Andrew stared at Latvia silently for a few brief moments.

Well, he tried being nice about it.

The state made sure America and North Carolina weren't looking before stepping back a smidgen then literally booting Latvia in the butt so he'd fall into one of the clouds. They needed to know what these things did and Latvia getting shocked or whatever was just a risk Tennessee was willing to take.

Zlata felt herself pale as a familiar wail-like scream echoed in the air and turned around in midflight, to see a webbed hand clinging to Latvia's leg. When she realised TN had kicked Raivis into the cloud the slovakian gritted her teeth slightly, though her mood softened with sympathy for the Latvian. He was a nice kid and their the countries seemed to get along fairly well. The slovakian felt bad for the kid and immediately wanted to help the small Latvian but knew that she just couln't take the risk, and that if she did she would not likely be of much help due to her size. Her size would probably weaken any spells she tried to cast anyway. Puzzling over what to do Zlata finally acted, she aimed her palm at the cloud she thought the Latvian had fallen into and said in a fluent tone; "poryv vetra!"

With the incantation said, a large gust of wind so strong that it was visible shot towards Raivis, scooping him up and out of the cloud, and landed him a little roughly back with his own group. Zlata blinked, temporarily stunned that the spell had worked, let alone pulled the boy out that monsters grip. She hovered there for a moment, blinking until she came back to her senses.

Well, that wasn't so bad.

Andrew glanced over at Latvia where the Baltic had been thrown to the ground by Zlata's wind spell. He didn't look too terribly banged up. At least not banged up enough for Tennessee's tastes, but there would be plenty of opportunities for him to take out his anger on the little horn-dog that kissed his baby sister. By the time Andrew was done with Raivis he'd never try to set a foot inside Hawaii's bedroom for fear of the big brother's wrath.

All things considered the state felt like he was being pretty lenient. This was nothing compared to what Andrew had helped do to Japan's Hiroshima during WWII for messing with Hawaii.

He walked over to hold his hand out supposedly to help Latvia stand up, but couldn't help revealing his real desire just to grab the nation and toss him head first into another cloud. "Wanna see if there are any more monsters hangin' 'round here?" he asked in the same way someone might invite a new friend over for a game of checkers.

Andrew was mildly surprised to hear Latvia talking back like that. Perhaps the nation had something that resembled a spine, but words were only words to him and he'd like to see the scrawny nation try it. No, really, he would love for Raivis to give him an excuse to go to war with the little pervert.

Just because Tennessee was a state that didn't automatically make him weaker than every nation. He was a big state known for his warrior spirit and weapon producing potential. Having such resources and man power at his disposal meant he could take on quite a few Europeans if America would let him. And even the Europeans he couldn't take on he had enough piss and vinegar in him to try taking them down anyways. England could attest to that.

... but it was still good to see Raivis at least had somewhat of a fighting spirit even if it apparently took getting used as monster bait to get him to finally stand up for himself. The state's lips actually curved into an amused little smirk and said nothing more about it as he turned back to the other groups. "We're goin' ahead now!" he said as he started to work his way around the clouds towards the right exit, trying hard not to brush against any of them so they wouldn't set off another attack.
