Unfortunately, there was always some doubt when it came to what he was allowed and not allowed to do with Yin, so if he followed the 'would Yin want this' rule, there was a good chance this relationship was never going to go anywhere, ever. Thus it was more of a 'I'll try this and if Yin doesn't immediately protest then it is okay to do this and I will keep doing it', rule. It hadn't always worked out for the best, but it at least meant there was some small bit of progression.

Like getting a kiss on the hand! Oh wait, Yin had done that to him. Alex didn't even want to think about what might happen if he ever attempted to do it back. That was one thing he could hold off on trying for a while, he was sure.

"Oh?" Alex replied with a small frown, and perhaps just the slightest bit of disappointment in his voice. Something to do with antennae wasn't very specific and well..Alex lacked that certain weremantisy appendage, anyways. And of course, Yin hadn't given it much thought, or was very strategically withholding the information. It was very hard to tell sometimes, but Alex was fairly sure that Yin was proficient in only letting him know some things, and not all the things, but making it seem like he was telling Alex everything.

It was really much too complicated and not really the time or the place to be comtemplating this, however, so Alex decided it was time to move on.

"Well, don't worry too much about it, if you can't remember. It's no big deal, really." He waved it off, and really, felt like he had probably pressed the weremantis for more then enough information now. He had all of forever to ask all of the questions anyways, right? Besides, they should be finding something fun (and inexpensive, oh woe) to do for the remainder of their days together.

"Are you finished? Ready to go?" He asked, sounding almost hopeful, practically bouncing in place with a large smile plastered across his face. After all, there might be a quick trip to the library in store for them! Earlier thoughts about a lazy day had been wiped away by his ridiculous gnome misfortunes, and now it seemed he was actually ready and raring to go.

Yin would probably be wise to not hesitate and take full advantage of this situation.
