Riku felt caught off gaurd, surprised so many mixed emotions as his face turned red because of the sudden kiss. He frustrated with himself now that the most important won't show up like he wanted them to. He didn't want to disappoint Yuki, but he couldn't help the results and he tired his mind out from the efforts.

Riku's heart was still racing and a wave of confusion over his mind to calm himself down. He didn't want to be troubled by this situation because of his inexperience about it seeing as his response was very clear.

Yuki moved away from Riku and reclaimed his spot on the couch." Of course it's hard to remember. But you'd think that night would've been the easiest to remember scince it was only a few days ago."

Riku walked over to nearest window, "The most recent memories are hard to recover because it would be the closest to time of the loss of memories is what the doctor would say. Since psychology much on that subject" he said mostly to himself revealing that he remembered one of his college classes.

"Yeah, that was what he said too" said Riku not revealing who he was talking about because he didn't know that it who was. He thought back to what he just said and counter it by saying, "Ingore that comment". He looked out the for a moment before sitting on the other end of the couch.

Yki moved closer and laid his head on Riku's lap," Even if you don't remember, at least... Could we we stay like this for a while?" Yuki finally showed the hint of hurt in his eyes," It's frustrating for both of us. Having a history together and then finally being together and having those memoies taken away as soon as you feel complete. It's truely frustrating." He said feeling some of Riku's pain and letting out what he had held in for so long.

Riku nodded in response that they could stay like this for a while. He saw the hurt in Yuki's eyes and he was relieved that he understood how he was feeling about his condition. "I guess its sort of like test of will and patience" he said trying to convince himself that this was fate for the time being.

Yuki sighed and closed his eyes in thought. He felt stupid pouring his heart out like this and yet, at the same time, it felt good to let his emotions run his actions.

Riku let himself relax and gently placed his hand on Yuki's chest feeling his heart beat while thnking back to fragaments of memories he has of best friend so far. Those memories supported what Yuki said to him up to a moment ago. He felt familar warmth in his own chest and thought maybe he really was in love in with the guy, but didn't want to tell him though.

Yuki laid there quietly. Finally feeling at peace. He still had pent up feelings but decided he could cry on his own time. He smiled to himself happily.

Riku smiled a little after seeing Yuki smile then he closed his eyelids. He felt so relaxed and safe now that he ended up taking a nap in this up right sitting position.

Yuki looked up and saw Riku asleep. He sat up, kiss Riku's cheek and laid him down next to him and took a small nap himself.

Riku woke up a couple of hours later and opened his eyes feeling out of place until he remembered where he was. He was surprised he had fell asleep like that. He got up feeling fully awake now then he went to the bathroom knowing where it was.
