Kiria laughed light-heartedly and waved off her apology.
"No. I didn't think she'd sit with us anyway. I met her earlier and she doesn't seen like much of a people person."
Kiria stopped waving at the girl and turned her attention fully back to Vee.
"It wasn't you." she smiled.

Airylynn let the disgust of James' last power show on her face, but just pushed the fruit away as if it was beginning to taste repulsive. Looking down, she pulled up her socks a few inches, trying to cover the scars still. "Why can't i just wear jeans..." She muttered to herself, giving up and just putting her hands in her lap. "That's interesting. That must be convenient when there's someone you don't like." She laughed, unaware that James was doing exactly that. Looking around for a clock, Airylynn sighed. She wanted to explore the school grounds, and find her room. Her bags still sat at her feet, and her purse was still hanging around her body, the plaid and breaking strap held together with safety pins and semi ripped stitching.

Allen suddenly got a horrible head ache. He winced and tightly closed his eyes from the sharp pain. "Sorry. I'm going to go back to my room. I'm not feeling the greatest." Allen stood up without moving from the table. He walked through it and out of the cafeteria. He remembered how to get back to his room, but didn't feel like taking the maze of hallways that went there. He walked through the wall off to his left and kept going straight. Soon enough he got to his room. He laid down and rested his head. He set the alarm on his phone for thirty minutes that way he would not be late for anything. He closed his eyes and eventually went to sleep.

James nodded and waved good-bye to him with a smile, proud of himself. He hadn't wanted the guy to go back to his room, but it worked out anyway. He turned to Airylynn and grinned seductively. "Are you done eating? We could go do something else." He offered, shrugging.

Waving good bye to Allen, Airylynn smiled sympathetically. At James' offer, she just nodded. "Sure. We could go find my room." She suggested, knowing there was many ways people could take this. That was her habit in situations that were blank, funny, sad, anything really. Turn it into something people could think about and laugh at. Only her dad never found it funny. With a slight cringe, Airylynn grabbed her dishes and bags, then took James' dishes as well. "I got these for you. Force of habit." She said, shrugging and smiling sweetly, covering up why she did this. After putting the dishes up, she came back and leaned against the back of her chair. "So, where to now?" She asked, chewing her already pink lips a little brighter. Her stomach was full of butterflies, and Airylynn had no idea why. Something just seemed out of place, but in a good way. Anytime someone wasn't what they seemed to be, this feeling happened. And Airylynn lived for the rush it gave her.

James watched her disappear and he smiled, waiting for her to come back. When she did, he chuckled under his breath and murmured, "Maybe we should check out your room, hmm?" He grinned at her and raised an eyebrow.

Vibryo “Oh, I see,” Vee stated in a soft voice as she glanced over at the girl once more then went back to eating. “Did something bad happen to her?” she asked out of curiosity. She wasn’t at all used to getting such a hateful look from people when she was actually trying to be friendly. She couldn’t help but to glance over at the girl again before putting her attention back on Kiria. “Is there anyone else who is like that? I’ll avoid them if possible. Nothing like getting unwanted attention,” she stated with a smile before excusing herself to go get something to put the extra food in. Her eyes had been bigger than her stomach and she would certainly have enough left over for a midnight snack. She came back with a couple of styrofoam boxes and started to load her food into it.

Kiria just shrugged.
"I don't really know her. Come to think of it, I don't really know anyone. So I can't answer your last question either. Sorry I'm not of more help." she smiled slightly.

Allen was laying in bed, but not fully asleep. He was lost in his own thoughts. Memories flashing before his eyes.
"Why can't you be more like your sister!" "Dad it was only a B" a teenager pleads "You can and WILL do better! No one in this house earns less than perfect." "Bu-" "Don't you talk back to me! I taught you better." the man deals a striking blow to the teenage boy.
Just as the boy was struck in the face, Allen Jumped up, and was sweating. And they said they loved me. Bull! They just loved what I could do, Allen thought to himself as he got out of bed. He opened up his bags and took out the neatly folded clothes. He had spent hours folding just 3 bags of clothes. He didn't care how they looked in the bag, but his parents did. His mother kept checking his bag to make sure it was perfect and that nothing was folded wrong or place out of order. She threw the clothes all over the room a couple of times because of a shirt was not flat. They only cared about perfection from Allen and his sister. Heck, even when one of his parents failed to do something perfect, they would be scoffed by their spouse. He put the piles of clothes into the dressers in the same manner that they were in the bags; shirts and undershirts, pants and shorts, underwear and socks, dress shirts and dress pants, and ties and cufflinks, each pair in their own respective drawer. He made sure nothing was out of order and that nothing was messy, just in case his parents came for a visit, which was highly unlikely. After being satisfied he placed some decorations around the room. Honor trophies, plaques, certificates, and medals, which were all from grades and other school related things, were placed on the bare blue walls. He opened up a bigger suit case that his mother had sent there before he arrived. Inside he found brand new satin sheets, a down comforter, and toiletries. He found a note inside. After reading it he told himself out loud, "Cha yeah, like this will make it feel like home. Even if I did want to go back.", he placed everything on the bed and the toiletries on the end table. He walked out the door and turned around to close and lock it. After being satisfied by the clicking of the tumblers in the lock, he turned to explore the place. His shoes squeaked on the polished floor as he walked down the hallways.

Airylynn just flashed a willing smile. "Let's get going then shall we? I picked up my key already." She said, beginning to walk away.

James nodded slightly, following her and matching her stride. When they went out of the room, he glanced at her and gave her a small smile, hoping she would see.

Airylynn noticed James' smile, and returned it. "So why are you here? I mean, obviously your family is crazy for doing it. Even in some Catholic school I went to didn't have guys as nice as you are." She babbled, finally stopping to pull out a little map from her purse. A red circle indicated where her room was, where the cafeteria was, and everything else she would need while she lived at the school. Her green eyes were glazed over in anger and concentration. The lines of the building burst into a green flames, and the paper crumpled into ashes that burned as well.

James grew breathless at her smile, and was about to reply when he saw the paper she was glancing over burst into flames. He wasn't too shocked, for he had seen this kind of power before. He simply stepped back and didn't get close to her, letting her get her frustration out. After a few minutes, he quietly asked if she was okay.

Airylynn took a silent breath and regained her composure, then smiled once more. "I'm fine. Just..." She didn't finish her sentence. You could see the fear and confusion and hurt in her eyes. "But I'll live. What were you about to say?" She stopped and leaned against the wall, letting an easy smile rest on her lips as she watched James.

green]James frowned, knowing something was bothering her. "I really can't remember what I was going to say," He admitted truthfully, looking down and running a hand through his hair, shaking his head. "If there is anything you need, you can talk to me." He looked back up at her and took a step forward, smiling nervously.
