Jane moved to search around a small cove in the cave as she tried to think of names for a crimson. They were rare but if she found one she'd hate to not have a name for the girl. What about Crissy?

Zeren yawned, his stomach was full from dinner and it usually made him sleepy. Suddenly he thought about the chores he was supposed to do but his girls weren't about to let him get away that easily... they came out of Between right over his head, chittering their dissaproval of his thoughts of quitting the search .. they'd be Impossible to manage if he didn't at least search harder. he stepped up his game, searching the least likely places.

Wykla looked up and was surprised by how many people seemed to be combing the beach. Not that she could blame them. They were cute critters as her two atested. Boreal finished his digging and shook the sand off him. With a happy cheep he flew back up to His girl's shoulder. "What no eggs?" She'd known there wasn't any here.
Moving on the girl tried to find a spot without footprints. The beach was popular normally, but doubly so now.

I'm Zeren, i've seen you around i've been studying Wherhandling where i can, i'm a candidate but i wanted to have an option for when i age out" he said, holding his hand out, he was getting over his shyness he knew he would have to if he was going to be working with Whers

She didn't find anything in the cove and so moved on, taking a sip of water she thought for a brown name. She didn't want to call him Browny or anything with the name brown in it. Baked? No that wouldn't do. Brawn? Rawn? Roan?

While he had his back turned on his Greens they'd uncovered an egg and exploded above his head, they werent giving clear signs of what they wanted so Zeren made his excuses to Fick "sorry, they're worried about something, im going to have to go" he apologised before running off after the two who flew on ahead, not even having the sense to give him a clear image of what they wanted
I'll take the Teal/Cream egg please

Rikki moved on through the beach. It seemed amazing with all them looking for flits. Maybe with her mind distracted on the training with Phro that kept her from finding the eggs.

"Oh?" Fick raised his eyebrows and took the hand. "Is that so? Well, nice t'meet you then Zeren, pleased t'hear somebody interested in whers even if it is second to dragons." Some handlers got pretty bitter about the whole thing, he knew, but as he had once had vague daydreams of being a rider himself it wasn't something that bothered him. "I can introduce you to Ficksk sometime if you want," he went on, scanning the sand around them, "nice that you're thinking about alternatives early."
EDIT: As he spoke the young man hurried off, and when Fick spotted him uncover an egg he gave another crooked grin and shook his head. "With luck like that though I expect you'll be flying on a dragon in no time," he commented.

Her heart was into finding an egg or two. She didn't think she could handle more than that when out in the waters. These days seemed like it was just for fun to be out in the water. No missions have come down for them to actually search for important items and thankfully no missing people. Those are just horrid to come back and tell the family.

Jane had no idea what anyone else was doing as she wondered the beach searching, she tried to think of a name for a Silver flit. what was a good masculine name for a Silver? Rayne? No, made her think of thread, Ring? Rock? Myneral?

Understanding that Zeren would be in a hurry to look after his new egg, and still keen to find one of his own, Fick moved onward. Maybe if he tried over by where Zeren had just found his?
