Brantley still lacked the in match brains of Landry and was too stubborn to submit like Landry did. He tried to wiggle out, but the move was starting to have an effect on him. He didn't want to lose his lead in the match.

Landry had been targetting Summers' head and neck area for the entire match, and the Dragon Sleeper was the perfect compliment to his strategy, even if he failed to garner a submission from it right then and there, it would make Summer's neck about as strong as two straws held together by bubble gum and hopefully add that much more impact for each move he used the rest of the match.

Brantley was stuck in the move and was still too stubborn to give up. Brantley would try to punch Landry in the head with his right fist out of desperation. He'd try to frantically swing around and hit Landry.

Brantley's aim was impecible and Landry's head bounced back twice from the punches. He had to let go of the hold. It wasn't technical, but he had to hand it to Summers, he found ways out.

Brantley flopped like a dead fish as he was gasping for air. He needed to do something, but the Dragon Sleeper was kept locked in quite well for a good time. He was pretty messed up in his neck but as long as he was in it, he didn't care.

Landry shook off the punches, stalking Summers and waiting for him to stand so he could try and irish whip him into the corner.

Brantley slowly rose to his base on his hands and knees. He then lifted up one leg and pushed himself up with it to get standing. He felt Landry grab onto him and try to pull and throw him into the corner. He'd try to do a quick jump and reverse the Irish Whip into an Irish Whip of his own trying to send Landry into the corner.

Mike was surprised, Summers was more aware than he thought he was after all of that. He was sent into the corner, grimmacing slightly after the impact.

Brantley was breathing heavily. His mouth was more open than a whale shark as he tried to get oxygen for his lungs. His body felt pretty weak as he fell to a knee. He rose back up and tried to walk over to Landry with a powerful slap to the face.

Mike was gassed as well, and he took the slap to the face as a...well...slap to the face. Landry tried to shove Summers off with both hands to get some breathing room.

Brantley was pushed off and started to step back a few steps because of the force. He started to try to walk back, albeit slowly, but he'd try to walk back and jump a few feet in from Landry before he'd try to throw his whole body into Landry.

Mike timed his move cautiously, sliding out of the ring through the ropes with only his legs to avoid the splash. Then, he'd rotate his body and try to roll back into the ring while hooking Summers' leg for a schoolboy. If it worked, he'd play a little "one-up" with Summers and try to turn him over into a Boston Crab, and if he got that far he'd try and slip his legs under the arms and around the back of the targetted neck to apply the submission that tapped Summers out back in EWA, the Scorpian Deathrap.

Brantley was locked into a move that he knew he might have to tap to. For a short time though, Brantley hoped Landry would just let go, lose his grip, or something. His face showed his anguish and it was about to be a tied match yet again.

With every inch he leaned back to stretch the back and the legs, he put that much more weight on the neck of his opponent. All five four limbs and the neck were isolated, and it was one of his favorite submissions because there was virtually no way out.

"REF! GET ME THE ******** OUT OF THIS! I TAP! I TAP DAMMIT!" Brantley screamed at the referee so that he wouldn't be stuck in a place that could have destroyed him for the entire match and career. At least if he tapped, he had a chance to get the lead back.
