Qyp Amensu Saje Qyp Wow, wait, wasn't this thread not meant to have like... flaming and all that s**t towards Amensu? Like, I get why, he IS a try hard Meji, which we have seen with his avatar, and having Meji's art redrawn... but honestly, all I want is some damn screenshots of the trades, both him taking it, and then giving it back... and giving it back doesn't mean he is off the hook, he is still a scumbag and once you go down that ONE WAY road, you can't turn around. I am in no way EVER trying to be like Meji. I don't dress like him or anything. In fact, our styles of dressing are far from the same. I know Admiral, Nymph, Meia, and a few others KNOW you tried to dress your avatar like Meji, AND steal his signature art by having it redrawn, I remember that. Stop ******** lying you p***k. Qyp, there's no reason to start slinging names around at people. We're all having a civil argument/discussion/disagreement. No need to start in on such verbal abuse. wink That one I've admitted to. I did like his art and I wanted something somewhat similar. I did not intend for it to come out so similar though. I was thinking it would have more of an original look than that. That problem was settled long ago and there is no reason for us to still be bringing it up. I don't use the art and admitted that I had it based off of his art. That was entirely my fault and wrong. Since you still seem to have issues though, I once again apologize for it.

You guys see the side of me that comes out when I feel like I am being attacked and have to be hostile. Literally everybody that knows me in real life likes me a lot. And I have a feeling we'd all get along great if we new each other in real life rather than by the "feelings" we get through the internet. All I keep asking for is a chance from people, but you guys don't give me that. You and Admiral have hated me from day one. Meji advertised Gaia-zine on the Homepage and even talked about us having a joint issue sometime. Once you and Admiral took over Gaia-zine's banner was removed and the name of Gaia-zine practically considered profanity. You guys have never given me a chance. I don't mind not being liked by people if I don't like them either or if I've actually given a very good reason for them not to like me (which is why nobody doesn't like me in real life: I don't give them reason), but if they just don't like me and have never gotten to know me, that's when it bothers me and I hate it. I've always liked you and Admiral and aspired to try and be as efficient and professional as I thought you guys were. Admiral Lord Cochrane I've been trying to stay out of it, attempting to play the neutral thread Mod. However, I think I can share my two pence while remaining neutral. Here goes.. Over the course of the last year, I have watched the rise and fall of Gz with much interest, and at times, held bated breath in hopes that Amensu would be able to pull the magazine out of the lows, and hopefully bring production levels to all time highs - which would place the overall rating of Gz, as a functioning publication, at a satisfactory 'Meh' Middle Ground. Not in the red, but not in the green either - just dabbling in black ink. But then, while GOM was trying to pick up speed in order to keep up with Gz, Amensu began to have crew relation issues. The problem? He didn't seem to know how to properly balance the work loads between staff members, and his ego-guppy was growing far too large for the Gz fish bowl. A Guild Captain is only as good as his support staff, and once they leave, your efficiency rates drop, production comes to a halt, and if the unhappiness of the crew persists, the project shuts down entirely. In this scenario, the CEO of Project Fish Bowl is panicing and looking for a bailout. So, while the metaphorical Gz plane was in for repairs, other publications took to the skies - some for the first time, others regaining their footing. During this, Gz lost more and more crew due to the attitude they felt was not befitting of Gz's CEO. Other staff stayed on in hopes that he might make a change for the better. And that leads us to today. Yes, there was some embezzling along the way - and someone did it, so why isn't that being looked into more seriously? Usually, people would want to clear their name. Just sayin'.. Conclusion: Gaia-zine will fail in its current state. That I promise. I give it six months of people leaving, and stragglers will hang on until the last, but in the end - there's nothing to stay for. The majority of the staff will go on to better things and others will simply stop writing. Which would be a real shame. My recommendation, Amensu, is that you stand back and take a real hard look at your management plan. I think some changes are in order. Remember, an unhappy ship doesn't sail - so keep the crew happy, and all is well. Regarding Candii & Gz: Candii was never hired on at Gz. If Candii was, that fact was never made clear - thus why there would have been no activity, and thus would result in termination from Gz. However, this never occurred, because Candii's name was on a PUBLIC WINNERS/LOSERS HIRING LIST. As if not being hired on wasn't depressing and embarrassing enough. Candii then came back to GOM and was taken on, as were several others from the Gz rejected listing - because everyone deserves the right to work for a fan-zine in some degree. Regarding Arisa & The Right To Be Here: This is a public forum, and as such, all are welcome here. .. we let Qyp stay, don't we? Point in case. I do have one question. If you hoped, at times, that Gaia-zine would pull through, why is it that you've never shown any sign of such feelings. Whenever we would message back then you acted as though you completely hated me and wouldn't hardly give me the time of day... confused As for not really trying to clear my name, after Skye posting her public humiliation thread and the "word" getting out to so many users that I had been "embezzling millions from Gaia-zine" then I decided it was pointless to try and clear my name. Many refuse to even listen to me because they think I'm just trying to lie. I decided the best thing to do is just not worry about clearing my name (because to this point it seems impossible) and just replace the gold with 10m and try to forget about it and hope that in time people might realize that I'm not the way they think and that I'm trying my best to do what's right. Other than that, I have nothing much to say to this. You've made good points for the most part and I will consider everything you've said. Thank you for the calm and professional response. You're about the only one that's not seemed so much like they were actually attacking me and seemed more like they were trying to help (or at least not attack). Again, thank you for that.

You've already had your chance. You lost it with me when I found those trades, and you didn't explain them. You lost it with Arisa when you posted that public contract. You lost it with pretty much everyone else when you didn't explain my evidence. You can't complain when you don't get a second chance. If I was stealing money from you and you found out, would you put me in charge of your funds again? No, you would not. You have a tendency to dodge the question. If you reply, I would like a post including these answers: How can you not be looking like Meji, and want something like his style/copy nearly his exact avatar? Why are you not explaining the screenshots? Why did you call it 'so-called evidence,' in my thread? Is there a reason it's not evidence?

Why did you take the Bloodstone Amulets? I have that PM you sent me, saying you paid back the Amulet's cost. There is no such trade. Why lie about that? If you were innocent, there are a lot of very odd coincidences. If you were guilty, everything fits. Explain what happened. What we're refusing to listen to. I'll listen.

Then I suppose all that stuff about me being the only person you would trust to keep GZ going was a big fat lie then :/ And I may be stubborn but I'm not bull headed and I wasn't trying to get everything my way. YOU are the one who wants everything YOUR way. I wanted to change GZ for the better. I wanted to make the magazine everything the it could and would and should have been but you wouldn't let me. You wanted everything to stay the same which is NOT positive production. You even said it yourself in your little BS contract "you're gonna be the captain but you still have to run EVERYTHING by me first". That... is NOT me being captain. That is you trying to run things while supposedly taking a break from Gaia

The story I gave you in the first place, perhaps?! :O Yes. You told me that you're a professional worker and good at what you do. Which, for the most part, is true. smile You weren't babysitting anything. You came in while we were reconstructing things and making a transition. You asked if you'd possibly be able to get some logs together for financial record keeping and such. You thought it would be a good idea. I agreed and gave you the okay. You then became the Administrative Assistant and were doing a fantastic job. One of the best things that was happening to Gaia-zine. But, as they say, all good things must come to an end. The one I thought was really going to help us start doing better ended up being the one that ripped Gaia-zine apart and left the rest laying there in tiny little pieces having to fight to try and stay alive. I've told you before that I had a friend with access to everything because he was around when I set all of it up and knew everything. He had access to my account until I changed the password about 2-3 months ago (same as the Secretary). And he wouldn't have profited from it at all. He's just like that thought. If he thinks something would be funny then he's gonna go for it. I can't say what might have been going through his head. All I can say is that he's the only one I can think of that might have done it – all in fun; just a prank. I'm sure he wouldn't have known it would turn into this. 1)I NEVER said somebody hacked me and did that. 2)I told you! Do you not listen? I thought I had refunded the gold but I quite obviously forgot to. I thought 100% that I had paid that gold back. So I didn't lie. I said what I actually thought was true. You're not as smart as you think, Skye. I've tried explaining it. It hasn't done me any good so far. I've practically even tried explaining it in this stuff. Saying the same thing over and over again is pointless. I've said it nearly a hundred times. The best thing now is to accept that people aren't going to listen or believe me, replace the missing gold, and then move on. I'll supply screenshots once I've replaced everything.

Arisa Takera Then I suppose all that stuff about me being the only person you would trust to keep GZ going was a big fat lie then :/ And I may be stubborn but I'm not bull headed and I wasn't trying to get everything my way. YOU are the one who wants everything YOUR way. I wanted to change GZ for the better. I wanted to make the magazine everything the it could and would and should have been but you wouldn't let me. You wanted everything to stay the same which is NOT positive production. You even said it yourself in your little BS contract "you're gonna be the captain but you still have to run EVERYTHING by me first". That... is NOT me being captain. That is you trying to run things while supposedly taking a break from Gaia It was true until you started giving big problems (before I did anything with a contract). You started sounded too ambitious and I started to fear that you would end up completely putting me out of Gaia-zine or something. I decided I wasn't entirely sure if I could trust you or not. You don't trust me either, so don't worry about if I trust you or not. At least we know where we stand. Not everything. Just big important changes that could possibly change the direction of Gaia-zine or could possibly turn out badly and destroy it.

Amensu Saje I didn't intend for my AVATAR to be dressed like him at the time. The ART was supposed to be similar but not so similar. I made a tektek for that. I did explain those trades, you just wouldn't listen. I tried to get you to listen and believe me and you wouldn't. You then decided to run to the public for public humiliation. (Whether you intended it or not, that's what it is/was.) And that's because I didn't trust Arisa with Gaia-zine. She's too stubborn and bull-headed and wanted everything her way. I didn't trust her to keep Gaia-zine going the way we were wanting it to go. No, I wouldn't put you in charge of them again. What would I do though? I would give you a second chance and get over myself and trust you again to still give you another chance at my trust. You did neither. Well... that's a lie. You decided "hey, I think he's stealing funds! I'm gonna humiliate him and then LEAVE HIM WITH THE FUNDS. That's a great idea!" xp If you thought I was stealing and were as good and professional as you think/say, what you would have done is at least stick around until I replaced all that I said I would replace. I never intentionally dodge questions. 1)I wasn't trying to dress like him. All I wanted was some art that was like the style of his because I liked how clean and professional it looked. 2)Don't say I'm not explaining. I've listened to what everyone has had to say, even you Amensu. I've sat long and hard thinking about this situation, trying to make something of it, but there are some things bothering me still.
Amensu... Assuming the person wasn't you and was just in it for the gold, wouldn't you think they'd skip over sending it to your account, take it all in one go, and/or in a smaller time span? Just saying you weren't behind the keyboard during this whole thing isn't gonna cut it, unfortunately. I mean, all day long, you can say that you're a 400-foot tall purple platypus-bear with pink horns and silver wings, but that doesn't mean it's true. You need to prove your words with some solid evidence. Screenshots of the trades of the exact amount of gold going to wherever it went since you keep claiming it wasn't you. That's all most of us are asking for.
"That does not mean it stayed here." Then like I just said, show us the screenshots of where it went.
"That does not tell who was working the keyboard and mouse." Well if it wasn't you, then who would have the passwords to both your account and the GZ mule's account and bother to keep it up for a year?
"And that does not say that I knew anything about it." So you didn't notice the mysterious increases of thousands to millions of gold coming into your account? You didn't notice these trades when you went to your trade center? And what about those gifts? Where did they all go? Explain that, since you don't seem like the oblivious type, Amensu. I'll give you that.
Also, if you really did change your password 2-3 months ago, then who took the 2 million+ gold and all those expensive looking items late December? Because if it really was a friend taking all the gold that whole year and you really did change your password like you said you did, then please explain how that still could've happened. Take that!
