~Ivan~
She felt quite...comfy. Warm. Soft.
Never before had this dreamy sleep taken her into such comforts.
It was as if a mystical force was upon her...compelling her to just doze...

She blinked. Something heavy was on her.
Alex's eyes widened.

A little shoving and a slight yell made Ivan wake up from his peaceful slumber into the embarrassing situation.
In the cramped space, and during both of their sleep, Ivan had rolled perfectly onto Alexanderia.
His face was redder than hers.

They were both shocked and Ivan apologized several times.
Alex waved him away and got the packs together," Just don't bring it up, ever. I'm just a guardian, nothing more, my liege."

" -my...what did you just call me?"


Winter
" A jack."
The creature was bundled in the front of her clothing," - of all sorts."

" If you want, we can talk more when we've had a nice warm drink."
Maybe I can ditch him here. I don't want him getting too curious about my baby dragon. He IS 'hunting' the dragons afterall....

" There is an Inn...well, actually this is my hometown..."

I'll just have to see what he is doing too.

~Ivan~
Alexandria sighed deeply, but quietly, almost to herself," Sorry. just ignore that too." She seemed to busy with her back turned away and packing the stuff more.

Ivan shrugged and adjusted a strap,playing with it while he waited in the awkward silence.


Winter
As soon as 'mustache man' caught sight of Winter, his smile became even bigger.
"Winny!" All of a sudden, Tyran and Winter were in a complete bear hug.
There was no escape and little room to maneuver

After the pair was set down, and could breathe again, the man swung around and swung back,facing them, and handed them huge mugs of warm cider.
" So what brings you, gladly back here, lil' miss Winny?" He wiped his sleeves off and leaned against the counter in front of them.

~Ivan~
They were trekking again, with the day being clearer, and no sign of heavy snow.

The path was also clearing up, into a rocky outlet, and less ice.


Winter
Winter had a light blush going, but it ended after she was set down.
It was good to see a friendly sight.

Geovanni winked after his open-statement.
Winter crossed her arms in an "X", and smiled back,shaking her head.

" We're....looking for Dragons," her voice dropped to a low volume, and a few nearby customers stared over.

"Uh, lemme get you two 'round back," Geo shuffled over to the stools,and motioned Winter and Tyran to follow him.
Winter went with the warm mug in hand, sipping it.

Winter
" Okay. I heard you right?"Geovanni put his hands on his hips,a rag dangled from one.

"Yeah," Winter answered, bringing the warm drink to her lips again.

~Ivan~
" So....Why did those men need me? And who WERE they??" Ivan said, now that the weather was not a distraction.
Alexan replied," What I said about the topic of Dragons before, that is what they are after. I don't know who those idiots were, but they wanted you for your knowledge. Your family seems to keep quite the number of notes and papers on that subject."
Ivan fell on a root, and picked himself up," Books you mean?"

" Indeed. But I doubt you can go retrieve them now, wherever you misplaced them. We aren't anywhere near where you left off last." She tossed her hair about, and paused to stretch.


Winter

" Well, if you wan to call them that, then yes," Winter placed the empty mug on a side table and crossed her arms. The lil creature was now in her travel bag,sleeping. No one noticed it had switched places, except Winter.
She shifted her feet," Do you think you could help me with anything?"

Geo nodded and laughed," Oh, of course, Winny! Anything for the little sweetheart."

Winter was controlling herself, in not letting out an annoyed sigh.
" And we would like two rooms,please," She tossed a coin at Geo; he barely caught it.

~Ivan~
"And you have at least some of these records memorized," said Alex.

Ivan caught up to her stride," Yeah...I actually have more than half the stuff in my head." He laughed nervously and she gave him a look as if he had just won something.

"Even better then." She replied.

An entrance to a wide and low cave ceiling came into view.


Winter

Geo gave them menus and sat them at the table bar.
When he returned with more drinks, he also brought her a package.
He brought up a smaller pack for Tyran which contained an enchanted necklace that could warn of any dragons that were near by glowing a red hue.

Upon opening Tyran's pack, Geo yelped.

" DRAGON!"

The few that were in his tavern stared over, and then worry grew on their faces.

"What is it,now, gramps??" Winter looked over at Geo.

~Ivan~
An entrance to a wide and low cave ceiling came into view.
"What is this place?" Ivan pulled a web from his face from a low branch of a small,dead tree.

" A so-called dragon-lair." She answered.


Winter

Winter undid the package, ignoring the panic. A fine shield with curled embellishments and a golden aura was shown.

Geovanni explained," The necklace! Its glowin red!"
Startled, Winter and other guests stared at the piece.

The small group ran outside, and some men hid under tables.
Winter equipped the shield and her sword.

She looked up to the sky, but it was very clear, though the sun was retreating," There is nothing."
