Asakura smiled and held up his burnt hand, which became enveloped in pink and white flames. "im fine, really."he said as the burn healed. "if you would like to demonstrate, that'd be nice. im curious about what spells you know, they definately are gonna be far better than the ones i know"he said, a glint of excitement appearing in his eyes.

"I don't know many specific spells... But powers are doable. Close your eyes, please." She reached out with her mind, an image of fireworks in her head. The bright flashes and booms and slightly delayed dazzle were reminiscent of any fireworks festival in the world. It was showy, and could be dizzying if the viewer's eyes were open.

The bright flashes and booms and slightly delayed dazzle were reminiscent of any fireworks festival in the world. It was showy, and could be dizzying if the viewer's eyes were open. Asakura did as he was told. he felt another presence enter his mind, fighting off the urge to close off his mind. he smiled as he witnessed the fireworks, being reminded of the Sakura Blossom Festival his village had held each year.

It was nice to see him smile, and she smiled back before removing the illusion. "Ok, you can open your eyes now. How was it?"

How was it?" he opened his eyes, his ears twitching slightly."it was great, it reminded me of the Sakura Blossom Festival my village had held every year. i want to keep the tradition going, but..."he paused as he saw a small bird land on the windowsill, smiling a little."...but its impossible for me to do alone."

"Why is it impossible? Do you not have the fireworks recipes or something?" Noticing the bird, Eliza smiled as well. Nature was scarce in some parts of the world; seeing it thrive always made her think of home.

"This school is pretty strange." She smiled humorously before feigning seriousness. "I'm sure they would allow something as benign as a fireworks festival, it's only explosive rockets." Her seriousness broke as she giggled. "If we can get a staff supervisor, it should be possible!"

At least, in people's minds. Asakura wanted to look for some Sakura trees, though he didn't know where to start looking. He looked around the room, noticing that there wasnt a clock in the dorm. He looked down embarrassed as he asked her what time it was.

"I... I don't actually know!" She laughed a little at the realization. "One minute, it should be on my computer." She pulled out her laptop that she had typed her essay on, and opened the plastic lid. "Looks like... about 4:30."
