Anneth soared overhead, Page wrapped in her arms and clinging to a basket with the freshly baked ginger snaps. "Looks like we are a bit late. Oh well. AT least we showed up hmm?" She felt Page nod against her chest and gave the girl a little squeeze. "Hold on to those now." She went into a wide spiral, landing as gently as she could. Two sets of hooves crunched into the thin layer of snow outside Tiri's tower. Page's eyes lit up as she saw the decorations and heard the music coming from inside. "Well go on them! We've got to get those inside before they get too cold!" At Anneth's encouragement Page ran inside, basket in hand. Anneth followed her in at a walk.
Page's eyes rounded as she entered and saw all of the mearas milling within. She looked about for the one Anneth had described to her earlier. She saw a boy from the orphanage that she recognized and smiled at him as she passed.
Soon enough she found Tiri and walked right up to her, lifting the basket and smiling up at the adult.

Blue-Bell05 DieKraft Fe-Amon An Owl Egg! it is in its own little nest and seems like it will hatch soon! Your little friend is on the way! ((If you want the nest added to the image of the pony or the owl when it hatches feel free to let me know. biggrin I do those certchanges myself ^^ )) Oooh an owl, I love owls! biggrin I might wait until it hatches before adding it to a cert, it's colour will peobably determine who i'll give it too. Eeek can't wait xd I will post which colortation it hatches into soona s i finish the other 2 biggrin

Tiri-Ithil is speaking...
Her arms raised at her podium where normally books piled high were kept but now was decorated in ribbon and holly bunches.
"We will be expecting a few honored guests soon! Everyone please Enjoy the Party! And i would like to thank a few mearh who brought the trees and snacks to make the party a sucess! CHEERS!"
And with those words many pony began to whisper in anticipation of who this honored guest was to be? Would they stay long? And more importantly...how did Tiri (the alchemaster) know them?
The music ran round the tower and radiated as the party continued...

((I'm just gonna say the rest of them made it in xd )) AffirmationPage glanced about as an upbeat song started to play. Her head bobbed back and forth to the tune. Anneth was off mingling with the adults, leaving the child to her own resources. She had no real care for an important visitor.

Mantel had smiled at Page as she walked past him to Tiri. He hadn't spoken with her much at the Orphanage, well she never really spoke much to anyone but everyone knew she was a sweet pony. He felt a little awkward around the other children at least he and Page had somethings in common. A fun energetic song started to play and Mantel stole a glance at Page, she was bobbing her head and seemed itching to dance. Mantel wanted to dance too so he trotted over to her and pulled her onto the dance floor

Page looked shocked as someone grabbed her hand and pulled her towards the dance floor. Then she noticed who it was. Mantel! She shook would a couple silent giggles but came willingly. Her eyes sparkling with mirth.
...
Chrysanthos milled about outside the tower where a few mearhs were catching their breaths from dancing or getting some fresh air. The tree's and decorations made a beautiful backdrop with the snow falling and the light from inside he tower streaming out to the snow covered ground. He'd already had his fair share of wine and was a little unsteady on his feet but his nimble fingers drew a soft melody from his mandolin just the same.
Cainan rubbed his chin thoughtfully, wondering who Tiri could possibly have invited. He hoped they weren't TOO important...he couldn't really imagine royalty coming here...but he hadn't been able to scrub ALL of the soot off of himself and It had been a while since he'd trimmed the singed ends of his mane.

The adults all danced 'properly' moving stylishly in time with the music Mantel just started jumping around and thrashing his arms, it was much more fun. Page started 'laughing' and joined in, the adults around them chuckled and smiled creating a little gap for them to do their thing.
...
Sas' didn't see Mantel dancing. Tiri's announcement had caught her undivided attention. Who in Meardhon could these important guests be? She knew all the rich and famous ponies from miles around (Worked for or stolen from most of them too) and none of them were likely to attend such an informal gathering as this. Maybe they were new to the area or foreigners coming to visit, her mind began to whirl with the possibilities, new targets were coming to town

Page wasn't quiiite as wild and crazy as Mantel, but she did take up her fare share of room as she spun and jumped about. Once the song has ended she touched Mantel's shoulder and pointed to the sign up sheet for the next round of dance competitions. The unspoken question lingered in her eyes.
Hyacinth had finally relaxed. Tiri had obviously forgotten about his escapade and his fears were unwarranted. He'd just finished a dance with a lovely young mare and retired to the buffet table, grabbing a mug of cider and an apple tart. He was on his good

Ney grinned at Niko, and then started to dance with him slowly, resting one hand on his shoulder lightly. "Yes...Yes we do dance beautifully together..." she smiled, teasingly. She grinned at him slowly, eyes half-closed.

Page grinned broadly as Mantel wrote their names down and clapped happily She waited for him to rejoin her on the dance floor. Soon enough after he was back the competition started. Not knowing any formal dances she continued what she'd been doing before. Spinning and jumping about as happy as can be.
Niko hid a smirk as he slid his hand around her waist. "Are you enjoying yourself here?" He asked, making small talk as their bodies moved together. He held her free hand in his, using the slightest pressure to guide them in the steps.

"The second round is starting now...Shall we signal that we're in?" Ney'Ite grinned as she let him guide her in their slow dance. He really was an attractive male, and a good dance partner. Maybe she'd arrange to meet him again, later on, to enjoy his company. But... since she was a traveling merchant, she might not get to see him much. And what a shame that was, but, oh well. She'd enjoy the here and now.
