I clapped my hands together. "Perfect~ Then as the day goes by, your welcomed to join us for dinner Kiyo-chan. I went to Kenta-kun's room to retrieve the box. "As I was saying, do you have the blueprints?

"Let me see." I went to my room and began digging under the desk. Then the bed. Where'd I put it again? I thought to myself. (Sorry, parents thought I spent too much time on facebook, so they took my laptop. Which meant I was playing Black Ops or watching 11eyes on iPod. Yeah. Right now, I'm not at home, I'm at the library posting.)

I looked up at Gumi and grinned. "Oh okay. I'll stay for dinner! I warn you, though, I eat like a horse." I giggled, then followed Gumi into Kenta's room and helped her with the box full of parts. As I looked into the box, I realized exactly how little I knew about the project. I shrugged, then waited for Kenta to find the blueprints. "Do you need help searching?" I asked him.

"That would be nice. Thanks!" I replied. I smiled at her, then returned to my search. (Lol, right now I'm on proxied server as we speak for extra security. They had to let me use my computer to do homework. There are hella pop up ads though.)

I grinned at Kenta, then started looking around. Hmmmmm this is a nice room. Where could that blueprint be? Wait! What does it even look like? Blue paper I guess... Kenta had already searched in his bed and in his desk, so I wandered over to some drawers and opened the top one. Unfortunately, I had acted without realizing these held clothes in them, and the certain one I picked had...undergarments in it!!!
Blushing furiously, my hands started to shut the drawer, but my eyes caught a blue corner sticking out of one of the underwear. I stood there for a few seconds, deliberating whether or not to pull out the paper. It would force me to touch the underwear in order to get it...I quickly decided not to, because it would be really awkward if Kenta caught me digging through his boxers for the blueprint.
While shuddering at the thought, I pulled out the blue paper while trying to touch the boxers as little as possible. It was the blueprints! But, why were they in his underwear?
I called, "Hey Kenta! Could you come here please? " I looked at him with a mixture of confusion and embarrassment as he strolled towards me. "Umm...I found the blueprints! But...they were..." I blushed slightly. "I was looking around and I found the blueprints and I happened to find them in...your drawers." I left it at that and planned to ask him why it was there later.

I suddenly realized exactly which drawer Kiki was talking about. That's what I get for shoving everything into a few boxes and moving. I sighed a little. "Thanks, I'll get them." I opened the drawer and pulled out the paper. (Ugh, feeling sick. Headache, cough, makes for a Gaian who doesn't want to make super detailed posts.)

I smiled when Kenta sighed. "Yay!" I skipped over to Gumi. "Hey! We found the blueprints! So...how do we do this project?" While asking, I looked up at her expectantly.

While the two went to scour for the blueprints in Kenta-kun's room, I sat down on the couch as my phone went off as my ringtone played when someone was calling me.
Odd. Since I came here to the academy I never gave my number to anyone. I looked at it and saw a picture of my parents and me. I answered.
"Moshi moshi~" I heard a sigh from the other end.
"Megumi, you weren't answering your texts so I was worried. Anyways I called to once again check on you."
"Father I'm fine. Really, there's no need to worry."
Okay. Well goodnight. Do feel free to tell me any of your new inventions alright? And keep me informed. Love you." Beep. Beep.
I put my phone down. "Love you too dad." I muttered to no one in particular. I leaned my head back down on the couch with my eyes closed. I have yet to actually inform him about June. I suppose I should visit them to see how it's going and to confirm my hypothesis on whether or not she truly is the project my father was working on with his peers.
I stood and was about to leave Kenta-kun and Kiyo-chan a message but Kiyo-chan emerged from the room. Judging from her expression I'm guessing they found the blueprints. Perhaps later then.
"That's perfect~" I said with a tone that didn't quite match the uncertainty I'm feeling from my phone call. "Well I'll discuss and explain once we're all in the living room so I don't have to repeat any further instructions~ Kenta-kun! Come on over to the living room with the blueprints. We might have to take the project outside so we have more room and we could also test it"

I walked out to the living room and laid the blueprints onto the table. "Here we go." I said. "These were my original designs so far. What do you think?" I asked. (Black Ops > MW3. Treyarch > Infinity Ward. Just to make things clear. You need to add me Lumi, CrowHogan1021, and I'll teach you how to play CoD like a boss.) (Crow: Hey, I'm here too. Spectre w/ Grip, CZ72 akimbo, Lightweight, SoH, and Marathon. There we go.) (Thanks Crow.)

Once Kenta-kun joined us, I put on my goggles once more and analyzed the blue prints. Pretty good for someone his age.
"Well then the first step is finished since the design of the UAV is finished. Its body is aerodynamic, has a large wing span, and we can put a bit of technology inside if necessary."
I nodded in approval. "Nice work~" I praised Kenta-kun.
"Now, next the shape and design of the body will be translated into components, and molds will be machined. The molds will take layers of carbon fiber and epoxy resin--materials we might need if we don't have it-- that will be set in a high pressure oven called an autoclave. The components will then be assembled with adhesives and fasteners creating a lightweight composite body."
I looked from Kiyo-chan to Kenta-kun to see if they were still with me. I looked at them just to see if they were still paying attention. If they had questions, they will ask at the end of the instructions.
"Next, the body of the UAV will be filled with a power source, a motor, a propeller to provide thrust, and all the necessary controls. Communication equipment is need as well-- or in other words a controller-- so that the UAV can be controlled by someone on land. I rolled up the blueprints paper. "Once all the components have been installed, we'll test it!" I smiled at my excitement for this project. It sure has been awhile since I had any fun creating anything.
"Any questions?"

I leaned forward slightly to get a glimpse of the blueprints. I agreed with Gumi, these were impressive, not that I knew much about the project. I sighed inwardly at how simple-minded I seemed compared to the two standing before me. They knew what needed to be done.
I listened carefully to Gumi's instructions. I started playing with a lock of my hair as I dumbed down the instructions in my head.
Hmmmm...Basically we'll need to make a mold with some materials~ Then put it in a special oven~ Put the parts together with glue and other things...put things on the inside~ and give it a controller...then test it! "Wow! This sounds like it's gonna be fun! We'll have a lot to do, though." I grinned as I saw Gumi's eyes light up with excitement.

(ugh sorry! I was going to post something more, but I ran out of time...plus I have to hide from my mom >.> so much homework...and piano practice...and dance classes...and switching back and forth between home and my dad's office...wow my life just got a whole lot more complicated! xD)

 "Yes, that's about right." I replied. I stared at the blueprints for a moment. Then, out of habit, I put my pencil into my mouth. "Though acquiring all of the components and resources to build it so could be difficult." I frowned a little. "Then, when everything is built, I can try to implement a radar and infrared camera into the electrical components inside, to provide a use so, and connect them to an separate monitor, perhaps on the controller itself, perhaps desktop.

I smiled back at Kiyo-chan as Kenta-kun began to speak. While Kenta-kun was explaining how it may be difficult to gain the needed materials, I spotted a binder by the box and reached out to retrieve it.
When opened, you would see a variety of symbols, letters, and images. Some papers had different models of UAVs. Some of them had equations which was probably for the calculations. And the rest had red markings.
So even Kenta-kun gets frustrated with this heh. Creating things came naturally to me, however doing the math takes a bit longer since computing takes awhile.
As he was finished talking, I looked up from the papers and gave him a small smile and nod. "Those of course would be excellent additions. Whether it be on the controller or desktop would be fine as long as we are able to still control the UAV with ease."
I looked back at the papers. "As for obtaining the resources, don't worry about that. I took the liberty of calling my father to send in the basics while you two were looking for the blueprints. It should be here in a few more minutes." Having a father who is an inventor and a professor does have its perks.
( @Belle, I so get you, I have a lot of extracurricular classes~ I already miss my vacation x"3 It's a good practice to learn how to juggle classes so when you get older it's natural~
@Academy, I'll be at my other house tom. so we can play black ops ^ ^ )

I nodded as I finished looking at the papers and neatly put them back in the binder. Just as Kenta-kun left, I heard a knock on the door and someone saying, "D E L I V E R Y" from the other side.
Thinking it must have been the delivery I asked from father, i took the initiative into opening the door. I signed the clipboard and the man dropped in two large boxes like before-- but these boxes were a bit smaller.
I opened them and to my delight, they were the exact items we needed. I took a mental note of the materials and checked them off.
"Yep~ Everything's here! We're able to begin now." I exclaimed so Kenta-kun could also hear me even though he was in the other room.
( --sigh-- i know how you feel - -" im adding yet another class to my life schedule in preparation for the CAHSEE~ i don't have enough time for me anymore ^^;;
edit: yep MLK is the only day im free for me onlyz~.. i think.)
