Talon StarDrifter I'm a little iffy on a two-week limit. I think one 3-week warning and then one-month repercussion are sufficient.
Either that, or just have a simple one-month warning and then repurcussion the following week. One x Ones are always tricky bidness.
The only problem I have about the second idea is that if the thread creator edits his/her first post, the one with access to the title and poll, the thread will become unstickied. And then a Crew Member would have to constantly resticky the thread.
Okay. It seems like the first idea is a bust. :3
As long as they PMed a crew member or posted about it in my office I don't think that it would be a problem.
Also, I have a question. All of my sub-forums have been active this month, except some threads in the 1x1 forum. But these are search threads so should I PM them and ask if they are still looking? Asking since they haven't been posting things since Jan, so I don't know if you guys are leaving those alone.
Also, I did the editing thing again. -_-

If she has, Silent will get her, as the HR person. If her role plays expire and she does not answer, just move her threads to the Junkyard, and let her know. :3
The authors of the search threads should be PMed, and you can ask them if they plan to continue searching, or if we can move them until a later time.
Dude, I used to do that all the time. Pain in the a**, really. xD

If her role plays expire and she does not answer, just move her threads to the Junkyard, and let her know. :3At the end of the month, Silent posts a list of people being removed from the guild. Perhaps you gals should check that list and see if there is any one on that list who has a role play. Idk. I think the list would be benificial in some way shape or form to this cause.
