How the two laid in a lovers caress. She didn't know to either laugh at them or just let the scene play out. She too was confused to either want this rogue mage dead or give him applause for creativity. He was starting to grow on her and she didn't even know his name. They had just been calling him ''Mage'' or some version of it that they each said in different tones. Still, he was a menace that they saw fit for execution so her judgments on him will have to be put aside so that she could do her job. lt was a sad feeling though, to just blindly follow orders like some legionnaire lackey after all the time she had put into her studies.
The two were on their feet, wobbling a bit as most of their strength still was fleeting but returning slowly. Again, her respect for this mage was only getting higher. Taking on two mages, Mora and Neven, without so much physically harming them or himself, or so she would like to think. She wouldn't mind so much if he roughed them up just a bit. A few bruises never hurt anyone. Well they did but not her if she wasn't the one receiving them. A bloody lip would also do well on either of them since she had a mutual disliking for both of them. Though not enough to wish a death sentence just yet. She'll have to wait and see how they still play out in later times to come, if they work again that is. But seeing as they both had a slight grudge against herself they would probably put recommendations to not have to be placed with her.
After Harkon had helped Mora up, she noticed he didn't offer the same gesture to Neven which made her laugh and think of an insult to add to his injury. She didn't voice this though. Just kept it to herself ''Awww baby have a good nap?'' she thought to herself in a soothing but mocking voice as her lighthearted chuckle subtly out in the open. She waited quietly in the back as everyone was re-situating or gathering themselves. A lot of people were talking, some of revenge on this still mysterious, once again, mage. Others were speaking of returning to Skingrad. She for once wanted to. She felt like filth after being in this dank cave for so long. lt was prolonging only longer by their chattering. Her skin felt like it was caked in blood and dirt, she just wanted to bath, study on what the mage could have been doing and then pursue this villain of theirs. She wasn't about to rush headstrong into a situation she knew little about.
lt was typical of Neven, or she was starting to get the feeling that it was, to insult someone he had just met. Though Marlones seemed reluctant to tell his capturing but meeting him on equal grounds. He probably didn't mean it as an insult, though she couldn't help think that Neven would take it as one. To see an old withering man on the same page as he was. Again, she smiled. This was all to great to see the two gaudy members of the party needing rescue and being told they were the same as everyone else. Mora was now speaking of revenge again to Marlones, saying she was going to force the man to apologize to her. Coraline wanted to see how she was going to do that. She herself didn't feel like apologizing to Bosmer.
A funny though came to her head. She wanted to draw her knife from her back scabbard and hand it to Mora and say ''hurry up and make it a blood pack so we can get going. l'm tired and want to bathe.'' Luckily though she thought of a few ways this could have played out before acting, so, she just stood there, quite and listening to the ''adults'' speak. When where was a pause she voiced her opinion. ''l think it would be best to move along back to Skingrad. We're not in the best condition to go chasing some Mage we know little to nothing about.'' lt was more so that she could tend to her ribs without having to explain to everyone why. She thought she was playing off the injury quite well. ''After we regain out strength l say we head out to hunt him down.'' she wanted to have it a vote but didn't feel right having that kind of authority.

Hakon Vermundr With Mora back on her feet, Hakon did his best to ignore her oddly placed companion. Even though Hakon had barely known Nevan he could already see that his rude traits were the norm, so it was a pity he was not taken care of by the hostile mage. The man somehow found a new way to annoy Hakon with each passing moment as he insulted Marlones as if the Dunmer could have possibly fended off the hostile mage any better. Honestly, if Nevan could have done something then why was he found knocked out cold on the floor with no signs of a struggle to be seen? However, now was not the time to be arguing when it was just recently revealed that a powerful, hostile mage could be watching them for a moment of weakness. So it came as a shock when Eliya suggested that they leave rather than stay to fight. Granted, it was the best decision considering the current state of the group but he still felt that leaving some powerful artifact behind with a maniac was a bad idea. On the other hand it did sound as if it was something outside of what he was being paid. In any case, Marlones would assuredly ramble on to the rest of the Mages Guild about it so if it really was an issue then they’d assign a mission to retrieve it to someone at a later time.
With everyone calming down it was looking as if everyone was in favor of leaving. “Perhaps it would be in our best interest to pursue this man later when we are ready for him. I came here to fight goblins, not magic.” He didn’t want to mention that state of his armor or shield just in case Nevan made a smart remark. His armor could probably take a good few more hits but his shield was already starting to feel a bit…clunky. It wouldn’t be wise of him to go into a fight with equipment that could fall to pieces on him or when he was low on supplies. If he was selected to return back to fight this man he would also have the chance to stock up on more potions and participate in planning how to fight the man rather than going in blind. “Whatever we decide to do we should do it soon, lest any remaining goblins or that madman catch us unawares.”

Neven Telvanni- Warlock
Health : Unharmed ┃ Magicka : nearly replenished┃ Fatigue : semi-drained┃ Effects : None┃Equipped : Weaponward Cuirass (Resist Normal Weapons 9%) Leather Cuirass, Clothes, Mages Staff of Shock [Journeyman], Silver Longsword ┃ Quest Items : NA┃ Location : Goblin Jim's Cave - West Weald
Eliya’s smug sarcasm answer that he was sleeping on the job while she and the others did all the heavy work prickled Neven. He turned to look at the Altmer woman and said ”I didn’t realize you were an old man. That could explain the slow reflex’s back at Fort Vlastarus when dealing with that Rogue Bosmer.” A wicked simile formed across Neven’s ash color face, no doubt Eliya still felt jaded that she had been rescued by a lowly Dunmer. ”Oh that thank you for stating the most obvious, I’m sure our simplistic minds could not have figured out that the mission was a success. I mean why else would we be sporting an additional team member?” Neven whipped his attention back toward the old man who kept going on about getting that magical staff back from the rouge wizard. This bit of rambling interested Neven has acquiring just a powerful staff would be quite something indeed. He could use it to put little miss perfect Eliya in her place, not to mention as a tool to possibly bring down the Mages Guild, or at least drive them out of Morrowind for good.
Neven was insulted that the old man could even begin to compare his capture to the encounter he had with this rouge mage, after all this man was human and old. Sure Neven would be considered old by the lesser races at the age of 50, but among Dunmer and other Mer race’s he still had plenty of years left. ”If anything is similar it’s the fact that he caught me by surprise and mentally drained from trying to break past his secret entrance. This encounter would have gone down a lot different if I had been mentally rested and had known that he was coming.” He didn’t rightly care if the others believed a word he said, Mora knew the truth and she was the only person in this cave that he respected on any sort of level. That’s why when she handed him one of her remaining potions he didn't say a word he just nodded in approval, and downed the contents of the vial.
The effects where near instantaneous, the heavy fog of drossiness he had been experiencing started to slowly melt away; his body felt a jolt of rejuvenation that would at least carry him until he could find a bed or a strong potion to fully recover. Still he felt it best to keep his staff at hand, both to steady him and to be used if attacked by any remaining goblins in the cave. It didn’t take long for miss perfect to get annoyed at the situation and start giving orders that they move out and return to Skingard. Now while Neven would be more than glad to leave this dungeon and those in it, he loathed to agree with Eliya on any topic. Like little parrots both Harkin and the small Altmer girl agreed with Eliya’s orders to return to Skingard. To Neven it felt like this old mage wanted to argue the point more on going after that rouge mage, but even he ‘bent the knee’ as it were and agreed to be escorted back to Skingard on the grounds that someone would be tasked with hunting down that staff.
Neven watched as Eliya turned and left, he gave one last parting look at his companions and made to follow Eliya out of the cave. When he emerged a dusk skyline greeted him, the hour of his holy mother Azura. He closed his eyes and made a small prayer to the Daedric Goddess of Dusk and Dawn, asking for her guidance and swearing to her that he would make that rouge wizard pay for making him look a fool. Once he was finished he proceeded over to where he left his good for nothing horse, slipped his staff back into the harness on his back and climbed into the saddle. Combined with his already disdain for horse riding and the lingering effects of the drain fatigue spell, climbing onto the beast was easier said than done, but with some effort and minor bit of cursing he managed to mount the beast. Now he had to rely on the horse’s simple mind to watch its footing in the ever growing darkness and not dump him from the saddle.

Eliya ~ It would seem that everyone agreed with Eliya about heading back to Skingrad, whether they admitted it or not; Marlones quickly followed after Eliya and as they were mounting their horses, Nevan made to do so as well. Despite the dark elf's reference minutes before about Fort Vlastarus, and snippy words, Eliya's face held a slightly refrained smirk. Even the restorative potion Mora had given him didn't hide the slight struggle as he mounted his horse. The Altmer's perceptive eyes turned away from the Dunmer as she watched the others exit the ruin. With a swift nudge to Apollo's ribs, Eliya was off, her red hair blowing in the wind as she galloped, determined to make it to the city before nightfall.
It was a rather pleasant dusk ride to Skingrad and it wasn't long before horses were stabled and everyone* was relaxing back at the Mage's Guild. Eliya had collected her payment and was just finishing up a warm meal in the dining area. She was also eyeing the wine rack on one side of the room.....
*[ooc- 'everyone' is assuming they are all returning to the Mage's Guild at Skingrad. If that is not the case for your particular character then please excuse the assumption.]

Yaa'namora Mora kept her face carefully impassive as she looked around at her guildmates. After she had downed that potion, she felt much better and was able to control her feelings toward that mage. Her ire had boiled down to the stage that allowed her to retrieve her normal demeanor; thoughtful, calculating, a little cold. It was a good thing, too, because she would have punched that unabashed smile from Coraline's face, had she seen it a mere minute earlier. Now she could ignore the little girl and pay more attention to getting herself out of the cave and toward the Mages guild in Skingrade. Coraline would have to be dealt with eventually, but Mora was afraid that authorities within the guild would have to step in to get her to listen to reason. Or at least someone Coraline knew for a time and could respect - something that Mora could not obtain from the Altmeri girl unless somehow Coraline matured mentally. The Bosmer sighed as she rubbed at her neck, suddenly sore.
Neven was exchanging extremely impolite words with the wizard Marlones, explaining to the whole party why he was different from the old man. She found something in it amusing, as she figured Marlones and Neven were probably about the same age, and while the old wizard they had rescued wasn't as physically able as the Dunmer, his magical abilities, in all likelihood, surpassed everyone's in that room. If he could remember his spells. Neven didn't need to spin the truth like that to prevent loss of respect from the party. It was interesting, though, that he seemed to care about what they thought in the slightest. He seemed the type to have enough self-assurance not to exert the effort he did. One of Mora's shoulders rolled slightly in a shrug to herself as she dismissed such thoughts as unimportant.
Then everyone was walking forward and out of the cave. Mora approached her painted steed, a little ways off from where she had tied it. It was stuffing its face with some of the foliage on the side of the path, swishing its tail lazily at flies that tried to land on its hide. It barely looked to see what was going on when Mora came close to it. She grumbled at the beast for being a good-for-nothing lazy a**. Mounting was difficult, of course; it felt like this were her first time ever climbing on a horse, for it was utterly graceless and took longer than it should have. It made her a little angry, but she was tired and didn't feel like getting too worked up about it. The lazy beast fell in behind the rest of the horses, and Mora let its instincts as a herd animal carry her safely to the nearby Mages Guild.
When she finally got to the guild, Mora collected her payment with everyone else and arranged for someone to bring her another restore fatigue potion. Sleep would really be the best thing for her then, but she wanted to at least get a little in her stomach and maybe drink enough to ease her nerves slightly. While that was being prepared she went into a more private room and removed her armor. She was getting tired of the discomfort it caused her from it being worn all day. Now in the simple cloth breeches and tunic she wore under her armor, Mora walked to the dining hall to drape herself in one of the chairs and start eating her warm meal. ||Health: Healthy but Tired ||Magika: Untapped ||Mood: Resigned ||Location: Skingrad Mages Guild

Hakon Vermundr Without saying another word, Hakon joined the others in the hike out of the cave. While it was not his first time spelunking the sight of the world above ground and the feeling of fresh air being blown against his skin was one of the best sensations in the word at the moment. With the danger behind them, he let his mind go blank so that he could recuperate without lingering on the gore and pain from the quick rescue or the Dunmer’s attitude. The good news was that he, and the others, were alive and no one suffered any major injuries. Still, he could not help but feel as though that mad wizard would prove to be a problem in the future and wondered if the group could have stopped him if they had stuck together from the start. If the man did indeed prove to be a problem then he could only hope it would be a Fighter’s Guild issue. With a handful of exceptions, he doubted that the others would get over their personal problems in time to make a cohesive unit. Then again, narcissism was looking like it was the hallmark of every mage.
Once the horse was stabled, he made it a point to visit a washroom in order to change the clothes underneath his armor and to clean the blood off his equipment before meeting with others to get his payment. Had he not, he believed that his appearance, and smell, would have made him the target of quite a bit of sarcasm and other little annoyances. When his armor was re-equipped, he ventured down the stairs to collect his share of the payment and to indulge his appetite. He had no intention of staying long, as the Fighter’s Guild was not too far away and felt more friendly towards people like him, but he’d rather not make a scene just yet.

Her smile faded as she looked away from the Bosmer woman who was now standing with everyone else. It seemed that she did not voice her opinion so Coraline decided to do the same and try to remain quite for the time being. Coraline wasn't about to get into another verbal disagreement over something that was so pitty, yet quite funny in her mind. She also saw it as Mora's fault she was in this predicament anyways so there was no need to get upset with herself. With her sword now in the scabbard she crossed her arms and started to follow the party out of the cave.
Her ribs were still sore and made her breathing a little belated and light. Her head was starting to feel light by the time she climbed up on her horse, but was quickly reset when she started to fighting the pain and taking larger breaths as they rode back to town. She didn't see if Marlones was on a horse or not. She just hoped there was some means of transportation for him. The forest looked somewhat different from where she sat now. ln the company of her crew, she felt like she was now an insider even if she was just sitting on the sidelines of some of their conversations. She didn't want to impress herself too much into their lives. lt wasn't like they were at war and would soon grow a sort of brotherhood or sistership. This was probably the only time they would see each other for a little while.
She was starting to dread this ride. lt meant she was free of the cave but meant she would have to ride to Skingrad then back to her mage's hall in Bruma. There wasn't going to be a way she would make it there by nightfall. She would probably fall asleep in the hall in Skingrad for the night, wake up early and journey back towards her current home. She didn't like traveling alone too much but perhaps she could stall her return and visit a nearby cave and practice a bit more on her own. With that thought the trip didn't seem too bad after all.
After a little bit, she wasn't counting the minutes to see if it was more or less then an hour so she can't tell exactly how long they had been traveling, but they had made it back to Skingrad safely. As she dismounted her horse, she left it at the stables and started to walk back into town. She was very familiar with this town so she just followed the other mages towards the hall. Once she got in though there was a familiar sense of welcome that all the mage's halls had and it smelled the same. Of dust and old pages, melted wax from candles and the scent of aged wood. After the reward was distributed he found the stairs that led up towards the dormitories and eventually found a bathroom. Taking advantage of it, she almost leaped into the bath but decided against that. She first used her healing spell, although poor as they are, to mend her side. lt took a few casts but she was able to restore herself back to full health. As she laid in the water, only her nose and up were unsubmerged. Her toes rested just beneath the waterline and she played with the idea of having them poke just above the water.
After her bath, she quickly dried herself and put back on her robes and made her way downstairs to see if there was anything to eat. She hadn't noticed it until now but she had an insatiable appetite for a sweetroll. After much deliberations she decided to just eat two of them instead of going to try for an actual meal. Sitting down at the table, where it seemed everyone else was at. She didn't say much as she slowly ate her sweets, but it seems that everyone was in the same quite mood as she was. And she didn't feel like making it awkward and being the one who break the silence.

With everyone finally mounted, with the exception of Marlones, as Neven hadn’t notice a horse or some other mount for the old man nearby. Not that it mattered to Neven in the slightest, all he desired at the moment was a good night’s sleep. As they set off back toward the town, Neven began to enjoy the bland looking country side of the West Weald as it was gripped in the low light of dusk. Off in the distance he could hear the loud roar of a bear on its way back to its den.
The ride back had been uneventful, nothing leapt out to attack the group and Neven’s horse didn’t toss him from the saddle like he expected the beast would do while traveling in the low light of the coming night. In no time the sight of the city greeted him the large stone towers of the city’s walls and the great castle sitting atop the adjacent hill. Nothing in his opinion would be as grand as a Telvanni mushroom tower. With stone you were limited in your design and expansion not so with the mushroom towers. If a wizard needed more space all he would have to do was pay a visit to the towers heart at the very base and by magical means cause the towers spores to active and thus begin the expansion of the tower. At the stables he dismounted tied his beast up and followed the group back into the city and toward the city’s Mage Guild hall.
Once inside Neven went and collected his share of the reward and head up the stairs toward the room he’d spent the previous night in. The room had two single beds, but with the locking spell that Neven placed on the door no one else would be sharing it with him. Neven removed the harness that kept his staff in place and sat it down on the floor next to his bed. He then unfastened his sword belt and leaned it up against the table next to his bed. Next came his leather Cuirass, his boots finally he removed the sweat and dirt covered everyday cloths that he wore under his armor. Naked the day he was born he slipped under the sheets and soon passed out.

Eliya ~ Eliya's slender fingers gently tore a dinner roll apart, which she proceeded to eat liesurely. The brief bath she had enjoyed a little while earlier had cleaned all the grime and blood from her body and as a result she felt refreshed, if not still a little bit worn from the day's events and ready for bed. She looked up from her food as Hakon entered, he had apparently cleaned up as well and was searching for sustenance. She nodded to him and gestured to the table that held a variety of food, inviting him to join her. It wasn't long before Mora and Coraline joined them, though Nevan was no where to be seen. And good riddance as far as the Altmer was concerned. She was surprised not to see Marlones in the Dinner Hall but perhaps he had taken food up to his room so that he could relax.
Not surprisingly everyone was interested in getting some warm food into their bellies, but after a few minutes of silence Eliya finally spoke up. "Quite the day." She said this directed towards no on in particular to perhaps open conversation. She wasn't a chatterbox of any sorts, but she felt this group had earned a few minutes of conversation with her if they pleased. This day they had all proved themselves...well Mora hadn't really, she had gone off with Nevan, but regardless of that, she had proven herself to Eliya before. Though even now Eliya found herself wondering why Mora had gone off with the arrogant elf in the first place. Oh well. If no one felt like talking then the redheaded woman would finish her food and head off to sleep for the rest of the night and that would be that.

------->MARLONES<------- xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Marlones had actually managed to continue with the party on their journey back to Skingrad, despite the party's sudden lack of interest. When he exited the cave he let out a shrill, loud whistle, though this probably wasn't the best idea in goblin territory. Marlones wasn't the best at thinking about things like that. Thankfully, though, the goblins were intimidated by the group of people out in the open and didn't show up. Instead, a fat, good-natured greying mule appeared from the brush and walked up to Marlones until his long nose bumped against the old wizard's chest. The old man mounted with just as much difficulty as the elves who had been hit with the sleeping spell, though that was more due to stiff joints and old bones than anything else. He let the old mule go where it pleased once he mounted, which happened to be in the direction the other horses were going. Herd instincts die hard. The wizard dozed in his saddle during their journey. When they arrived he simply dismounted and let the animal go with little thought toward where his old mule was going. His mount was like a force of nature, as far as the old wizard was concerned. It was always there when he whistled, and when he didn't need it, it wandered off to who knows where. The animal was probably well over twenty years old – ancient for an adventurers horse (what with rogue cliffs and wolves wandering about, ready to break the mount's leg with little provocation.) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Once he got up into the mage's guild he headed straight for his room. He had a bath drawn for him so he could scrub away all the filth that caked his body. After he was clean he made once of the new recruits in the guild get a hot meal up to his room. The old man barely had the energy to eat it before he crashed on his bed and slept the night away. <------------------------------>

Yaa'namora The Bosmer ate her food in her habitual watchful silence. After all the spelunking and chaos, she was glad of the quiet. She wasn't too surprised when Neven and Marlones didn't show up at the dinner table, but everyone else seemed at least a little bit social. Or very hungry. After a while Eliya spoke up with a phrase that Mora interpreted as a move to start some sort of conversation. Eh, she was game for some conversation. The Bomser enjoyed studying people; their lives and their minds. It wasn't so much about generally caring about people as it was just plain curiosity. She would have been content to listen quietly to the others talk, but she felt as if she had some explaining to do about the split party situation, so she spoke up.
“I am sorry about leaving you three without explanation,” she began simply, not even trying to tie her words in to what Eliya said. “I figured there had to be something smarter than a goblin involved here, and that it might be fortuitous to catch whatever it was by surprise should he slip by you.” she couldn't keep malice from coloring her voice slightly at the mention of the evil wizard. “And I did not know if Neven would try to keep us from our task, should opportunity arise. I managed to put his skills to better use than he might have, thanks to his determination...” and, she thought, his arrogance. She didn't say that aloud. “Unfortunately that secret door we found was harder to crack than we both expected. We also didn't expect that old man to burst through it like he did.” Such a mess that was... it made her cheeks color sightly with embarrassment and anger. She didn't make any excuses, though; she told it how she saw it - except for, of course, when it came to unbecoming behavior on the part of Neven and, of course, Coraline; her third reason for splitting up the group.
“What happened on your end?” She asked when she was done explaining. ||Health: Healthy but Tired ||Magika: Untapped ||Mood: Resigned ||Location: Skingrad Mages Guild

Hakon Vermundr Hakon was already regretting his decision to partake in the meal offered by the Mage’s Guild. He felt as if he did not belong there, as if the mindsets of the people gathered and his own were different enough to cause some sort of unseen disturbance that made the meal painfully silent, at least that was how he saw it. He was thankful that Mora broke the silence, first by apologizing for her departure before trying to explain her reasons and what she and Neven were doing. During this time he listened intently while taking long swigs of ale before adding his own thoughts. “No casualties, no guilt Mora. Though I don’t see how you could tolerate that man. Maybe it was because I was involved but I do not care for that Dunmer’s attitude in the least.” He took another sip of ale before setting his mug down on the table once more to continue. “After you left it was pretty much the standard goblin clearing. We ran into a large group of them just before we rescued the elderly wizard. Took an arrow to the shoulder but it was nothing a quick restoration spell could handle.”
He punctuated his sentence by tapping on the hole in his armor where the arrow had pierced through before continuing. “After we reached Marlones that lunatic tossed a spell at me and it…was not entirely pleasant. You know the rest. We chased after him, found you and Neven, and decided to leave in case there were any more surprises in that cave.” Again he lifted his mug to his lips, drinking all that remained before setting it down once more. “Never been a fan of caves, too easy to get lost in and nothing good or sane ever lives in them. More importantly, that lunatic back there needs to be taken care of. I’ll alert the Fighter’s Guild or the Legion if I have to but it probably won’t be safe to travel alone around there until that cave is cleared.”

During her time alone she contemplated what she could have done better to help the team. She recalls the time when Neven started to shout at her for rushing in to attack the goblin, his loud voice boom loudly in her head. He spat quite rudely at her, not physically but he probably would have if he had the saliva to do, his words didn't phase her one bit but she is trying to think of how to correct that ''flaw'' of hers. Charging in headstrong. She was a mage and has an arsenal of spells at the ready whenever she wanted. Like right now, if she wanted to, she could possibly set this building up in flames. Burning it down with a bit of magic. So why had she rushed in instead of using one of her spells? She was better at swordplay then destruction magic. She wont deny that fact, but her conjuration tree is superior. Though there were only two of them. No need to use that much of her mana pool on just two goblins. She tried to see how she was in the wrong. They said to not worry about it but it was nagging at her as she chewed some of her sweet roll, deep in thought.
Then there was what Mora said about her marksmanship. Coraline admits now that she did kind of get upset at her, though she didn't mean to. She also wanted to apologize for what she said about pseudo-mocking her abilities as a hunter though wanted to do so only in private not out in the open where everyone could hear her humble herself. Though again in her defense she was being treated as a child. And what she really said, well not it was quite mean. So there she was in the wrong. She also had a feeling that she contributed to Mora leaving the party though it was only a suspicion that really only had a private argument as validation. Coraline decided to not think up too much on that.
By the time she put that out of her mind Eliya sat down and Coraline smiled at her, her toes dangling just above the floorboards. Her boots were of and resting next to her. She didn't feel the need to wear them right now, they'd only scuff up her feet which she had just cleaned. Coraline nodded in agreement. ''lt was quite eventful.'' she added before going back to her roll. Not really noticing that Mora had sat down as well till she started to speak, Coraline almost felt apologetic for not realizing it sooner. As she started to speak the repeated feeling of her to be part of the cause of Mora's departure returned. ''lt's also unwise to wander alone.'' was what she had to say about her debarkation. Feeling as if there was more to the story she let it slide easily telling herself it was just her imagination running wild. Mora asked to what had happened on their end, Coraline wanted to recite a detailed play back of their adventure as a trio, Harkon was at the same table as the three Mer were.
And luckily for Mora, Harkon spoke about their tales. Coraline was mostly going to embellish what she had done personally. More specifically the part in which she summoned a Daedric Caitiff. She wanted to tell Mora that so she would be aware of why the guild had let her join the team. Though she let Harkon tell his account first. He did sum it up rather well. lt was nothing the three of them couldn't handle. She was kicked around a little too quite literally but she didn't want to state that fact just the ones that put her in a good light. ''The big pack was about all of the ones we saw. Was mostly quiet.'' she added to Harkon's little dialogue. She didn't want to seem boastful about their adventure so she kept it humble. ''Did you get a good look at that Wizard? l only got a quick glance from about thirty feet or so and even then l was mostly concentrating on moving out of the way of the fireball he cast.'' She was now starting on her second sweetroll. This was a bit more cold then the last one but it was because of how slowly she was taking her time to eat them. Breaking off a small piece from it, she started to chew it almost instantly. These things were her comfort and guilty pleasure food.

Eliya ~ Eliya sipped delicately from a goblet of wine that had some how mysteriously found its way into her fingers. The Altmer's words had indeed sparked conversation, as was her intent. Mora spoke first, apologizing and explaining away her behavior for the day. The redhead didn't say much of anything in response, she looked away as Mora's cheeks colored, remembering her embarrassment. Earlier when the situation had presented itself, Eliya had been fine with enjoying the entire ordeal, even at Mora's expense. Now the slightest inkling of guilt stirred within as she thought about the earlier events. Granted it had been humorous, and for Nevan to be in such a situation was hilarious, especially since he was disliked so. But Mora had been an innocent bystander. No, more then that Eliya regarded the other mage with a sister like disposition, yet she hadn't acted very supportive earlier. Irritation flared inwardly as Eliya found herself justifying and questioning her earlier behavior. She shrugged away the thoughts and focused on what Hakon was saying.
“No casualties, no guilt Mora. Though I don’t see how you could tolerate that man. Maybe it was because I was involved but I do not care for that Dunmer’s attitude in the least. After you left it was pretty much the standard goblin clearing. We ran into a large group of them just before we rescued the elderly wizard. Took an arrow to the shoulder but it was nothing a quick restoration spell could handle.”
"That makes two of us." Eliya grumbled as she helped herself to another glass of wine. "That is the most unpleasant man I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I hope a bear rips his head off." With that, the elven woman took a drink of her wine, a large one at that. Coraline spoke next, replying to Mora's initial query. Eliya nodded while the others told Mora about their events. She didn't really have much to add.

Yaa'namora Mora's mind turned to how she should have probably asked if anyone needed additional healing once the party regrouped when Hakon and Coraline told the story of what happened to them. Cursed wizard... “I know it's belated, but does anyone need healing? In my fatigue I forgot to ask back at the cave.” Mora asked the party, bringing her studious gaze up to assess each person around the people around the table. She had a feeling, however, that their pains had either been already healed or were slight enough that they wouldn't mention it.
Then there was the issue of the party's confusion as to how Mora managed to tolerate the Dunmer when all his scorn must have been directed at her (being the only other person present.) It had been relatively easy to get him to treat her better. There would always people out there who insist on being difficult, who will drive the party apart. Those people are dangerous, and need to be addressed as soon as possible, before the discord got someone hurt or killed. “He began with the incivility I came to expect. I responded rationally, without becoming offended. From there a few choice words were all that were necessary to stop that behavior and make him tolerable.” So much so that he had actually kind of apologized and even complimented her... sort of. “Not that I'm trying to come to his defense. An acquaintance should begin with civility, not scorn.”
She shook her head slightly, and took another bite of the venison on her plate. People are strange. She supposed that that was a good thing, otherwise she would be incredibly bored. People are fascinating. ||Health: Healthy but Tired ||Magika: Untapped ||Mood: Resigned ||Location: Skingrad Mages Guild
