The spirit of Claire's eyes widened. Great. Now she was going to have to try and keep up with the goddamn wolf. Not to mention stay ahead of them in order to lead them to her bloody master. It would have been much easier to tell them who her master was and let them skip along with their plans, but no, she had to be difficult. Of course. Meanwhile, Hikari felt better than ever. She wasn't all that sure of what happened, but she now had strength.. More strength than she had ever before. It felt good. Now she knew how Amelie felt in her wolf form, and t made her wonder why Amelie wasn't in her wolf form more often. And as Hikari ran the strength welled up inside her. ...Hikari? AMELIE!? ARE YOU ALRIGHT? Yeah.. I think. I'm not sure where i am.. The last i saw was that thing.. Thing? Huh? ... Amelie?!

*Yuji was silent through most of the ride, however he didn't seem to have the usaral problem with hanging on, which even now with the new changes to Hikari seemed odd. But he wasn't himself. He was diffretn then he could even place. But his mind was set to one thing, to meet the so called master and distroy them for ameiles sake. Up ahead there seemed to be something in the dictance, in a days time they had reached a four days journy. Which was quicker then it was. Up ahead would surly be enemys aswell. But Yuji didn't care nor hesitate, he would distroy any that go tin there way. That was final. And he had no thoughts on Hikari, or what happened ot her. He acted as if he knew but never noticed. High above it became that of dark night, with a full moon overhead.*

Soon Hikari came up to a large castle with high strung walls and an overcasting gate which shadowed most of the kingdom. And as she padded through the small villages, the townsfolk would stop and stare at the freaks. And as they neared the castle itself, the guards became more aware of their presence. Soon, they came up to the large gate and Hikari looked up at it. It was shut firmly. Hang tight Amelie, we're comin' to get'cha. Suddenly, as the guards began to swarm around Hikari with their weapons ready, she pounced onto the top of the humongous gate and looked down at them. "Fools.." Hikari then continued to the interior of the castle, all the while sniffing the air for Amelie's scent. Soon, after thrashing around with a couple of guards who tried to stop them from entering, she strided into a big open room where at the end of it Amelie was being held in shatterproof and magicproof chains. She coughed feebly before a tall, lanky man walked in front of her, blocking their view of Amelie. It was Damascus. "You caught on quickly i see."

*Yuji held his hand out as the spirit had no choice but to obey and go to it's possiotion before the takeing off toword the castle. He too the shole and squeezed his hand, crushing it into nothing. He then pointed to Damascus, his voice still like before, his hand still like shadows, his eyes still full of hate. But now on one side of his mouth there was a small but see-able fang. "YOU DARE TOUCH MY WIFE!" His voice echoed into the a new tone. It sounded alot like four voices combined into one. With a wave of his hand fire consumed the area, however it wasn't that of yujis flame, but of his fathers, a silver flame that incased the ones within within, and the ones on the outsided, outside untill yuji consumed the flame or left it himself by will. He unmounted Hikari and walked forword still pointed to the foolish man. "YOU HAVE NERVE... WONT HAPPEN AGAIN..." Yujis voice was now starting to sound with more breath in it. However he didn't even notice ameile at the time. And his mind was blank. It could not have been read.

Damascus smiled. "I knew she was your weakness. Just as my little sister is mine. Although, i guess in some prospects she makes you stronger.. hmm?" He looked to Yuji before weaving his way through the chains to get behind Amelie. Amelie was suspended a little off the ground and the chains were cutting into her skin deeply although it looked like she had been beaten up a little before given how she was drenched in her own blood. It was easy to tell it was hers because it took a darker shade of red rather than most people. She coughed up a little blood as she struggled to move around. As Damascus got behind her he pulled out a long curled dagger and held it to the back of her neck as he brushed away her blood filled hair. There, he patted her head slowly. "You're just in time to see her execution Yuji. I'm sure you more than anyone wouldn't have wanted to miss it. Ohh, and her dear twin is here too. What a show. That's why i told my bodyguard to go grab your attention, ya'know." He looked down to Amelie with a stern face. "...Yuji.." She barely made out a word without her throat burning intensely. All the while the suddenly stricken Hikari was following every little thought Amelie was sending out. But there was something wrong.

*At this point, Yuji was so consumed into whatever wa happening to him he didn't even stop and think of the possability that the man was calling bluff or not. He was so overburrdened and angry he walked forword toword the man, meanwhile his hair started to thicken and grow a little more wild. He would have walked straight up to Ameile if not for the next move he did without a thought. Consumed in hatred, and curse, in the new transformation he thrust forword with his left hand with such speed, his arm went through Ameile and into Demascus, who was persitioned just right whereest the mighty claws peirced int ohis Heart. Now at the moment for Hikari time would have seemed to paluse for moment, the weird look of Ameile chained up, with a morphed Yujis arm stright through her stomach and into the guy behind her. For Ameile the wound Yuji made was strigth through her, but just missed a vital orgen. "I WILL KILL YOU HERE AND NOW, AND EVERYTHING YOU HOLD DEAR!!!!" Yuji's four person angry voice yelled finanllly as time seemed to react again.

Amelie coughed as Yuji's hand punctured her stomach. She winced but gritted her teeth together. At the same time, Damascus choked up some blood. A significant amount. But as he fell, the dagger which was once held to the back of Amelie's neck was now plunged into her spine and greatly damaging her body. This made Amelie's eyes widen more than they ever had before. As blood trickled down her forehead the world suddenly stopped around her. She trembled a little coughing out more blood. Hikari couldn't move, like she could do anything useful anyway. She just stopped and stared at the chaos intertwining them all. "This can't be happening.." She muttered.

*As the man fell, yuji didn't notice ameiles new punctered back, he didn't even react to her at all. Even though she was the reasion he tenicly lost it in the first place, he lost all control over his sight, who was who or what was what. He pulled his arm from the womens stomach and stepped around to the man. With his foot, yuji turned the slumped over, bleeding man aside and placed his foot ontop of the mans wound. He stomped his foot harder, then pressed it in place more and more squishing the mans arterys untill his foot would have compleatly went through the dreched fool and touched the ground.*

Even in the man's death, he smiled. "I did as you wished, Amelie." And with that, his face fell to one side as he died. Hikari scrunched up her wolfy face, confused. What did he mean by that? Did Amelie...? Amelie shut her eyes slowly as she continued to cough. Then, looking towards Hikari, she barely made out a nod before dropped her head again. Amelie held no emotion in this moment, nor was she sure everything was turning out as she wanted it to. Besides, Yuji wasn't even supposed to be here. She shouldn't have been so careless as to trust Damascus with some idea so precious. Hikari finally caught on, if no-one else would. She began to bound towards the two, but she was too late. Amelie was already dead.

*Yuji watched as the man died, but with nothing more, and his task finished yuji found himself slowly gaining his contous again as he fell to his knees holding his head. He screamed as loud as he could untill he fell forword uncontious. He started to resort back into his form again. Soon he was a living breath human self again, alseep. Being in his state he couldn't wake himself up, someone would have to wake him up first, else he would be like this for days at a time. Hikari on the otherhand started to change back to her usaral self, except with the two link chain mark left behind. However she was still contious becuse she was litary marked for the change now.*

Once Hikari finally changed back she finally reached them. Although as she shifted back into her human form tears flooded her eyes as she looked down on Amelie. "You left me again, Amelie." Hikari then knelt down before Amelie and brushed a hair from her inanimate face. There, she kissed Amelie's forehead before looking to Yuji. Hikari blinked lazily as she wiped the tears from her face and picked herself up to walk over to Yuji. There, she turned Yuji over and slapped him hard across the face. "WAKE UP!" She shouted. As if there was any other person to hear. Hikari felt lost, without purpose. Half of her was missing.

*Yujis slowly woke up, sitting up holding his head.* "uhhh my head... i have a killer headach." He looked around blankly for a minute before he put together the little peices of what happened. He only actully noticed fragments, still images of what happened not fully sure if they really did or not. He staired at Hikari as his vision cleared, and he saw her face fully. Then whilest looking around once more, he saw Ameile and pointed, as if not fully beliving what he saw. His mouth dropped but he couldn't get anything out. Not a word. His face frozen for what he wasn't sure he was looking at.*

Hikari stood up once more and looked to her dead twin. More tears clouded her vision as she couldn't bear to look upon her face any longer. But suddenly, a sense of purpose overwhelmed her again, she dropped to her knees once more in front of Amelie and began to raid her body for any proof of what Hikari believed really happened. Soon, she picked out a small letter from Amelie's person and opened it, she only needed to read a little before she put it into her blood-stained kimono. After that Hikari was still, looking at her sisters face as if they were still alive and they were arguing as usual. But that was Hikari's fantasy. And it was sure to end.

*Yuji maniged to get to his feet after stumbling twice. He collasped next to Hikari and placed his hand on her shoulder, "please tell me i'm wrong. Tell me there is more then this..." His eyes suddenly widened as a final still image came into his head, the one of him going through ameile. Like his face was frozen as the the fragment came into his mind, tears started to flow from his still eyes. Hopeing that Hikari would infact tell him she was somehow fine, and that he didn't kill her.*

Hikari held her head down. "She left me.. She left us." Hikari blinked slowly as she tried to come to terms with the situation. She rubbed her eyes. "She's gone.. Yuji." She didn't want to admit it out loud. But Hikari stayed strong. The one time in her life when usually she would be drowning in tears she was staying strong. What would Amelie do, she thought. Although this was hard to picture. Not once had this ever happened. Not once in any of their time lapses. She wouldn't regenerate this time, it was after their 25th birthday. It was too late for that kind of thinking anyway. The only thing that was on Hikari's mind was how lost she was going to be.
