quick wish, he could perhaps wish for his mother to reach him. The brown stallion quickly shut his eyes and bowed his head in respect to the star, and thought aloud. "I do not remember my family but I think that I am of Egyptian line...it is terribly lonely without family beside you. I wish that since I can't have my memories that if I could simply have my mother returned to me, perhaps she could tell me the answers I seek. In return for my mother, I offer to you one of my treasured feathers, I believe it came from my mother herself." He finished with a long and heavy sigh, his long uni tail was not swaying with anxious excitement like he thought but instead it was hanging with sadness. He realized just how lonely he truly was, even with a mate, he had no family to share with her. He found himself slowly pulling the feather from his mane, he truly hoped that his wish would come true, the sadness that plagued him was almost overwhelming. Gentle golden eyes watched the feather float gently to the ground as he opened his mouth and released it. He forced himself to leave the feather and walk away, wondering if his mother would truly find him and if wishing upon a star was just a fairy tale.

A True Friend
Who is Wishing?: Kawani persona
Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: “Dear star… I know it’s been a while since I’ve come to talk to you.” A young girl maybe the age of 13 stood on top of the grassy hill looking up to her wishing star. She had long brown hair tied into braids and blue eyes with a certain shine to them. “My mother died this year, father says she’s still watching over me. I want you and my mom to know, I’m going to be strong for the tribe and for dad.” She smiled, pain still in her heart as she touched the small beaded necklace that once belonged to her mother.
10 Things I Like: Stars, fluffy things, daydreaming, small braids, bells, lace, ghostly stuff, females 10 Things I Don’t Like: Exposed organs, Tentacles, Spiders…
What does your persona leave as an offering for the wishing star? From the pocket in her dress she took out a buffalo horn wrapped in a thin string with a few beads of her mother’s necklace on it. Kissing the horn she set it on the ground and whispered a small prayer. "I know I can be strong, but if you could grant me a friend til the end...It would mean everything to me." Finishing her words she dipped her head and walked away.

A True FriendWho is Wishing?: Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: Zosime had at first ignored the talk about some wishing star that granted wishes. It sounded like a silly foal’s tale. Until she’d heard grown soquili talking about so-and-so’s friend who’d made a wish and had something close enough to it happen. She’d perked her ears and pondered. Was it just coincidence? When she’d asked Kalril’s opinion, the bird had just shrugged and replied, “you soq believe in weird things.” She’d agreed and tried to put the star out of her mind. However, the wishing star wouldn’t stop tickling the back of her mind. Zosime had gotten up in the middle of the night and gone to the hill where it was said to make a wish. She stood at the top by the alter looking up at the star. That thing was suppose to be able to grant wishes? For a long a moment she stood at the hilltop staring up into the sky. “I’ve heard that you’re something special. Maybe its true, and maybe you’re just a vain hope. Either way, my name is Zosime. I grew up alone in a small valley. I don’t remember who my parents were, any siblings, and I’ve been alone most of my life. My attempt at starting a herd didn’t end so well, and eventually it disbanded. I don’t know where I’m suppose to belong, but it sure would be nice to have a friend to talk to. Kalril does alright for a bird, and I don’t want to sound ungrateful for him, but I could use a soquili companion Wishing Star.” 10 Things I Like: - color variety - color transition/fade - scorpion - dragon - tribal - stars - northern lights - glowy - pastel - small jewelry edits 10 Things I Don’t Like: - excessive amounts of light colors(white, yellow, pink) - creepy crawlies (beetles, cockroaches, spiders, the like) - plaid - clothes - really short mane/tail - omg girly - baldness What does your persona or your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? Zosime carefully plucked a perfect red and gold feather from her crest and laid it on the alter. Beside it she laid two scales from her body, one red and one gold.

Who is Wishing?: Isolean Vreinds  Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: From her now humble place In the shadows Isolean slides the basket and offering into a shaft of elegant moonlight. "i have to be honest with you star. I have not been a good being. I forsook the the teachings of not only my father a kind and wonderful stallion but also of my grand mother. I embraced the shadows of the evil others expected of me and rejected the good those who knew me best begged me to see for myself. By doing so I have wronged myself but more importantly I have wronged them- the only ones who will probably ever love me. . . I" as if under a judgmental gaze she looks away in shame. "I know i do not deserve a wish by any means however none the less what I implore of you this perfect and rare night is a second chance. A second chance in the form of someone who is willing to help me correct my past wrongs and see past the "wrongs" that I cannot let go of as of yet." she speaks softly and then with a pause she licks a stray bit of blood from her lower lip. A slight sigh escapes her at the flavor then bites her lip in shame. "There is only so much I can change on my own a little help is all I ask." She then turns away to go back to her cave before the daylight arrives. 10 Things I Like: ~Bright White ~Knights in Armor ~Vampires ~Black and gold accessories ~Elegance ~glowing eyes ~Victorian themes ~Candelabras/chandeliers (mostly as inspiration not as objects but hey go crazy) ~Halloween themes (spooky stuff, masks ghosts ect) ~ 10 Things I Don’t Like: ~Clashing ~Super crazy coat patterns (I'm a minimalist when if comes to that kind of thing a little go's a long way.) ~Mini's ~Females (Isolean isn't a fan of other mares) ~NEON! ~Clothing (like pants and shirts everything else is fine) ~Stock manes and tails What does your persona or your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star?: Isolean with a hopeful heart leaves her basket lined with a fair amount of her rolling ebony locks of mane and tail *. She knows it's is cliche offering but to her it represents a bigger sacrifice. One of her vanity and hopefully of a disgraceful past. *her mane was knee length but now it is a little above her shoulders. Her tail was dragging on the ground but now is a little Above her knees.Â

My Long Lost Family Member Soquili in search of a relative: Relation (mother, father, brother, sister, etc): searching for her brother. Race (first choice): Kalona (primarily horns) Race (2nd choice, must be mini, common or uncommon): Unicorn What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? The Golden Beryl gemstone at the center of her harness. Short IC Response: Sunlit eyes drifted up to the soft glow of the moon, it's natural light casting away the signs of worry on her brow. It had been a calm and quiet night, and the mare had earlier been enjoying her nocturnal walk. Until that small, tiresome familiar of hers had appeared over the hills.
With his hurried gait and frantic expression, it wasn't long before Tip shared his news with his armored companion. Just a few miles off from here, directed in the east, he had caught sight and smell of Nhekayla's older brother.
The news was like a cold rain in the mare's veins, and her heart constricted with fear as if on the battlefield once more. Only now, her foe was none other than her own kindred. And so, moments from the startling news and having wandered off to collect her thoughts, Nhekayla was nearly frantic in trying to regain her composure. Any other day, she would have marveled to see her elder brother and taken delight in sharing his company. It was a chance to learn tales and techniques from their warrior clan, and her brother made for a reputable teacher. But now... she feared he'd spit or worse if they were to ever cross paths. She was nothing more than a traitor to her ranks, having fled the scene when an imposing battle threatened her survival. And it was well known that her brother despised those with weak wills.
However, maybe this was her chance for redemption, however slim that may be. He was her blood brother, afterall, and she prayed that was enough for him to find forgiveness in his war-torn spirit. He was a stern and fierce individual, when the times called for it, but she hoped that she could somehow earn his welcome once again. If she could prove herself stronger, both in mind and body, maybe she could return to her family without shame?...
Peering up as a shimmer caught her eye, Nhekayla gapped in wonder as a star winked brightly in the dark blanket of sky. She knew that star, from old lullabies and lores of her childhood. Now was her best chance, and so she tenderly removed the gemstone from her harness, letting it gleam in the grass before her as an offering. "Please star, I ask this of you. Let me meet my brother once more, with peace at heart kinship still valued. I pray to reunite with my family in good terms, and I ask for your assistance in this encounter. Please, guide me as I search for him."

A True FriendWho is Wishing?: Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: Ash was one to always torment the herd, but as it got bigger he couldn't torment them as much as he wished to. Now he was more of a lone wolf with no one to actually trust and rely on. This made him miserable. For once he knew nothing of tormenting and chasing the mares around, biting at their ankles, he now had no feeling of purpose. He let out a deep sigh, making his way to the mountains ad he laid in one of the small caverns edges, starring up at the night sky, the stars reflecting off his sad gaze. "Oh goddess up in the sky. I know I've been a naughty pup, and I probably don't have a right to ask this of you. But if you would cast your pity on me and grant me this one wish. I wish to have my own Master, a friend I can follow and learn from. One that will accept me for who I am and not try to stomp me for having my fun. I wish for a strong soquili, I don't care on the looks or gender I just want that warmth of feeling loved for once." He wished as hard as he could, hoping it would come true, but deep inside knowing as bad as he's been all his life it was a slim chance. But even the worst amongst familiars could dream. 10 Things I Like: Blood Tribal halfbreeds Feathers Natural wings Bones small accessories masks fluff 10 Things I Don’t Like: Creepy Crawlies Gore (exposed organs line intestines, hearts etc) tentacles baldness What does your persona or your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? Not having much to give, He slips his necklace off as paws at one of his main fangs, until it comes out, nosing it forward as an offering to the wishing star. It's all he could offer since he didn't have much when ti came to possessions.

My Long Lost Family MemberSoquili in search of a relative: Relation (mother, father, brother, sister, etc): Sibling, gender unknown (In her back story she actually has one sibling that she has never met. She also has never met her father, but she is unaware of this. She thinks the stallion who raised her also sired her. He thinks so was well) Race (first choice): Flutter Race (2nd choice, must be mini, common or uncommon): Unicorn What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? A small collection of things that have great meaning to her. A fragment that her mother had saved from her basket when she popped. A chip from a throne she found in some old two-legger ruins.A few braided stalks of grass her father (the one who raised her, who she thinks is her sire) wove into her hair when she was still his little princess. She had three hairs that had gotten tangled around a flower stem her mother had worn behind one ear. She wished she had something of her father to place, other then the braided grass, but she did not. Hopefully the wishing star would be able to find her sibling or siblings with something of her mother's alone... Short IC Response: What does you soquili ask/tell the wishing star when he or she comes to ask to find their relative? Queen Stephanie settled herself down, folding her legs under her in what she could best do to try and replicate the way a human would kneel and bow in supplication. Her father traveled much in his youth, and met many two-leggers all over this wide world. She grew up on his stories of their legends and customs, though honestly she suspected he embellished, if not out right fabricated some of the tales. Still, she wished to do this right. And the stories said that for a short time you bow, for a long time, you kneel and bow your head. So she knelt before the alter of the Wishing Star and bowed her head.
"I am Queen Stephanie, but today I come before you not as a queen, not as a princess, but as a simple mare, as a daughter, as a sister. I have grown up a princess to my parents, loved and cherished. I would not trade a single day of my youth for anything. Father told me all my life the most wonderful stories of Soquili and Humans, and all manner of other creatures. One thematic element oft repeated in his narratives is that of a long lost sibling. Sometimes it is a twin, one who looks just like the protagonist and is mistaken for them. These stories are often about royalty, though sometimes they are simply about adoption or the human concept of divorce."
She paused and collected herself. She knew she was not a child of divorce, clearly. No one was more devoted to their mate then her parents as she grew up. Especially her mother, who seemed only to only see two living beings in the world, her princess, and her mate.
"I also know from traveling, some of the ways of reality. Few Soqs are born alone as many humans are. Most families are blessed with two, three, or even four foals at a time. My mother told me that I was the only foal who survived, so maybe there had been another basket... or maybe..." here was where she wondered if she even dared to dream, "Maybe I have a long lost brother or sister out there who fate has separated me from. "Mayhaps my mother and father were wrong. If there had been another basket and it had fallen into a river to be swept out to sea, or carried off by an over eager familiar who wanted a Soq to tend of their own, or even a Kalona or Skinwalker for the same reason... There are a million scenarios, a hundred thousand stories or more that could have lead to the mistaken answer that I was the only basket to survive."
Now at last she looked up, wanting the Wishing Star to see her eyes, to see the strength of her desire. "Wishing Star light, Wishing Star Bright, A wish born of love not spite, I wish I may, I wish I might, have the wish I wish tonight. For my parents who would love another child to care for, for my long lost sibling, who might be out there alone and scared, and for myself, to have someone to share my travels with, my heartaches and sorrows, my joys and discoveries, If I have a long lost sibling out there, please bring us together once more. This is my wish, these are my offerings, I beg of thee, see with kindness. With your heart judge my words, and my heart. I beseech of you." She bowed her head.
After several moments, Queen Stephanie swallowed hard, and stood, shaking, and awaited an answer. Hoping, praying, and yes, wishing, that her dream would be granted. ( Link to her Bio )

My Long Lost Family Member Soquili in search of a relative: Relation (mother, father, brother, sister, etc): sister or brother Race (first choice): half-unicorn Race (2nd choice, must be mini, common or uncommon): regular What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? To represent the family she has now she leaves an intricate braid with hair from her tail, that of her mate ShadowBlade and from her daughter and Blade's son bound together with feathers from her owl Sprite and Blade's owl Flint. Short IC Response: What does you soquili ask/tell the wishing star when he or she comes to ask to find their relative? Hazalinia set the braid on the alter and took a deep breath. There was so much that she'd dreamed of that she had and that braid represented that, but there was something missing in her life. "It's been so long since I've seen anyone from my birth family. I'm happy with my life as it is with my mate, but I'd love to be able to share this with one of my sisters or brothers. I want to see one of them again to see what became of them after I had to leave. Please glorious star above, I have this one wish for someone from the family of my youth to know the family I have now. So that the two may be connected as they should be." She bowed her head and nuzzled her offering the scents of her beloved family mingling together bringing a bittersweet smile to the mare as she turned and left, her wish made.
