((OOC: I'm so sorry >.< I had internet problems for a while...recently fixed what my brother messed up again.....so sorry >.< oh and warming going to assume that Dawn is inside where Arusa is.))


Shiranui had long since turned into his fox form, but as he neared the giant building he felt something sinister. Another witch was near, but he could only smell the slight dark scent of a witch, he could never see through soul protection sadly enough. He was coming in at a bad time, but he heard something explode causing Shiranui to snarl. The scents started to come allowing him to smell Arusa's burnt flesh. He roared loudly, demon like some would say as Shiranui ran forward out in the open and scraping the ground with his claws trying to stop. When he slid to a halt he snarled and turned sharply to face a young man smirking. His eyes for the moment turned a bright red as he grew in size, his fur changed color, and red markings spread around his body. He barked and snarled at the smirking man and bared his teeth not looking at Arusa. He didn't want to see the damage done to Arusa, but he would gladly repay what the smirking man has done. Shiranui barked 6 times quickly and said his chant but in barks. He knew he wouldn't be able to attack well in this form only heal. His body reshaped itself into a young man then his other features came in. He stood on his feet crouched and ready to strike as if he was protecting one of his own. "Arusa? Stay still, I will come and heal as soon as get rid of this stupid rat." He bared his teeth and snarled sounding like a rabid wolf. His nails lengthened a bit into sharp claws as his marks and eyes glowed a bright red. One of his ears turned a bit listening to the outside. His master was coming finally, but at a very bad time as well. He would have to protect the both of them being their guardian. He sighed, but lifted his head a little bit and howled long and loud. The howl would be heard clearly especially with Kitsune's hearing.



Kitsune was running fast, her ears had told her already what had happened, as well as the lone howl. She let her soul release, it looked like a small rabbit, but would soon change if she had to fight. Her hair and eyes brightened revealing her true colors, but she wouldn't be any less dangerous. As she jumped from branch from branch her dress was snagging on a few loose branches, but she didn't care at the moment, the scent of burnt flesh was making her jumpy. She was gasping for breath as she jumped down from the last branch and sprinted to the open door leading inside the building. She slide to a stop stumbling a bit and turned toward Shiranui. At the moment she didn't know it was Snips which explained her sudden angry gaze. She bared her teeth like an animal before sprinting to the crater Arusa was in. The bits of electricity that jumped from his body scared her a bit, but she jumped down landing with a loud thud close to Arusa. She reached out to touch him, but kept it a few inches away from him. Kitsune shouldn't get hurt if Arusa was releasing electricity, she had to protect him. She sighed and sat down cross legged by Arusa and watched Shiranui. Even though she could feel he was a witch, she had a good feeling that Shiranui wouldn't attack them. She just raised her arm as flames flickered around her hand. She nodded her head toward Shiranui as she tried to regain her breath. Kitsune was still gasping from her dash toward here. She turned her gaze toward Dante and hissed at him. "Can't you see what the witch has done? Let him rest, he shouldn't move. Arusa, I'm here now I won't let him touch you. I'm sorry I broke my promise..." Her head lowered a bit and her arm as well. She looked sad knowing she should have been here sooner to protect Arusa. She shook her head and turned toward Dante with her arm still flickering with flames. "Dante.... I'm going to help the fox witch. Keep him still and stay here! Your limp will get worse." Kitsune let her arm cool down as she got up on her knees, she looked down at Arusa and sighed sadly. She lowered herself and kissed his forehead, but quickly got up when she got shocked. She got up on her feet and climbed out of the crater to stand by Shiranui. Her right arm started to flicker with flames again as she took her stance by him.

Shiranui snarled, but flicked his tail against Kitsune. He spoke softly "Scuttle, scratch, the fox is near." He flicked his wrist making a staff appear in his arm. He swung it around playfully and collected water from punch bowls near by. The water circled around the staff and Shiranui protecting him. He smiled and sliced his sword downward making water go toward Dawn. If it hit him it would throw him against the wall making a hole. The water looked harmless, but it was coming at a great speed which would cause a painful force against Dawn's body.
