Enie sat on her hospital bed, looking out the window into the night. How long has it been? Stupid man just had to hit her, didn't he? She then turned to see the nurse walk out and quickly got up. She winced slightly, the wound on her side burning her. She grabbed her phone, texting the only person who visited.

Adam drove into the hospitals parking lot, It's been a couple months since he'd seen Enie and he was a bit excited, it was visiting hours luckily too. He walked up to the room number he was always in with a star bucks carrier holding chocolate milk and had a bag of two cookies in his other hand, with a bouquet of pink roses.

Enie laid back down quickly and put her phone to the side as a nurse popped her head in. The nurse rose an eye brow at her, smiling because she saw she was up. Enie smiled nervously. "Someone is here to see you" The nurse chirped and opened the door for Adam to come in. Enie smiled happily and was gonna sit up before the nurse held a hand up. "Down" She reminded her before leaving to leave Adam and her alone. Enie sat up anyway. "I didn't think you were actually gonna come"

"Well.." he sighed as he walked into the room slowly "I just felt bad for you because you have no friends." he said sarcastically, as he always was and she knew he was kidding. "And i just happened to have your favorite flowers, cookies and hot chocolate with me." he smiled, sitting everything next to her and then sitting on the side edge of the bed.

Enie giggled and shook her heads. "I have friends, just ones who don't care about my health" She pointed out, grabbing the bag and pulling out a cookie. "Thank you" She added, biting into it happily. "Hospital food sucks" She scooted to the side to give him more space and leaned back against the wall.

"I know it does." he said with a shrug, "That's why i went to Starbucks." he explained, placing the flowers at her bed side. "So, how have you been?" he asked, studying her face, seeing her complexion was going back to normal, but then turned his head away a little so she didn't think he was staring.

Blushing lightly, she grabbed the flowers once he put them down. "Good, they said they'll let me out tomorrow" She explained, smelling the flowers. She lowered her eyes, looking at them as she said:"But I won't be going to school for the rest of the year"

He smiled at her blushing face, hiding all his over excitment of seeing her inside. "Oh..no school?" he said, downed. "Well i could get an apartment in town for you." he offered.

Enie shook her head and held a hand up. "No, don't even go there" She warned. "My dad is kicking me out... Sorta. He's giving me money to buy an apartment. You can find me a place but that's it" She said, smiling lightly. "It's me, Adam. I could live any where, even if it's the dump" She said, but not laughing at her own joke. Trash... Trash and her never seemed to get along.

Enie giggled and put the flowers to the side. She grabbed her cookie again and broke it in half. "Find a place near you" She insisted, biting into her half. "The school is giving me a few days to pack so maybe we can spend one more night in that dorm of yours" She teased, smiling.

Shrugging, she leaned her head back against the wall. "I'm not sure... A place with a floor and a roof would be nice" She said, laughing lightly and biting into her cookie again. She blushed lightly at his offer and looked away shyly. "And if you help me pack, I'll stay with you" She offered.

He let out an over-emphasized sigh. "I really don't know if I'll be able to find you a place with a floor and roof." he laughed, "Do you have a lot of packing?" he asked.

Enie shook her head. "Of course not, it's just mostly books and dresses" She informed him. She finished off her cookie and grabbed her hot chocolate. She sniffed it lightly before smiling happily and hugging her knees to her chest as she toke a sip.
