Can i have a shadow clone learn a jutsu?

Depends, you can split your chakra and send it off to learn a technique, then you can Release it and learn what it's learned. But, it's a B ranked technique.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]
Rank: B
Description: Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Alright... But be careful, you'll have to leave half your chakra with your clone. ((It's distributed evenly.))

Be careful with that. I'm not 100% sure if that's the actual rule here. Plus, any stress and exhaustion your clone gets is transferred straight to you when i goes poof. So keep that in mind.

A ruling has been reached: No using clones to learn jutsu/techniques or reduce learning times.

Can someone be a pal and tell me what a 'Dramatic increase' in strength is?
Well, better yet, could someone tell me All the bonuses for this class of Taijutsu 'Tame Za Kyokudo' as you increase in stages.
I know mastering stage one doesn't give you anything.
Stage two and onwards is what I'm confused with. I just know by the end you'll have +3 in Strength, Speed, and Reflexes. I just want to know the perks along the way. Thank you!

You can find what each one of the things such as a "dramatic" increase are here. Just compare what it says in the style itself to that there. :3

I agree with mogaar cus by that aspect i could create a huge group of clones and have them all learn 1 jutsu apiece and master like 10 jutsu in a matter of moments.

Do the class attributes for the brawler subclass stack or reset each other?

Ok this might be a silly question but do Kenjutsu separate techniques count for each skill or just the style it's self?
