Seeing that her words went fairly unnoticed, or rather disregarded, or rather just plain ignored really didn't surprise her. Instead, the blueblood listened attentively, the way a dog might when being spoken too; a certain fixation or something of the like.
Or well, so she thought. She didn't really see the yellowblood as a lost cause; the girl could do whatever she wanted, and as long as it didn't involve her or Sempur, she would be A-OK with it; no, she was merely trying to redirect the raw anger, or provide a distraction or something, just as long as the superior didn't take off after the little menace. She could see some of the attention dying down, now. Only a few curious eyes still hung around, maybe to see if the two would do something after all.
That's what's wrong with you, oh there's quite a lot more then just that, sir, So quick to give up.
She would of huffed if not for the obedient audience she was providing, she was trying now, wasn't she? She didn't just give up!... But she wasn't about to speak out, nope, not her. It would probably just be in her dumb stuttery voice, anyway. That was her next goal, yes, to eliminate the stutter. It'd be a step in the right direction!

It was true though, he did put up with her! And he hasn't given up, yet! That was something.
It was funny, the more his usual arrogance returned, the better she started to feel. It was pretty weird and well, a little uneasy almost to notice how he was acting before. Maybe she was doing something right, now? Man, she'd never know with this guy. Still.
But then he started to praise her and her eye's got really wide for a moment. She didn't get praised so often! That proved it; however small and insignificant, she had done something good, surely.
...A new rank?
Her weary, tired, slouched over posture straightened up a bit, looking maybe just slightly more proud...!

Her eyes had such admiration and general elation it wasn't even funny. Now, they just dulled, face stoic; nothing but doubt replacing the admiration it held once before, just a lack-luster shell. God she wasn't even mad, she was just plain upset. 'Course, she should of seen it coming. Maybe she had to change her motto:
People don't do nice things unless they want something nice in return.
Or they just want to be a mocking douche.
