It is definately Osaka, because she corrupts poor Chiyo. As the series progresses you can noticably see Chiyo become more spacy... and "odd". rofl

ottsel-master advent-seph who do you think is better and funnier? osaka or chiyo? Chiyo for cuteness of course... Osaka for randomness as i am teh king of randomness Yeah Chiyo-Chan is a lot cuter but Osaka is random funny

Osaka... trivial knowledge, then she says something about beans. When she gets an "oh" and silence after that she said "no, you're supposed to say 'no, that's bean knowledge'. I love her. So funny, spacey, and random!

Chiyo-chan is a cute character, but her perfection in just about everything gets annoying. I like Osaka because even though she fails at a lot of the things she attempts, she's still happy and goes on with her life. Plus her daydreamy personality is awesome. ^^

I would say Osaka Is the funniest and shes is very totally diffeent to Chiyo.Chiyo is very sweet and cute.But Osaka would take my vote.
