It took Sayoko a while to find something, but find something she did. Just short after darkness fell, the female came back to the cave dragging a small deer, not quite a baby but not quite adult stage yet, behind her. She deposited it as soon as she stepped in. "Hope you're hungry." Sadly, it was the only think she could find. Most of the animals were already bunking down for the night. That was where she assumed her catch was getting ready to do when she stumbled across it.
It had led her on a merry chase, she thought ruefully as she pulled a leaf out of her hair. "Should last us for the morning at least to I would think." She stretched. "Was everything quiet here?" She hoped so. Inklet alone in the cave had been on her mind the entire time she was out. Whether she had made a bad decision about splitting up to get the cave ready and to hunt. To see that he seemed in one piece was a relief.

Inklet nodded."yeah It was pretty quiet over here, come bring that over here and relax I saved you a spot." he smiled using his tail to pat the area next to him. He was hungry though and moved to help Sayo pull the deer over to the makeshift bed.
